The Campaign Count

The Obama campaign has become as farcical as the Obama presidency:

At the same time Team Obama released a childish ad hitting Mitt Romney for daring to consider removing multimillionaire, one-percenter Big Bird from the federal government welfare rolls, the Romney campaign released a devastating graphic that shows that since his debate debacle, Barack Obama has mention[ed] Big Bird and Elmo 13 times but has not mentioned Libya or his plan to fix the economy even once.

At least the Big Bird strategy is starting to wake up liberal media establishmentarians to the fact that they gambled what was left of their credibility on the wrong messiah.

A media that is obviously disappointed with Their Precious One’s debate performance and recent collapse in the polls, is not at all happy with this silly and stupid Big Bird attack. Politico criticized the ad as small ball, NBC News described it as “absurd,” and ABC’s Rick Klein seems confused by the desperate smallness of it

Even MSNBC’s Schmuck Todd observed that continuing to remind people of the debate by harping on Romney’s promise to pry PBS away from the government teat will not help Obama, given his disastrous performance.

The “mainstream” media should be advised that the sooner it bails on Obama and starts giving Fast & Furious, Solyndra,, et cetera the attention they deserve, the sooner people will take it seriously again.

Maybe Bert and Ernie can campaign for Obama promoting homosexual lifestyle! How about a threesome, two puppets, one numbnuts?

Why should he be confused? Obama’s a small man, and so he acts like one. He has no good ideas so he attacks little points.

The amusing part about the LameStream Media is that they’re “confused”. These stupid stances by Obama are even too small for the media. They must be in a tizzy because they’re seeing the actions of a child and they don’t know how to react in a way that would *not* negatively impact him.

Chalk it up to yet another symptom of Obama’s brain damage.

PBS has been campaigning for Obama for the past six years, constantly pushing the left’s agenda. Just watch, though. After what Romney said in the debate, they will likely start showing a more conservative programming and act like they’ve been doing that all along. You know, like when you tune in to PBS and find a great show is on, then realize that it’s only because they are having a pledge drive.

Pardon my skepticism here, but I would call Hussein Soetoro’s accomplishments while in office a ROARING success, one-termer or not, toward completing the overthrow of U.S. Constitutional gov’t unless his entire presidency is proven an unconstitutional fraud and everything he did legally revoked by the SCOTUS. The evil this demon-possessed, dope-addled homosexual communist has done while in the highest office in the land WILL end the nation’s sovereignty. So far the Dead Elephant Party has expressly demonstrated they have no interest in who Hussein is, and no interest in enforcing the law, via the Constitution which they swear an oath to uphold and defend, or in reversing the violations perpetrated by Hussein’s evil henchmen.

His Connecticut social security number makes Hussein a FELON…but who cares?

  8. Bob Roberts says:

One thing that’s missing from the above graphic is Obama himself saying that if he can’t get things turned around he would necessarily be a 1 term President.

Headline from Fox today “Big Bird To Obama: I’m Not Your Attack Dog”.

In one week, both AARP and PBS tell The One to suck wind. WOW! Lyndon Johnson QUIT when he lost Cronkite. If I were Obama, I’d book a flight to Indonesia (where he can hear “one of the prettiest sounds on earth at sunset” every day. Five times a day).

A good performance by Ryan, and one more moderately good one from Romney and this thing is more than in the bag.

    November, baby.

As an Englishman watching the campaign from outside, I declare a new low for your country. All people even remember from the debate is Romney’s Big Bird comment.

Big Bird, Elmo, and don’t forget this little gem. (Barf-bag warning)

  12. Chuck O says:

Obama has no choice but to talk about Big Bird. Just look at his voter base. On an intellectual level, do they look like they could get anything from Wild Kratts or Cyberchase?
