Obama Regime Seals Court Records in Brian Terry Case

Even under the self-styled “most transparent administration in history,” which was installed and is propped up by a rabidly partisan “mainstream” media, we can still get some clue what is going on, thanks to outfits like Judicial Watch:

The Obama Administration has abruptly sealed court records containing alarming details of how Mexican drug smugglers murdered a U.S. Border patrol agent with a gun connected to a failed federal experiment that allowed firearms to be smuggled into Mexico.

Calling it a failed experiment rather than a deliberate scheme to generate bad press for the Second Amendment gives Obama et al. the benefit of the doubt — which they have done nothing to deserve.

[T]he rifle used to kill the federal agent (Brian Terry) last December in Arizona’s Peck Canyon was part of the now infamous Operation Fast and Furious. Conducted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), the disastrous scheme allowed guns to be smuggled into Mexico so they could eventually be traced to drug cartels [supposedly].

Instead, federal law enforcement officers lost track of more than 1,000 guns which have been used in numerous crimes. In Terry’s case, five illegal immigrants armed with at least two semi-automatic assault rifles were hunting for U.S. Border Patrol agents near a desert watering hole just north of the Arizona-Mexico border when a firefight erupted and Terry got hit.

We know this only because Washington D.C.’s conservative newspaper , the Washington Times, got ahold of the court documents before the government suddenly made them off limits. The now-sealed federal grand jury indictment tells the frightening story of how Terry was gunned down by Mexican drug smugglers patrolling the rugged desert with the intent to “intentionally and forcibly assault” Border Patrol agents.

You can see why the administration wants to keep this information from the public and the media, considering the smugglers were essentially armed by the U.S. government. Truth is, no one will know the reason for the confiscation of public court records in this case because the judge’s decision to seal it was also sealed, according to the news story.

One thing we do know is that if our rulers hide things, it’s because they have things to hide.

In this case the judge could be acting to shield not only the Obama Regime, but the drug cartels that are extending their bloody operations throughout the Southwest. No doubt it would be racist or xenophobic to object to foreign criminals hunting our law enforcement officers on our land with weapons provided by our government. After all, the invaders are just trying to provide for their families, et cetera, ad nauseam.

Killed with an assist from the Obama Regime.

The Obama Administrator can personally call the family of a terrorists that was killed in WAR and apologize to them. But in Agent Terry’s case, Holder writes an apology letter to the family and releases it TO THE MEDIA before he sends it to the family.

    Real class of these people!

This screams GUILTY! louder than anything Obama could have ever done in connection with this case.

It was done to protect him through the 2012 election cycle. After that it won’t much matter will it.

Wake the hell up folks. Wake up.

Typical class for these people and the left in general, EVERYTHING is smoke and mirrors. There isn’t a REAL thing about them. It wasen’t about an apology, it was about show.

This is a perfect example of why i laugh out loud whenever i hear some fool refer to us as a “nation of laws”. The Marxist-in-Chief has violated the Constitution so many times that everyone’s lost count, especially the Party of Weakness. (see: Repubs)

IMPEACHMENT, its underated, especially in this administration.
Brought to you by the same ilk of people who said, “We have to pass it, before you can see what’s in it”…Nancy Pelosi on the Health Care Bill.

Don’t dare fiegn that “surprised look” on your face.

This is very much like holding up a bank, killing people, and then putting a mask on as the killer-robber runs away. I think we already saw the culprits.

You know, the left popularized the habit of calling a U.S. Presidential Administration a “regime”, but, frankly, I’ve never been comfortable with it. Now I do admit it’s true the left called for a regime to be installed here, has worked towards that end and, arguably, succeeded with the election of Obama, but still, even in this case, I’m not real happy with the term “regime”. At least not until he declares martial law and suspends elections.

The only flaw with impeachment is the same one that existed when Clinton was impeached.

The house could impeach Obama, but there is little chance the Senate would convict him & throw him out of office. It would be a small measure of justice to impeach yet another Democrat President, and two in a row to boot, but I think it best we not give him a chance to start new cries of “racism” and just vote him out of office – as a recent poll suggested that less than 50% of California voters, with me being ashamed to admit California is perhaps the moonbattiest of states, said they are happy about the prospects of voting for Obama in 2012. I used to be against impeachment because, before Obama showed how truly evil he was & how much damage he could do, two words suggested it was a bad idea: President Biden. But now, in hindsight, I realize things couldn’t possibly have been worse, even with Biden in control.

Great comments… I wonder what progression of ever-lamer excuses the obamunists will give for this? What possible justification can they have? Have they given ANY reason?
