Probation for Committing Serious Felonies

Have at it, criminals — especially if you live in moonbat enclaves like Tucson. In the unlikely event you get caught, liberal judges will just let you free anyway:

A Tucson man has been sentenced to three years of intensive probation for participating in a home invasion.

A Pima County Superior Court judge cited Ernesto Adrian Guerrero Jr.’s age and lack of a prior convictions as reasons for not sending him to prison Monday.

The 23-year-old Guerrero pleaded guilty in October to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Authorities say three adults and three children were at home on April 15 when three men burst in and allegedly threatened to kill everyone if they didn’t give them drugs and money.

After being told they had no money or drugs, the men searched the house and allegedly took the homeowner’s wallet and cellphone and fled.

If an utter failure of a president can get reelected on a campaign platform that consisted entirely of plans to steal other people’s property, why should poor Guerrero be punished? Why is theft even illegal?

By the way, Arizona honors the castle doctrine. Much as the locals must hate it, this applies even in Tucson. Criminals have our legal system on their side. You had better have Smith & Wesson.

On a tip from AC.

    Tee him up again, judge.

BTW here is his mugshot somehow not supplied in the story

“22-year-old Daniel Alejandro Macias, 22-year-old Ernesto Adrian Guerrero and 21-year-old Miguel Angel Soberanes were booked on six counts of robbery, six counts of aggravated assault, six counts of kidnapping, one count of aggravated robbery and one county of burglary.”

Ah, the Judge must have seen that 23-year old “youth” Ernesto was one of Obama’s DREAM Act babies, and putting him behind bars might deprive him from being able to apply to get some free sh$t and welfare. Besides, robbery, aggravated assualt with a deadly weapon, kidnapping, are all forgiveable first-time offenses for people of color in our fundamentally tranformed, socially just, and enlightened America where Michelle can now be proud.

Hopefully the next residence these DREAMers invade will be like the old Black Flag roach motel – where roaches check in but they don’t check out.

To quote Col. Cooper: “The proper solution to armed robbery is a dead robber.”

Comrade Guerrero was born poor and his parents never hugged him so it is not his fault. Also he is a vibrant diversity with a glowing halo.
