He has been denounced by the liberal media for a “secret seven-year marriage to a woman.” If the marriage was to anyone resembling Gauleiter Gretchen, it could help explain his behavior since.

On behalf of the Nanny State, Michigan Gauleiter Gretchen Whitmer exploits Christmas to indoctrinate children with ChiCom virus hysteria, which she laid upon Christmas like a wet blanket by telling kids to avoid celebrating with relatives.

Whitmer introduced Santa Claus to the 6 groups of children before inviting them to ask Santa questions, almost all of which were about COVID-19 rules and had obviously been scripted for them.

Santa told the kids that he and his elves wear masks and remain 6 feet apart from each other, and urged them to wear masks whenever they leave home.

The health benefits of children wearing masks as they play in the snow are doubtful. But who wants to risk getting a lump of coal by disobeying Santa?

Whitmer then said that families should “stay home” and not visit each other and instead, “call your grandparents and your cousins and your family and it’s the safest way to tell the people you love how much you care about them.”

Next time Whitmer does a yuletide Zoom call, she ought to team up with the Grinch instead.

Michigan State Representative Cynthia Johnson (D-Detroit) is even scarier than we knew. When she issued a public call for her supporters “who are soldiers” to come after “Trumpers” and “make them pay,” it appeared obvious that she was siccing Black Lives Matter goons on her critics. But she has a supporter who might do worse than toss a Molotov cocktail through your front window. Michigan Gauleiter Gretchen Whitmer, infamous for the ruthlessness with which she inflicts arbitrary coronavirus decrees, has Johnson’s back.

Johnson’s perceived call for violence resulted in a wrist slap:

Michigan Republican Party Chair Laura Cox accused Johnson of inciting violence. House Speaker Lee Chatfield, R-Levering, and House Speaker-elect Jason Wentworth, R-Clare, subsequently announced Johnson would be stripped of her committee assignments, adding Johnson could face “further disciplinary action as the proper authorities conduct their own investigations.”

Even that was too much for Whitmer:

“I think that removing her from her committees is too far, truly, and I’ve reached out and asked the incoming House leadership to reconsider that,” she said.

The signal has been broadcast loud and clear. In Michigan, Democrat leadership has no problem with pols conducting themselves as if America were some tinpot dictatorship in a remote Third World backwater. If the Governor approves of issuing marching orders to an army of street thugs who have already caused $billions in damage with hundreds of riots in the course of this year, pulling out fingernails might be next.

Johnson said she didn’t mean to threaten Trump supporters, but she also doesn’t regret her words. Instead, Johnson said she’s owed an apology from GOP leaders.

Other Democrats who refused to respond to repeated requests for a statement of condemnation include Rep. Debbie Dingell, Rep. Haley Stevens, Senator Debbie Stabenow, and Senator Gary Peters.

New evidence suggests that the FBI purposefully tolerated and encouraged political violence ahead of the 2020 presidential election so as to target perceived domestic extremists for arrest.

The term “domestic extremist” does not refer to Black Lives Matter or pro-Hamas sociopaths. Just as only a Caucasian can be racist, only a right-winger can be a domestic extremist.

The new evidence consists of internal FBI reports and undercover recordings obtained by The Intercept. Even this left-wing news source is alarmed.

The files mainly concern the notorious 2020 conspiracy to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, a rabid Democrat. As previously reported, a large group of undercover FBI agents and informants tricked a few Michigan men into taking part in the plot.

During the Whitmer plot, FBI agents “at times put Americans in danger” just to keep the plot alive and well.

The danger included letting militia members enter the Michigan Capitol with guns and possibly a live grenade.

Moreover, the Whitmer plot oftentimes intersected with other FBI-concocted plots — such as one to fly a drone with explosives into then-Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam’s North Carolina vacation home. …

There was also an FBI-concocted plot to kill Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser involving an undercover FBI agent named Timothy Bates.

Worse will come as the Deep State pulls out all the stops to prevent Trump from returning to the White House.

Pushback continues against New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham’s full frontal assault on the US Constitution. Her absurd “emergency” decree canceling gun rights in the name of public health has provoked numerous lawsuits. State Attorney General Raul Torrez refuses to defend her in court:

“Though I recognize my statutory obligation as New Mexico’s chief legal officer to defend state officials when they are sued in their official capacity, my duty to uphold and defend the constitutional rights of every citizen takes precedence,” his letter continued. “Simply put, I do not believe that the Emergency Order will have any meaningful impact on public safety but, more importantly, I do not believe it passes constitutional muster.”

That is putting it mildly. The decree’s only purpose is to attack the Constitution. As many have observed, it would be unlikely to reduce gun violence.

Torrez takes the tyrant to the woodshed:

“I encourage you to engage in a more thoughtful and deliberative process with members of the New Mexico Legislature rather than taking unilateral action that infringes on the constitutional rights of law-abiding citizens while having little if any discernible impact on the underlying dynamics driving gun violence in our community.”

Just the response you would expect of an American patriot. However, Torrez is a Democrat — and he isn’t alone:

Albuquerque Mayor Tim Keller, also a Democrat, said in a statement to social media that the city’s police force would not be responsible for enforcing the governor’s order. Bernalillo County Sheriff John Allen announced on Monday that he would not enforce the order either, calling it unconstitutional.

