During the socialist period, the government became too big. That created a crowding-out effect in the private economy, and it gave everybody the need to pay more taxes in order to finance this big government. We are against big government. We want a smaller and more efficient government. - Antonis Samaras

Pay attention in March. While it’s a relatively small chance (1-in-10,000 chance ) this will affect you, your life may depend on it if you will be between 43 south and 43 north.

Obama’s ordering his former (and apparently current) minions to sound off to protect his “friends” who run Iran:

Former Obama Advisers Tell Trump to ‘Be Quiet’ on Iran Protests

Was Obama “quiet” when Libya had protests? When Egypt had protests? When Syria had protests? No, he wasn’t. He WAS quiet about Iran, and in fact he went out of his way to order investigations of wrongdoing by Iranian proxies to stop, got Iran backed terrorists released from prison and ordered a cover up of his actions to allow known terrorists to continue to get rich off of supplying dangerous drugs to our nation.

At least his efforts are causing moonbats, potential Democrat voters, to die off in droves due to opioid overdoses.

Former Head of MI6 Thinks American Exceptionalism Is Measured by How Much We Do for Other Countries at Our Own Expense

“President Trump is bringing a new approach to America’s role in the world. He has said himself he wants to put America first. Most American presidents, the last 70-odd years, have seen America’s role as the stabilizer of the international system, as the guarantor of peace and stability, and, as far as possible, open markets. And that is what we used to call American exceptionalism, that America was exceptional because it wasn’t simply pursuing its national interests.”

Wrong. 100% wrong. Has no clue what “American exceptionalism” was, or is. Of course, thanks to Obama and the Democrats, it’s not anything like it was – or can be.

Happy Trump Ends Successful First Year — and the Haters Are Miserable!

To be certain he could have accomplished much, much more if it weren’t for the haters, including some Republicans and all Democrats, who’ve done all they could to obstruct him.

The Unintended Consequences of Federal Regulatory Accumulation

Federal regulators often have good intentions when proposing new rules, such as increasing worker safety or protecting the environment. However, policymakers typically view each regulation on its own, paying little attention to the rapid buildup of rules—many of them outdated and ineffective—and how that regulatory accumulation hurts economic growth.

The continuous accumulation of rules over the last several decades has not only slowed economic growth but has also reduced employment opportunities and disproportionately harmed low-income households. Unless Congress and agencies address this growing backlog, it will continue to stifle innovation and entrepreneurship.

Moonbats wasting a lot more time on social media (mostly complaining about Trump, no doubt) than Conservatives:*wadblxcABEWZlL2miQDM5w.png

(Though as you can see they were pretty much tied early until April and then for a brief period just before the election.)

From a news segment just aired:

European countries have “refugees” from Iraq, Syria, etc., who are flying back to those countries they claimed are unsafe… for vacations! While they are collecting benefits from the host European country! Germany pays $30,000 per “refugee” to provide whatever goods and services it gives them every year… $3,000 would provide those same services back in or near their country of origin, so the same total amount would pay for 10x as many refugees!

Next time some moonbat starts claiming socialized medicine is the best, share this story with them:

Students wait up to four months for mental health support at UK universities
Exclusive: Investigation reveals ‘deeply concerning’ waits to see counsellors for struggling undergraduates across the country.

Students are having to wait for more than four months for counselling and mental health support in some universities, as suicide rates on campuses hit record levels, new figures show.

Campaigners condemned “deeply concerning” variations in provision of care for undergraduates across the country, with waits of more than four weeks for treatment at 21 universities.

Delays to diagnosis and treatment can lead to crisis situations among young students, who are burdened with increasing financial stress from huge debts and uncertain career prospects after leaving university, according to experts.

It comes after a study by the think tank Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR) revealed that a record 134 students killed themselves in 2015, while the number of first-year undergraduates reporting a mental health concern rose fivefold to reach 15,395.

What are the odds the spike in suicides and mental health complaints are a direct result of the election of Trump?

And other issues (predicted) with socialized medicine:

    ‘NHS should fine time-wasting patients’
PATIENTS who make avoidable trips to accident and emergency departments or skip medical appointments ought to be fined, says a think-tank.

2020Health, which has close links with health policy makers, is to release a radical report within months arguing the case for levying patient penalties and charges.

It is demanding an overhaul of National Health Service funding and will also argue that common painkillers and cold remedies should no longer be available on the NHS and that patients are encouraged to pay for the best treatment.

Gee, making patients pay for their care… what a radical idea!

And starting to ration or refuse care… who would have thought?

  19. Bodhisattva says:

Well that… or recipients of government handouts – welfare, food assistance, section 8, or some trumped up SSDI payment issue.
