Jarring Gibberish

Obama’s second inauguration speech consisted largely of platitudes and meaningless double talk to pad out the red meat moonbattery, but even some of his most seemingly nonsensical duckspeak will inspire authoritarians and chill the hearts of Americans. For example,

“Preserving our individual freedoms ultimately requires collective action.”

If that means anything, it doesn’t mean anything good — especially coming from a guy who has made obvious his extreme hostility to our most fundamental individual liberties: the rights to life, to acquire property, and to defend ourselves.

Well, duh! There are no individual actions in a communist society. Those people are committed to an insane asylum.

    First it was

Ignorance is Strength (O’Bama elected by low-information voters)

    Then it was

War is Peace (Abandoning our friends in Iraq and Afghanistan)

    And now this is

    Freedom is Slavery

  3. Ummah Gummah says:

    @ Tax slave

How about: Celebrate Diversity / Diversity is our strength?

oops, sorry tax slave, didn’t see your first comment.

  7. modd kenwood says:

perhaps in O’s 2nd term he’ll form his green-shirted Civilian Defense Force to patrol the streets from the backs of Toyota pick-ups with mounted machine guns just like in Blackhawk Down

  8. Skyfall says:

You got it, Jodie. As we speak, another “random” shooting at a college gives Obama that much more (pardon the expression) ammunition to “fix” that pesky second amendment.

Buy hey…it’s not like I’m saying there is a coordinated effort to gin-up public support for gun confiscation. NOOO, of COURSE not.

  9. Skyfall says:

    War is peace.

    Ignorance is knowledge.

    Freedom is slavery.

    Dependency is self-reliance.

    Helplessness is safety.

In that spirit, we must dis-arm law abiding citizens. After all, when the government decides to impose some new rules that they may not agree with (but is for their own good), firearms in the hands of the people could prevent things from going smoothly.

    Thanks Skyfall!

On the shooting in Houston, you think it’s going to be a white guy with crazy eyes?

Hey Obama, need to hire an idea person?

  12. Kevin R. says:

“In communist society, where nobody has one exclusive sphere of activity but each can become accomplished in any branch he wishes, society regulates the general production and thus makes it possible for me to do one thing today and another tomorrow, to hunt in the morning, fish in the afternoon, rear cattle in the evening, criticize after dinner, just as I have a mind, without ever becoming hunter, fisherman, shepherd or critic.” ~ Karl Marx

That is what the Left and Obama mean by individual freedom. That is the whole purpose of the state. They really believe that the State will set us free by providing us our every need.

  13. Kevin R. says:

I meant to write, That is the whole purpose of the State to them.

Al Capone says the clue to the next incident is to remember February 14, 1929 where he and Bugs had a minor disagreement. The result was my NFA of 1934.

Can we make ObrownMao die like you did of a stroke in the White House, like real soon?

  16. M.Wilson says:

Doug: why do you think Democrats always make such a big deal out of their candidate’s age?

They learned from FDR that when trying to install a President for Life(TM), it can be inconvenient if he only has a few years of that life left. Cults of personality take a lot of work to build, and they want a substantial return on their investment.

  17. Bo-Jangles says:

“Collective action”? Where have we heard that before. There’s one thing you have to give Obummer credit for. He actually came out and told us what he’s going to do to this country. He knows that while his media keeps the people anesthetized, he can say anything he wants and get away with it.

It’s pretty clear if you’re one of the few people who can still think for themselves. He said he would “transform” America, and that’s exactly what he’s doing. Of course, the American people were too dumb to ask, “transform it into what”? All the people saw and heard were the lies from the false idol created by America’s biggest enemy, the MSM.

  18. A. Levy says:

It’s quite obvious our Marxist leader wants us to believe that our rights, our freedoms, and our liberties, all come from him. Not God. Not the Constitution. Not the law. Just him. I’m surprised he didn’t sign an executive order requiring all of us to bow in his presence, the way he does in the presence of foreign leaders. Or has he.

  19. F.D.R. in Hell says:

    @ Doug

It was actually in Warm Springs, Georgia. Plus, the cerebral hemorrhage was an after-effect of being poisoned at Yalta.

America DOES NOT want a moronic VP to replace the carpetbagger. Trust me.

  20. Jester says:

    Let Jester translate for you:

Preserving our individual freedoms ultimately requires violently enforced oligarchical collectivist action.”

  21. Mr Evilwrench says:

At this point I wouldn’t mind the moron. Stupid is harmful, but evil more so.