The Southwest’s answer to Gretchen Whitmer remains defiant:

Lujan Grisham responded to Allen in a statement to the NM Political Report, saying that her administration had “given you the tools, Sheriff Allen — now stop being squeamish about using them.”

Law enforcement had better not be squeamish with leftists in charge.

Lujan Grisham said in an interview on CNN: “It’s not for police to tell me what’s constitutional or not.”

What the police need to tell her is that depriving Americans of their constitutional rights is a violation of federal law punishable by up to 10 years in prison. They need to tell her this as they escort her out of her office in handcuffs.

Looks like Democrats overstepped in their eagerness to disarm us and now have to backpedal. That would be why lunatic leftists Ted Lieu and David Hogg both suddenly discovered a love of the Constitution and denounced Lujan Grisham for attacking it, using identical language in a clear indication that orders had come down from on high to strategically step back for now.

It also looks like a schism could be developing within the party between those who are truly evil and those who ended up Democrats by some horrible mistake, and who actually believe in freedom and America. Hopefully the latter group is large enough to cause the party to collapse when they bolt from it.

Rather that pump the brakes on the moonbattery that is making people leave, the leftists running Michigan plead with Democrats in other states to come replace the lost population:

One of the ads entices people to move to Michigan and “enjoy your right to reproductive freedom,” a frequent euphemism for abortion-on-demand. Another shows a lesbian couple as the screen declares, “In Michigan, all are welcome.”

In the phrase “all are welcome,” the word “all” is Liberalese for anyone other than regular Americans.

“Michigan is proud to protect your fundamental human freedoms. We’re a state that’s on the right side of history,” said MEDC in a Facebook post containing one of its pitches.

According to leftist ideology, the permanent collapse of civilization into a hellish cross between Zimbabwe and a San Francisco bathhouse is historically inevitable. They prefer not to understand that history works like a wheel: hard times create hard men, hard men create good times, good times create soft men, soft men create hard times.

“Fundamental human freedoms” do not include free speech, according to Michigan’s moonbat rulers. Already, legislation is pending that could result in 5-year prison terms for saying anything LGBT crybullies choose to find offensive.

Explicitly recruiting left-wing voters from other jurisdictions will accelerate the Democrat Death Spiral, which until now has relied on driving out sensible people and paying welfare dependents to reproduce. It will also accelerate a natural sorting process whereby moonbats and countermoonbats increasingly live in different parts of the country, rendering a second civil war inevitable.

Remember when they tried to attract visitors with the slogan “Pure Michigan?” Those ads have been nixed in favor of showcasing abortion. Purity is not on the agenda — unless you count pure moonbattery.

When one state makes a mistake, the others can learn from it, without the whole country stepping off a cliff. Michigan’s House of Representatives has passed a hate speech bill, known as HB 4474, which criminalizes causing someone to feel threatened by words, including the misusing of their pronouns, with the possibility of a hefty fine or even jail time.

It will literally be a criminal act in Michigan to refer to a man as a man if he says he wants to be referred to as a woman. This is the equivalent of jail time for not proclaiming that 2 + 2 = 5.

The bill introduces hate crime penalties for causing someone to ‘feel terrorized, frightened, or threatened,’ with ‘sexual orientation’ and ‘gender identity or expression’ included as protected classes.

As we are reminded daily, the Alphabet People regard any resistance whatsoever to their demonic agenda to be terrorizing, frightening, threatening, et cetera.

All animals are equal, but LGBT animals are a lot more equal under liberal rule. Kneel before them or the hammer of Big Government comes down:

Offenders could face up to five years in prison for such a felony offense or a $10,000 fine.

Michigan Democrats have also been pushing abortion hard. New legislation bans helping teenagers to overcome perverse sexual urges of the type liberals encourage. The party has gone out of its way to identify itself with immorality.

Scrape off the surface layer of degeneracy and you find raw tyranny:

“Make no mistake about it. Those advocating for this legislation will wield these policies as a weapon capable of destroying conservative expression or viewpoints grounded in the sacred,” Wagner told The Daily Wire. “One merely needs to look at the scores of cases brought against schools, churches, businesses, and individuals around our country. Proponents use these laws to silence and financially cripple those who dare to adhere to a different viewpoint and oppose their agenda.” …

Wagner said that under HB 4474, someone could listen to a speaker such as a religious preacher or read a conservative writer and claim they’re being intimidated because their “perceived gender identity” is under attack. Under the legislation, intimidation and harassment could be up to the interpretation of the listener and a local prosecutor, according to Wagner, who added that the bill determines what is criminal “after the action,” the opposite of the due process required by the Constitution.

The Constitution was created by white males who never proclaimed themselves to be perverts or members of the opposite sex. Therefore, it is racist, sexist, homophobic, and transphobic and will soon face cancelation.

The bill to crush free speech in the name of LGBTism will likely pass the Democrat-controlled Michigan State Senate. Then Gauleiter Gretchen will sign it eagerly.

Detroit, once the wealthiest city in the country, epitomizes the Democrat Death Spiral. The whole state is likely to follow as genuine Americans escape, leaving an ever higher percentage of moonbats to elect ever more radical tyrants.
