Arizona gun dealer refuses to sell AR-15 and aid and abet Moonbat Mark Kelly’s attempt to score cheap political points with media and low info voters.

I say great, with fewer armed liberals – we are all safer. Go get a pea shooter lib.

“While I support and respect Mark Kelly’s 2nd Amendment rights to purchase, possess, and use firearms in a safe and responsible manner, his recent statements to the media made it clear that his intent in purchasing the Sig Sauer M400 5.56mm rifle from us was for reasons other then for his personal use,” MacKinlay said in the statement.

He added that the store will return Kelly’s money, donate the rifle to the Arizona Tactical Officers Association to be raffled as a fundraiser and make an additional contribution of $1,295 — the value of the rifle — to the Eddie Eagle GunSafe Program.

    What’ll it be Markey Mark?

Dr. Foole and libs at FAU end up getting pwned by the Mormon who refused to blaspheme Jesus.

Florida Atlantic University [read after being thoroughly embarrassed on a national stage] has issued a formal apology to a student that was facing academic charges after he complained about a professor who ordered the class to write the name “Jesus” on pieces of paper and then stomp on the paper.

“There will be no punishment,” said Hiram Sasser, Rotela’s attorney. “They are wiping the record clean for Ryan. They are reinstating him for a plan to complete the course without that professor.”

“The university apologized profusely,” Sasser said. “One of the university officials told us lots of people were offended by the assignment and they were very sorry about that.”

Corey King, the university’s dean of students, told Fox News they could not comment on the specifics of the Rotela incident – but reiterated their remorse for the offensive class assignment.

“First and foremost, we are deeply sorry for any hurt regarding this incident, any insensitivity that may have been seen by the community and the greater community at large,” King said. “We are deeply sorry.”

While King could not speak directly to Rotela’s standing at the university he did say that “upon reflection, the university has decided not to move forward with any disciplinary action against any student regarding this matter.”

King said it was obvious the lesson caused “hurt and pain” within the community and within the university’s population.

“As a result, we feel it’s necessary to no longer offer this assignment or activity,” he said. “We did not anticipate the hurt and pain it would cause in the community.

As for Poole’s future at the university – King said he could not comment on employment matters.

Translation: We hope this just goes away fast, so we don’t have to fire our prized affirmative action atheist democrap hire.

“We embrace academic freedom – but that comes with responsibility and we recognize that the activity at that time was insensitive,” he said.

Translation: We hate you Christians, but we are too cowardly to come right out and say it when exposed. We’ll cut our losses this time and return to Soros and Bloomberg for our next orders.

Sasser said university officials emphasized that Poole is an untenured professor.

“Someone at Florida Atlantic University was able to look at the issues and realize the professor had done a great offense – not only to Ryan – but to many people across the country,” Sasser said.

Translation: Rotella shone light on the nasty nest of cockroaches running FAU, and they caved like the cowards they really are.

Rotela told Fox News he was satisfied with the university’s handling of the incident.

“It was good that they apologized and realized what they did was wrong,” he said.

He was also thankful for the outpouring of support from the nations’ Christian community.

“I have two words – thank you,” he said. “If it wasn’t for all the Christians and the open-minded people who decided to call the university – I would be sitting in a room getting punished, getting sanctioned from the school and getting expelled from the university.”

Sasser said the outcome of Rotela’s case should serve as a lesson for other Americans facing religious persecution.

“It just takes one person to stand up against this type of aggressive nonsense,” he told Fox News. “It also takes like-minded people standing together to say we are not going to tolerate this type of religious bigotry.”

“When we all stand together – we win,” Sasser added.

Amen. Learn something hear Boy Scouts, Republicans and others being coerced to eat the liberal’s crap sandwiches. Stand up and fight against and, expose liberalism.

IT’S OFFICIAL: Growing up in moonbat infested areas may be hazardous to your mental health!

More than 145,000 city children — roughly one in five — between 6 and 12 struggle with mental illness or other emotional woes, a new study has found.

Furthermore, it’s likely that the severity of mental-health problems among youngsters is even worse than indicated. Survey limitations don’t capture the full extent of the problem, officials said.

“Undiagnosed conditions were not captured in Child Community Health Survey data. Therefore, prevalence estimates . . . likely underestimate true rates of mental-health conditions,” the study said.

If Matt Lauer doesn’t want to be seen with sharp knives, it’s because last summer his co-host Ann Curry was discovered with one in her back. She was swiftly replaced by a younger, more genial woman, Savannah Guthrie. Ever since, Lauer has been the prime suspect in Curry’s virtual demise. Five million viewers, the majority of them women, would not soon forget how Curry, the intrepid female correspondent and emotionally vivid anchor, spent her last appearance on the Today show couch openly weeping, devastated at having to leave after only a year. The image of Matt Lauer trying to comfort her—and of Curry turning away from his attempted kiss—has become a kind of monument to the real Matt Lauer, forensic evidence of his guilt.
What followed was the implosion of the most profitable franchise in network television. After sixteen years as the No. 1 morning show in America, Today was worth nearly half a billion dollars a year in advertising revenue to NBC, the bedrock of its business. In the aftermath of the Curry debacle, the show lost half a million viewers and ceded first place in the ratings war to ABC’s Good Morning America, losing millions of dollars overnight.
Blamed in the press for his co-host’s offing, Lauer has watched helplessly as his reputation gets battered week after week. When Chelsea Handler joked to him on Today earlier this month, “You have a worse reputation than I do,” Lauer’s smile sharpened into something that wouldn’t make it past airport security.

