LOVE IT! Bet it drives nearby libtards nuts.

  2. StanInTexas says:

    I hope so too, Gunny.

Wonder what the HA will say to that?

  3. Tim says:

the only thing that would make this better is to blast this 24/7

  4. chuck in st paul says:

You do know that HOA’s also have covenants restricting the color of paint you can use? For real.

  5. Jimbo says:

Chuck is right – if the HOA has flag restrictions, then anything done to the exterior of the home or to the yard – anything visible from the street is subject to HOA approval.

  6. Bryant says:

This is a statement, and thus could be considered a sign..which is definitely under the rule of the HOA. He better what out…the HOA will fine him, file a lien, evict him, then rent it out…

  7. Sinister66 says:

Hopefully his HOA contract doesnt say anything about exterior paint color.

  8. StanInTexas says:

I just hope if this nazi-styled HOA says anything, the homeowner replies “Molon Labe!”

  9. FrankW says:

When I was in my early 20’s my parents bought an existing house in a HOA. The neghboring lot was empty. The neghbors built a house, the HOA president at that time signed off on the plans. When the house was completed the HOA had changed leadership (due to 90 year old president dying) and discovered the house was 18″ too close to the street. They forced the homeowner to tear down the house. The homeowner lost lawsuit after lawsuit until finally some bright judge noticed that the road was in the wrong spot not the house. Took 10 years but the homeowner ended up with twice the value of his house as the HOA was settled for 2x the value (adjusted to current day – 1998).
Word of advice, never buy into a HOA (with restrictive covenants).

And this is not the only recent example of a HOA going out of their way to be classless jerks…

This is GREAT! I wish they were my neighbors…

  12. mojo says:

“I don’t believe the color of my house is covered in the HOA agreement. Is that a problem?”

  13. Westie says:

Don’t encourage them, soon we will see Obama Paintings on houses.

  14. soulpile says:

HOAs are little tyrannies run by wannabe despots. My family is currently making the great escape from one. It is glorious, living in a normal neighborhood. Like being released from jail.

Good for them! Born on Flag Day, I like it!

Heh. I clicked on the Flag Store google ad so that will follow me around instead of some other junk.

HOA’s are just another Communist intrusion into your daily life. They are the brain child of the law firm of former Commiefornia governor Gray Davis. You are duped into signing up on a HOA agreement when you buy a house. What the hell are people thinking signing the paperwork to purchase property then the next document signs away your property rights to the fucking HOA? Are people just retarded? I don’t give a fuck what my neighbors want me to do with my property and will not comply with anyone else’s wants, needs or desires for the exterior looks of my property. I keep it clean and maintained because that is what normal sane people do. If you want to be a turd in the swimming pool and keep a dump then be prepared for the consequences of being an outcast. If you just want to be a busy body and control your neighbors lives then piss off.

  18. Mepluribusunum says:

This isn’t your father’s HOA…it’s in a historical homes district and I say PAINT THAT FLAG, PATRIOTS! Bite me, you libs!

  19. Festivus says:

    I want one.

  20. Jimbo says:

In the far north (Alaska, Norway, Finland, etc.) it is traditional to paint houses in THE brightest imaginable colors – it helps to mentally ward off the dark winter; adds cheer, so to speak.

I think the paint job on the house above would have a very similar effect. Since it would very obviously ward off liberals, it would certainly be a very cheery place to live.

  21. TED says:

HA nothing, the left’s president considers this hate speech.

  22. Winston Smith says:

I would never live in a development that had an HOA just for this very reason.

  23. czuch says:

I have 12 cars,7 motorcycles, a motorhome and 2 travel trailers. I live rural on an acre. Its MINE,(and the bank’s), but no hoa. My neighbors dont complain, and it wouldnt matter anyway. Everythings neat and clean, lined up and regularly driven. HOAistas are thumbdick punks that got pushed around in junior high and have to be a big guy to get back at everybody. Insecure twerps.
I fly my/our Flag with “Dont tread on me” and the POW flag under it. This guy’s my hero!

  24. dan says:

Thank you for your conspicuous consumption, czuch…
    and flying the flags

  25. Jill says:

    US Flag Code

The flag should not be used … for any decoration in general (exception for coffins)

Of course the only way to get rid of it respectfully now is to burn it

The flag, when it is in such condition that it is no longer a fitting emblem for display, should be destroyed in a dignified way, preferably by burning.

And don’t think because it’s painted on a building, it’s not a flag

The words ‘flag, standard, colors, or ensign’, as used herein, shall include any flag, standard, colors, ensign, or any picture or representation of either, or of any part or parts of either, made of any substance or represented on any substance, of any size evidently purporting to be either of said flag

  27. Bill Communist Ball Buster says:

I live on five acres. It’s wooded. It isn’t in a city.
It will not be annexed by any communist city without an amendment to the state constitution.
My driveway is crushed shell and mostly looks like no one lives here. The house is 700 ft from the dead end street.
House is not visiable from the street.
If you complain about my paint, flag or anything else you see on my house you are trespassing.
I have a very harshe way to handle traspassing idiots/communists. And I don’t call 911!
I call the wild hogs! Then I eat the wild hogs.
    Any questions asshole?
