Amazon’s Jeff Bezos Spends $2.5 Million on Destruction of Marriage

If you were a zillionaire, what would you do with your excess money? Promote depravity? If not, you’re not on the same page as Amazon’s Jeff Bezos:

Jeff Bezos, the billionaire founder of Amazon.com, and his wife, MacKenzie, have agreed to donate $2.5 million to help pass a same-sex marriage referendum in Washington State, instantly becoming among the largest financial backers of gay marriage rights in the country.

With the gift, the couple have doubled the money available to the proponents of Referendum 74, which would legalize same-sex marriage in the state by affirming a law that passed the Legislature this year. Courts or lawmakers have declared gay marriage legal in six other states, but backers of such measures have never succeeded at the ballot box.

That’s because no matter how hard the degenerate liberal ruling class tries to ram the repugnant abomination of homosexual “marriage” down their throats, decent people still bitterly cling to the concept of holy matrimony that has been the bedrock of human civilization since prehistoric times. But enough money, media brainwashing, and government coercion can wash all those centuries away — or so our moonbat rulers have been hoping.

Why reducing marriage to a sick farce in Washington State is worth $2.5 million to Bezos, but only $100,000 apiece to Bill Gates and Steven Ballmer of Microsoft, will probably never be known.

On a tip from SR.

Obviously, from the photo alone, Bezos appears 100% GAY.

Will all the gays, please just once and for all STFU!

  2. TrickleUpPolitics says:

Doug, I agree. He may be one of the homosexuals who has a sham marriage.

Best line on gay marriage :
I believe gays should be as miserable as
    all hetero married men.

A few minutes ago, I went to Amazon.com and canceled my account. I have bought a lot of stuff on there, especially around Christmas. There are plenty of other places to shop online. See ya, Amazon.

  9. StanInTexas says:

Anyone here care to guess how many right-wing politicians around the country will call for Amazon to leave their locals and stop doing business in their state?

I’m going to go with ZERO!!!!

what’s that guy’s wife’s name – Larry? He’s about the most ghey looking guy (sic) I’ve seen

  11. Drury says:

Combine this with the fact that Amazon.com caved to the Texas Republicans who couldn’t stand not getting “their fair share” of taxpayer loot (aka sales tax confiscation) and I am pretty much done with Amazon. Just bought a TV from Newegg.com who still has free shipping and no tax, and as far as I know, keeps their political leanings quiet.

  12. RegT says:

I’ve had gay friends, and I can’t see bashing them for their disorder, but the problem with accepting gay marriage is that it goes further down the road in their attempts to legitimize it. The fact that our tax money supports the paychecks, medical coverage and retirement accounts of the liberal scum in our schools who teach our children that gay sex is OK really chaps my derriere.

Just as the very existence of John Holdren – “Science and Technology” czar for our gay President – pisses me foff for telling fifteen year old boys it is all right to have sex with older men when approached by them.

I’m not religious, but we get closer to Sodom and Gomorra with every move made to make homo-sex acceptable practice. If the Bible story is true, G-d didn’t like Sodom-y any more than most of us do.

    For sure and Gomorra 😉

  13. St. Gilbert says:

Suppose that a great commotion arises in the street about something, let us say a lamp-post, which many influential persons desire to pull down. A grey-clad monk, who is the spirit of the Middle Ages, is approached upon the matter, and begins to say, in the arid manner of the Schoolmen, “Let us first of all consider, my brethren, the value of Light. If Light be in itself good–” At this point he is somewhat excusably knocked down. All the people make a rush for the lamp-post, the lamp-post is down in ten minutes, and they go about congratulating each other on their unmediaeval practicality. But as things go on they do not work out so easily. Some people have pulled the lamp-post down because they wanted the electric light; some because they wanted old iron; some because they wanted darkness, because their deeds were evil. Some thought it not enough of a lamp-post, some too much; some acted because they wanted to smash municipal machinery; some because they wanted to smash something. And there is war in the night, no man knowing whom he strikes. So, gradually and inevitably, to-day, to-morrow, or the next day, there comes back the conviction that the monk was right after all, and that all depends on the philosophy of Light. Only what we might have discussed under the gas-lamp, we now must discuss in the dark.

