I didn’t mean to pick on Haiti. Democrats are importing and retaining voters to displace us from further afield. You may recall the rape that took place last week on a train in the Philadelphia area, witnessed by numerous people who did not lift a finger to stop it. This event was made possible by contempt for our national sovereignty.

Illegal alien Fiston Ngoy of the Republic of Congo has been arrested for the rape. He already had a criminal record.

Ngoy came here on a student visa in 2012. It expired 6 years ago because he didn’t stay in school.

Fox News reports:

[C]ourt records show that he racked up “multiple arrests and two misdemeanor convictions, one for controlled substances and one for sexual abuse.” Ngoy pled guilty in 2017 in Washington D.C. to the sexual abuse misdemeanor and was sentenced to 120 days in prison and nine months probation.

Why was he not deported? Because moonbattery:

[Ngoy] received a “withholding of removal” from an immigration judge in March 2019 after the Board of Immigration Appeals found that his misdemeanor sex offense was not a “serious crime” that would have made him ineligible for such a stay.

When it comes to deportation under Biden, this probably won’t count as a serious crime either:

Police in Philadelphia said on Monday that the attack on the train lasted six minutes in front of bystanders who did nothing and took out their phones to film. The only person to call 911 was an off-duty SEPTA employee, who called Transit Police officers — who arrived three minutes later to interrupt the violent assault and arrest the man.

The arrest evidently went well. Otherwise, Black Lives Matter might be burning cities in Ngoy’s name.

Why did none of the onlookers attempt to stop the attack? Maybe because they didn’t want to miss the chance to go viral by taking some video. Maybe because we have been conditioned to passively wait for Big Government to take care of everything. Maybe because if even the police get thrown in jail for arresting a bad guy, someone not authorized might really get in trouble. Maybe because someone who tried to intervene could risk being targeted as a racist, like Officer Nicholas Reardon, who shot a black woman who was trying to kill another black woman, incurring the wrath of powerful zillionaire LeBron James. Maybe because in a world crazy enough to put Joe Biden where he is, people keep their heads down.

Maybe it was for the same reason Ngoy is still in the country. We have been twisted against ourselves by leftism to the point that we will no longer defend ourselves or the innocent.
