One of the comments in the diplomad blog entry about China had this link:

The headline/sub-headline for the Canada Free Press article: Benghazi explained: Interview with an “Intelligence Insider”/Administration is engaged in a massive cover-up/

What was being covered up? One excerpt:
“What was really happening, before Gaddafi’s body was even cold, is that we had people locating caches of weapons, separating the working from those that weren’t, and making a big show of destroying the weapons, but only the weapons that were useless. The working weapons were being given to Islamic terrorists. They were being funneled through Libya, crisscrossing Libya on a Muslim Brotherhood managed strategic supply route. In fact, Michael Reagan called it the modern day equivalent of the Ho Chi Minh Trail in a recent article he wrote, and he is correct. The entire arms and weapons running operation was headquartered in Benghazi, The weapons were actually being shipped out of Libya from the port city of Dernah, located about a hundred miles east of Benghazi. That was the ‘choke point’ of the weapons being shipped out. Remember the Lusitania? Think in those terms, ships carrying weapons hid among ‘humanitarian aid.’ By the time of the attacks, an estimated 30-40 million pounds of arms were already transported out of Libya. From there, the weapons were being sent to staging areas in Turkey near the Syrian border, for use by the Free Syrian Army and other ragtag terrorist groups to fight against Assad. The objective was and still is to destabilize the Assad government.”

    Part II: One excerpt:

“Now, Turkey is a NATO ally. They were assisting the Obama-Clinton-Saudi plan to funnel weapons ultimately to Syria, but the primary staging areas for these weapons were in Turkey near the Syrian border. Visual surveillance by Russia, using satellites and other means amassed photographic documentation of the U.S. assisting the ‘anti-Assad rebels’ inside Turkey. They developed evidence of the U.S. training these rebels and assisting them into Syria to fight against Assad. Think about this. What if surveillance images observed anti-Assad rebels being trained to handle and mount chemical weapons – gas shells – onto rockets? The process would be apparent and would obviously be detected by a number of visual indicators. Obviously, Syria wanted this to stop. By extension, so did Russia. One aspect of the weapons plan was to set up a false flag operation to make it appear that Assad used chemical weapons against his own people. Imagine the outcry from the civilized world to the news that Assad ‘gassed’ his own people. That would be an invitation to NATO and the West to openly intervene. Don’t forget about the timing of all of this. Two months before the elections, and time was running out. The job of taking out Assad was not yet complete. Such an event would quickly advance this agenda. By this time, however, being caught and placed in a rather unenviable position between Russia and the U.S., the Turkish consul general was in a ‘CYA, clean-up’ mode, assuring that none of the chemical weapons that might have still been in Libya were headed for Turkey.”

The author’s words have a ring of plausibility – you will have to decide yourself their veracity.

If this narrative is true, is Obama going to skate?

There apparently is going to be at least one more installment.

Budget cuts? Budget cuts? We don’t need no stinking budget cuts cause we don’t have no stinking budget.

Almost for years now, the Senate has failed to pass a budget.

What should republicans do? Tell them “hell no; no to raising the debt limit, hell no to giving any more powers to Obama, and hell no to raising taxes. If you aren’t even going to bother justifying spending 25% of GDP, then they have, IMHO, spent their last penney.

Of course Obama wants the fiscal cliff. He wants tax hikes on everyone. Then, in January, congress can pass the Obama tax cuts.

Notice too, how the dems used to talk about increasing taxes on the top 1%. Notice how it is now the top 2%?

No budget; no justification for our spending, no debt limit increase, no tax hikes. Period.

“I have never heard of a case like this and neither have my colleagues, so I dare to say that this kind of case is quite uncommon,” prosecutor Kristina Ehrenborg-Staffas told The Local.

A 37-year-old woman, who was arrested in September, was formally charged on Tuesday at the Gothenburg District Court for the crime of “violating the peace of the dead” (brott mot griftesfriden).

The prosecutor could not explain how the woman had managed to collect almost an entire skeleton, but explained that the human remains had been used in an “unethical” way.

“In the confidential section of the investigation we have material which indicates she used them in sexual situations,” the prosecutor told the TT news agency.

  28. Bob Roberts says:

New fuel pushed by Obama/EPA may damage engines, void warranties.

AAA, the nation’s largest travel organization, on Friday urged the Obama administration to halt the sale of E15 — a new fuel with a higher blend of ethanol — because of possible engine damage to most vehicles on the nation’s roads.