    Joe Biden’s limo bill: $321,665

After two items last week on the cost of lodging for Vice President Joe Biden’s early February trip to Europe, other news organizations began to investigate further. Wolf Blitzer’s show The Situation Room on CNN uncovered a contract apparently also related to the same visit to Paris:

Also on the receipt was $321,665 for a limousine company.

Although CNN did not link to the document, the notice of the contract award for the limousine service was posted on the same government website as the hotel contracts. Oddly, the “Contract Award Date” is listed as 2012, but this seems to simply be a typo.
Or, perhaps, a crude bungled attempt by the obamunists to hide their ridiculous spending.

And speaking of excessive government spending:

Sasha and Malia Obama are quietly vacationing at the Atlantis resort on Paradise Island in the Bahamas, Breitbart News has learned.

A source tipped Breitbart News off to the First Daughters’ spring vacation, which was not publicly announced or reported.
Breitbart subsequently confirmed President Barack Obama’s daughters’ trip with other sources. Both the White House and the Atlantis resort declined to confirm the report or comment, but another guest provided a photograph of Sasha and Malia at the resort.
It is unclear at this time if first lady Michelle Obama is also at the resort, or if she is planning to join her daughters there.
According to Judicial Watch, Malia Obama’s trip to Mexico last spring break, during which she was apparently accompanied by Secret Service protection, cost taxpayers $115,500.87. Sasha did not accompany Malia on that trip.

In an eye-opening six-month investigation into America’s disability program, Planet Money reporter Chana Joffe-Walt uncovered a “disability industrial complex” fraught with fraud that churns out 14 million checks every month to citizens the government has deemed disabled.
“Since the economy began its slow, slow recovery in late 2009, we’ve been averaging about 150,000 jobs created per month,” said Joffe-Walt in an Public Radio International (PRI) “This American Life” interview. “In that same period every month, almost 250,000 people have been applying for disability.”

Obamavote: Healthcare application registers voters, too

The 61-page online Obamacare draft application for health care includes asking if the applicant wants to register to vote, raising the specter that pro-Obama groups being tapped to help Americans sign up for the program will also steer them to register with the Democratic Party.

On page 59, after numerous questions about the applicant’s identity and qualification for Obamacare, comes the question: “Would you like to register to vote?” The placement of the question could lead some to believe they have to register to vote to get health care.

In the introduction of the document, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services declare: “This document-the ‘questionnaire’-represents each possible item that may need to be asked for successful eligibility determinations.”

Some believe atmosphere is safe for gay NFL player to come out

Former NFL player Scott Fujita has seen enough. He’s tired of the bigotry. He wants it to end. He’s not alone.

Players like Fujita, along with a coalition of current and former NFL players, and NFL team owners, a music mogul and others, are working diligently to create a safe atmosphere for the day history will happen: when an openly gay man will be a member of an NFL club. People like Fujita — brave people — are attempting to make the issue a non-issue for when that day comes.

And there are serious indications that day may come sooner than later. Based on interviews over the past several weeks with current and former players, I’m told that a current gay NFL player is strongly considering coming out publicly within the next few months — and after doing so, the player would attempt to continue his career.

Boy Scout leaders face controversy over gay leaders

As the Boy Scouts of America ponder whether to allow gays to be Scout leaders, a number Scouting officials debated the issue Saturday morning in downtown Orlando.

Even as the scouts are being sued for gay scout leaders who molested young boys, they’re being forced to allow gay recruiting among scouts and to allow gays to be in power positions over young scouts in scenarios where they could molest them.

Education Dept. helps leak students’ personal data. States and schools are signing over private data from millions of students to companies and researchers. Nine states have sent dossiers on students —including names, Social Security numbers, hobbies, addresses, test scores, attendance, career goals, and attitudes about school —to a public-private database, according to Reuters. Standardized tests are beginning to incorporate psychological and behavioral assessment. Every state is also building databases to collect and share such information among agencies and companies, and the U.S. Department of Education has recently reinterpreted federal privacy laws so that schools and governments don’t have to tell parents their kids’ information has been shared.

Cold sores may be tied to memory loss, study suggests

Researchers have found that the virus that causes cold sores, along with other viral or bacterial infections, might be associated with memory loss, and if further studies establish such a link, it could eventually prove helpful in preventing strokes or Alzheimer’s disease.
A long-term study of a group of gay people in one neighborhood of New York City found that those with higher levels of infection in their blood — meaning they had been exposed to various pathogens such as the herpes simplex type 1 virus that causes cold sores — were more likely to have cognitive problems than people with lower levels of infection in the blood. The results, released Monday, are published in the March 26 issue of Neurology, the medical journal of the American Academy of Neurology.

