OBAMA DOJ’S OWN MEMO UNEARTHED BY THE NRA REVEALS TREASURE TROVE OF THE UGLY TRUTH ABOUT OBAMA’S GUN GRAB PLAN

In a nine-page Jan. 4 memo, a Ph.D. researcher named Greg Ridgeway, serves as the deputy director of the National Institute of Justice, an arm of the Justice Department– in fact, DOJ’s research and evaluation agency–said that the proposals before Congress are unlikely to have an effect unless they are made even more draconian. For instance, the document makes clear that the effectiveness of “universal” background checks “depends on … REQUIRING GUN REGISTRATION.” On the topic of magazines that hold more than 10 rounds of ammunition, NIJ writes, “In order to have an impact, large capacity magazine regulation needs to sharply curtail availability to include restrictions on importation, manufacture, sale, and possession.” As for popular semi-automatic firearms, the NIJ notes, “Since assault weapons are not a major contributor to U.S. gun homicide and the existing stock of guns is large, an assault weapons ban is unlikely to have an impact on gun violence. If coupled with a gun buyback and no exemptions then it could be effective.”

    Other gems:

“Fatalities from mass shootings (those with 4 or more victims in a particular place and time) account on average for 35 fatalities per year. Policies that address the larger firearm homicide issue will have a far greater impact even if they do not address the particular issues of mass shootings.”

“In order to have an impact, large capacity magazine regulation needs to sharply curtail their availability to include restrictions on importation, manufacture, sale, and possession. An exemption for previously owned magazines would nearly eliminate any impact. The program would need to be coupled with an extensive buyback of existing large capacity magazines. With an exemption the impact of the restrictions would only be felt when the magazines degrade or when they no longer are compatible with guns in circulation. This would take decades to realize.”

As for liberals false excuse that the heavily gun regulated places like Chicago experience violent crime because of guns “trafficked” from surrounding areas:

“contrary to the conventional wisdom that crime guns were being trafficked across state borders from places with less stringent regulations, such as Arizona and Nevada, we found that a majority of the guns used in crimes were purchased in Los Angeles County.”

In view of this, no one, even the grieving parents from Sandy Hook who are outspoken, can continue to pretend the Democraps and RINO allies have any intention with their gun legislation other than to create the same gun grab employed by the most oppressive totalitarian regimes in history.

More American’s waking up from their fog – Poll shows 29 percent of voters think ‘armed revolution’ might be needed

“We knew distrust of government was high. But a new poll shows that suspicion reaching new levels.

According to a survey from Fairleigh Dickinson University, nearly a third of registered voters — 29 percent — believe an “armed revolution” might be necessary in the next few years in order to protect liberties.

The poll from the university’s PublicMind explored perceptions regarding Congress’ latest gun control push as well as the Sandy Hook mass shooting. That legislative push, launched in the wake of the Connecticut shooting, fizzled last month after the Senate blocked a bill that would have expanded background checks.

So much for claims of runaway anthropogenic global warming.

Already second coldest spring on record and headed for coldest.

At the two-thirds mark for meteorological spring, 2013 was the second coldest spring on record – slightly warmer than 1975.

But 1975 had an unusually warm May at 17C. The two warmest months of May were in 1934 and 1896.

Not any time recently, an important point to note.

The forecast for the first two weeks of May is well below normal, so odds are that the spring of 2013 will be the coldest on record in the US.

Using the same flawed modeling that brought us anthropogenic global warming hoaxes in the first place, crack government scientists with supercomputers, predicted in January that this spring was going to be super hot!

Or should that have read, “Government scientists on crack with supercomputers, predicted in January that this spring was going to be super hot!”

New immigration bill has more waivers and exceptions per page than Obamacare.

    Kill it.

The bill includes roughly 1.14 waivers or exemptions per page. By comparison, the 2,409-page Obamacare law includes 0.78 waivers and exemptions per page.

And no, he’s not suggesting they change THEIR draconian immigration policies. He’s preaching to the choir, trying to get them behind changing OUR immigration policies – in other words, he’s campaigning for 2016 and beyond!

Many workers going to lose hours/pay AND health care coverage amid health act’s new math

Some workers are having their hours cut so employers won’t have to cover them under Obamacare.

The result: Not only will these workers earn less money, but they’ll also miss out on health insurance at work.

And the punch line is Democrat controlled municipalities are first in line doing this to their workers who likely vote party line Democrat – so they’re getting their comeuppance!

Will they learn their lesson? Will they stop voting Democrat? If so, Roberts might have done the right thing after all!

Overall, an estimated 2.3 million workers nationwide, including 240,000 in California, are at risk of losing hours as employers adjust to the new math of workplace benefits, according to research by UC Berkeley. All this comes at a time when part-timers are being hired in greater numbers as U.S. employers look to keep payrolls lean.

Now the guy who has successfully covered up his intense efforts to arm Mexican drug cartels in order to assault the Second Amendment blames Mexican violence on American guns?

    Here’s the big lie:

“Most of the guns used to commit violence here in Mexico come from the United States,” President Obama said during a speech at Mexico’s Anthropology Museum.

Well maybe when you order your Attorney General to arm the drug cartels they do. Before that, though, the guns came from south or latin American countries. They may have been originally manufactured in the U.S. but they weren’t deliberately sold to the Mexican drug cartels the way Obama and Holder did it.