AAA, which has 53 million members, said it has found in a new survey a strong likelihood of consumer confusion and the potential for voided warranties and vehicle damage as a result of the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) recent approval of E15 gasoline for 2001 model vehicles and newer.

Besides, corn is food, not fuel.

Obama’s stated goal is not to bring everyone up to prosperity, but to bring everyone down to the same level of misery:

  30. Bob Roberts says:

Walmart had its best Black Friday ever last week, and yet the media coverage created the illusion that Walmart’s associates were protesting instead of serving customers. Nothing could be further from the truth. We could not be more proud of our associates.
Well-meaning people following the Walmart “protests” should suspend their assumptions about what our associates think of their jobs for a moment and consider what’s really going on here. Our associates are hardworking women and men who have chosen to work for us – as a part-time job or a long-term career. They are proud of their jobs and, contrary to popular belief, quite happy in them. Only about 100 out of our 1.3 million people took part in Black Friday “protests”; the people you saw on TV do not work for us.
And yet some unions, as well as community activists, academics and others, keep volunteering to speak for our associates. Some of it may come from a good place, but, frankly, it assumes that our associates don’t know what’s best for their own lives and families.

  31. Bob Roberts says:

A well-deserved taste of their own medicine!

    Occupy Casa Emmanuel!

Dozens of union airport workers were holding a prayer vigil outside Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s house on Thursday, asking him to reconsider a decision to hand custodial work at O’Hare International Airport to a new company that doesn’t use union labor.

And why didn’t he use a union house?

    Anyone wonder?

Union custodial workers employed by Scrub, Inc., are being pushed at O’Hare out after Emanuel awarded a new janitorial contract to United Maintenance, a non-union firm.

SEIU Local 1 secretary-treasurer Laura Rueda said the switch in custodial contractors at O’Hare isn’t about saving money, claiming the city’s request for proposals to run the operation there called for 69 more custodial workers than are already at the airport.

“This is about the mayor taking care of his millionaire friends, and this is about the mayor taking away middle class jobs,” she said.

    And get this:

“I go home, I can’t sleep, because I don’t know what’s gonna happen, especially right around the holidays,” she said. “Since I am a single mother, I’m the only one that does everything in the household for my kids. As of right now, I’m thinking how am I going to do it to buy gifts for them?”

    Shots fired, CBS Dallas.

Shots ring out as someone opens fire on a Dallas office building, and a window belonging to NewsRadio 1080 KRLD is hit.

The bullets went through the outside panes of glass on two floors of the 12-story CBS Radio building off Central Expressway at Fitzhugh Avenue.

One of the windows hit belongs to KRLD promotions director Matt Stacks, who was startled by the sound about 3:15 Friday afternoon.

From the “Hillbilly Hit Parade” and the “Cornbread Matinee” of the ’40′s to our current award-winning news programming, KRLD has always provided timely, memorable and relevant programs to the community.

Not sure, but from what I’ve seen it appears they may be considered “right wing”, which would explain why some moonbat took shots at them perhaps.

  33. Bob Roberts says:

The other floor was a law firm, it is possible the shot into the news station was accidental, the guy shooting the wrong floor. Or maybe the law office was the accidental target. Until they catch whoever did it they may never really know.

The convertible hit Phillip Moreno so hard that it knocked him out of his shoes and lodged him in the windshield. As he lay dying on the hood, police said, Sherri Lynn Wilkins kept going another two miles until other motorists swarmed her car at a traffic light and grabbed her keys.

Wilkins, who was charged Tuesday with murder and driving drunk, told police she struck the man after leaving work and panicked. Police said her blood alcohol level was more than double the legal limit.

OK so wait. She’s an addiction counselor, she left work, OR SO SHE CLAIMS, more than double the legal limit drunk?

    What’s wrong with this picture?

Oh wait, I read on and it’s starting to make sense. She’s a product of the moonbat system:

Her arrest on a street corner between home and her job as a drug and alcohol counselor seemed to be a return to a dark past that Wilkins once celebrated leaving behind. The convict and recovering addict had recently gone back to school, gotten a job and was reuniting with her family, including a new grandchild.

The guy was drinking, too – I wonder if that contributed… I wonder if he drunkenly stumbled out into the street in front of the drunk driver:

Moreno had three beers at a bar called The Branch Office just a half-block from the accident scene on Saturday and left around 11 p.m. to walk home, said bartender Virginia Zarate. Less than an hour later, police swarmed the streets, tracing their way back to the initial impact, she said.