The San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office is warning residents about a rash of ‘door-knock’ burglaries that have occurred in residential neighborhoods around San Carlos.

Potential burglars have been approaching homes and knocking on doors to see if residents are home, according to the sheriff’s office.

If someone answers the door, the burglars ask for bogus directions or ask to see someone who doesn’t live there.

If no one answers the door, the home is often burglarized.

It’s only a matter of time before they graduate to home invasions. Moonbats might want to rethink their efforts to ban guns perhaps?

How else are they going to “invest” in their newest voters?

And speaking of immigration reform, it wouldn’t be a progressive’s bill without trying to attach some special set-aside for gays:

A key lawmaker involved in the bipartisan effort to reform immigration laws wants to cover gays and lesbians illegally in the United States, a potential hurdle to a final deal.

Rep. Luis Gutierrez, chair of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Task Force on Immigration, said that he supports including gay binational couples, or homosexuals romantically involved with Americans but who can’t skirt immigration laws by marrying their partner.

“It’s something we still should consider,” he said. “It’s part of who we are as Americans.”

The issue is a tough one because it suggests a federal endorsement of same-sex marriage, which Republicans won’t back, and because those involved are gay.

Democraps’ line: Give us your poor gay third world peasants, we’ve got plenty of other peoples’ money and free Obamacare to pass out, we’ll make them a low information Democrap bloc.

Leno and Hasselbeck–Victims of Conservative Cleansing

Although long time NBC ‘s “Tonight Show” host Jay (The Chin) Leno has never been accused of being a right-wing zealot, compared to the late night mouthpiece of liberal-leftism, sleazey Dave Letterman, Leno has been described as a virtual Barry Goldwater mainly because of his post-election, audacious but humorous criticism of President Barack Hussein Obama.
On the other hand, Elisabeth Hasselbeck, the lone, proud voice of conservatism and by far the most attractive co-host on ABC’s far-out liberal “The View”–is a recognized righty who has been under attack for years for expressing her usually-conservative viewpoint.
Coincidentally, authoritative rumors have it that Leno will be dumped by NBC when his contract is up next year and that Hasselbeck will soon be banished by ABC, not, of course, because of their political views. NBC plans to replace Leno with Jimmy Fallon in order to attract a younger audience and ABC announced its move was designed merely as an effort to “freshen” the show and perk up ratings.
As FNC’s Greg Gutfeld joked on “The Five”, “Clearly [Leno] pushed it too far. The network will send him to a reeducation camp for required therapy.” Gutfeld also suggested ”that Leno should poke more fun at Sarah Palin if he wants to keep his job.” . . . (Read more at

“Blacker in Philly”: You Might Not Believe in Race, but Race Believes in You

Robert Huber’s “Being White in Philly: Whites, race, class, and the things that never get said” article in Philadelphia magazine has inadvertently showed the fragility of Black-Run America (BRA). Mayor Nutter wants the magazine “punished.”

Without resorting to any discussion of IQ, Mr. Huber’s piece is a powerful reminder that normal whites – even liberal, left-of-center whites – understand the importance of race and how it impacts every aspect of their life.

Though many people will publicly say racial differences don’t exist, their every action in life (both public and private) shows that they understand race to be far more than a social construct.

The true “social construct” is, of course, the concept of equality. Thus, the importance of dialogue in BRA being a one-way street — where white people are constantly told of their racist past and present, needing to completely atone for their white privilege to ensure a future where their children are permanent second-class citizens.

How many bullets do you need to stop a group of government employees at your door determined to engage in an unconstitutional gun grab?

The thing is, police understand the concept of “overwhelming force” very well. Rather than send out one or two guys to arrest someone, they send ten or fifteen. That way, the guy will (hopefully) give up without a fight, since he sees the odds stacked so heavily against him.

A thirty round magazine or two changes the odds again. A person has enough firepower that the government knows that trying to take the guy by force will be very, very difficult. Instead…they have to resort to reason and persuasion.

Unless, of course, they have a drone overhead. Then it is just too bad about the family and neighbors who might be collateral damage.

Some are trying to falsely blame a big Oklahoma quake on human drilling and injection of drilling wastes in a clear attempt to set up arguments against fracking.

Not everyone agrees, though: Oklahoma’s state seismologists say the quake was natural.

Those blaming the drilling and wastes say: a day earlier there was a slightly smaller quake in an old oil well used to get rid of wastewater, right along a fault line. That smaller quake triggered the bigger one, and a third smaller aftershock.

In a statement, the Oklahoma Geological Survey said the interpretation that best fits the data is the quake “was the result of natural causes” but needs further study. The state officials cited new 3-D seismic data, a time lag between injection and the quakes, and the orientation of the faults to say it was natural not induced.

Just being in the right place isn’t proof enough, said Austin Holland, seismologist for the state agency. There are few places in Oklahoma where you can have an earthquake that’s not near an injection well, he said.

The simple fact is this: At best the earthquake was coming and this MIGHT have made it happen sooner – but really, likely did not. Tectonic forces, like climate forces, are orders of magnitude greater than anything humans are capable of doing.
