VA Denying Benefits to Victims of Mandatory Vax?

From the beginning, it was obvious that experimental Covid vaccines made no sense for healthy young servicemembers, to whom the vax was more of a threat than the virus. Yet the moonbats in charge demanded they roll up their sleeves. It looks like myocarditis has resulted. Now the VA reportedly refuses healthcare benefits, claiming that the vaccine imposed by the Pentagon was not service-related.

LifeSiteNews has background:

The COVID vaccines, developed and reviewed in a fraction of the time vaccines usually take under former President Donald Trump’s Operation Warp Speed initiative, continue to be dogged by public concern over evidence of harmful side effects, which the federal government has been largely uninterested in pursuing.

Medical billing data from the Pentagon’s Defense Medical Epidemiology Database (DMED) shows that 2021 saw drastic spikes in a variety of diagnoses for serious medical issues over the previous five-year average, including hypertension (2,181%), neurological disorders (1,048%), multiple sclerosis (680%), Guillain-Barre syndrome (551%), breast cancer, (487%), female infertility (472%), pulmonary embolism (468%), migraines (452%), ovarian dysfunction (437%), testicular cancer (369%), and tachycardia (302%).

Nonetheless,

Until last December, President Joe Biden’s Pentagon leaders enforced COVID-19 vaccine mandates on American service men and women, provoking almost 40 lawsuits and threatening soldier and pilot shortages potentially adding up to tens of thousands, contributing to broader ongoing problems of force strength, troop morale, and public confidence.

Now we hear infuriating stories like this:

The VA denying disability benefits to vax victims appears to be more than hearsay. A half dozen senators — Marco Rubio (R-FL), Rick Scott (R-FL), Ted Cruz (R- TX), Tom Cotton (R-AR), Steve Daines (R-MT), and Mike Braun (R-IN) — demand answers. From a letter they sent to Veterans Affairs (VA) Secretary Denis McDonough:

We write for clarification on the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) policy for veterans who have injuries resulting from receiving the COVID-19 vaccine while in service. As you are aware, the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) required all service members to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Many service members, despite hesitations against receiving the vaccine, chose to be vaccinated to continue their service to our country.

The senators have questions for the VA’s Chief Bureaucrat:

1. What is the VA’s process for considering COVID-19 vaccine injuries for disability claims?
2. Does the VA consider COVID-19 vaccine injuries as service-related if the service member received the vaccine during service?
3. Has the VA investigated the health effects of COVID-19 vaccine injuries?
4. What resources does the VA provide service members who are concerned that a COVID-19 vaccination led to their injury?

Don’t hold your breath waiting for straight answers from the Biden Regime.