If the number of gheys is around 10% of the total population, then why do these effing idiots such as Homo Depot, Office Depot and now Amazon feel the need to tick off the other 55% that want no recognition of homo marriage?

If Bezos is so smart, why can’t he understand that a majority – indeed a near super majority – of states have voted down the concept of homo marriage?

I keep praying but the tide of depravity is drowning out the prayers.

  16. Uncle Pinko says:

No one is shoving it down your throat, you clown. Shoving it down your throat means that *YOU* would have to marry a dude, Dave.

  17. StanInTexas says:

Uncle Pinko, you continue to prove what a pathetic partisan hack you are. How many Liberal politicians are attacking and threatening Chick-Fil-A because of there position on gay marriage?

Why is it that you tolerant people have no tolerance for any opinion that differs from your own?

  18. Son of Taz says:

Stan it’s because they are leftists. They are members of a dangerous cult. They like being in the cult because someone else does the thinking for them. They are incapable of independent thought.

  19. StanInTexas says:

Taz, people like Pinko seem to revel in their hypocrisy. They scream and screech that we respect and tolerate them, while they declare ZERO TOLERANCE for any opposing opinion.

    They are comically pathetic!!

Liberal douchebags prove it every day!

  23. Mrs. P says:

Can you imagine how the tides would turn if a wealthy Christian donated 2.5 million to support traditional marriage……

Bye…Bye Amazon, won’t be spending any of my hard earned money with your company.

  24. cmon people says:

Stan, as always, is the dumbest fucker in a herd of dumb fuckers.

“Why is it that you tolerant people have no tolerance for any opinion that differs from your own?”

It is YOU who want everyone to think like you – act all ‘keen on jesus’, and pretend like it is meaningful in modern life. And if instead we choose to use our brains and form our own opinions (i.e. gay marriage doesn’t hurt anyone and is a no-brainer) you decide that your opinion is the only one with merit. And then you bray about how we should legislate your personal morality for everyone else.

Which makes you a douchebag. (But we already knew that.)

PS – “Can you imagine how the tides would turn if a wealthy Christian donated 2.5 million to support traditional marriage……” – the Mormon church gave 10 times that amount to defeat Prop 8. Do you ever get tired of proving just how stupid you people are???

“No one is shoving it down your throat, you clown”

Oh reaaaaaaallly? Read some of the examples below how ‘nobody is having anything forced on them’. These examples are not exhaustive and only from the beginning of last year:

    http://www.billmuehlenberg.com/2012/05/15/homosexual-marriage-everything-will-change/

Fundamentally change the definition of THE bedrock of human society and you change everything. Just to make it clear, if you do not conform to the new definition of marriage you can expect decent people to be
    – jailed
    – fined
    – lose their jobs
    – be violently threatened
    etc. etc.

Doesn’t sound like ‘not shoving down my throat’ to me. Who is the “clown”? It isn’t about forcing two men to marry, it is about the forcing of APPROVAL. But I, along with millions of other decent people, cannot approve of depraved sex that is intrinsically infertile and unhealthy. Seriously, do you have any ability to think in that head of yours?

Back on topic, why do people persist with the idea that there is ‘inequality’ or ‘discrimination’

Last I heard, marriage is between a man and a woman
    AND
everybody is a man or a woman
    THEREFORE
everybody has the same access to one half of the equation as much as anybody else.

‘Equality’ and ‘Love’ and ‘tolerance’ are diversions to hide the fact that marriage is already available to everybody and this is not about any of those terms, but about a fundamental redefinition of ‘marriage’.

  26. StanInTexas says:

Cmon people, seriously? That is the best you have? Do you think that lying about my actions all of a sudden justifies your own?

You need serious professional help to treat your double standards. We can work on your foul mouth another time.

  27. JoeFranklin says:

He is entitled to his opinion and I am entitled to close my amazon account. I am sure the stockholders and the Board of directors might take a dim view of Bezos’ decision if many more would follow suit.

  28. grayjohn says:

Closing mine too Joe. Vote with your wallet.
