No One Shows for Mass Rainbow “Wedding”

Now that the Supreme Court has planted a firm thumb in the eye of traditional America on their behalf by striking down California’s Proposition 8 and the Defense of Marriage Act, the urgent need homosexuals recently exhibited to become bound in unholy matrimony has predictably dissipated:

A planned mass “Rainbow Wedding” ceremony at a gay community center in San Bernardino ended Saturday with the officiant being stood up at the altar when no one showed up more than an hour after the ceremony was scheduled to be held.

The Inland Empire Pride Center even planned to give out free gifts to the lovebirds. Universal Life Church minister Christine Sanborn, who disturbingly is described as the “youth adviser” for the center, was to serve as officiant.

As this farcical episode illustrates, homosexual marriage was only an issue because the cultural Marxists who run the government and the media made it into one as a weapon to use against the traditional values that are the foundation of American civilization. The damage having been done to the institutions of marriage and Christianity, homosexuals are already returning to their bath houses. They tend to have hundreds of sex partners in the course of their often disease-shortened lives; blasphemous “marriages” are not likely to replace this lifestyle.

On a tip from Wiggins.

Someday, perhaps, we will realize what our highly misguided sense of tolerance has done to our society. And, as usual, it will be too late.

Reasons no one showed-up at this Gay-la Event:
** There was not a Gay Presents link at B. B. &B, and no one wanted to attend without something symbolic.
** There are only so-many flannel patterns Lesbians can wear, before it just gets boring.
** The invites weren’t personalized enough, and it just didn’t seem ‘welcoming’, like the couples thought it should.
** The reception was never going to work. “Extra- Curricular” plans, for ‘B’ choices, were already afoot.

Of course. No one actually expected large numbers of sodomites to enter into stable, monogamous relationships. But there is more to come. Soon we will hear of homosexuals demanding to be married in Baptist, Catholic, Pentecostal, and other traditional churches for the purpose of baiting a law suit on the basis of discrimination. Their goal being to damage or destroy traditional values and beliefs, such law suits are inevitable.

Kind of like thise anti-gun anti-NRA protests only a few people showed up I hope the orgaizers lost a bundle on thier little venture

  9. Jay B. says:

Not just that… but the media grossly exxagerated the number of gays in society, most of those protesting were just useful idiots.

Besides, no gay really wants to marry, their relationships only last until they find a new hole to dig in that,s more welcoming than their current burrow.
