Antifa Attacks Patriot Prayer Rally in Portland

With a name like Patriot Prayer, good luck trying to hold a peaceful rally in Antifa-infested Portland:

Patriot Prayer, which describes itself as a peaceful First Amendment advocacy group, organized “Tiny’s Freedom March” in Portland as a going-away event for Tusitala “Tiny” Toese, who is close with group leader Joey Gibson.

Meanwhile, Rose City Antifa scheduled a counter-protest “to show Patriot Prayer, just as we showed them last year, that their violence and hatred has no place in Portland.”

When moonbats denounce hatred and violence, that usually means their demonic hatred of all things good and decent is about to drive them to violence again. This event was no exception, although only four were arrested, in contrast to last year’s encounter between these groups, which resulted in 14 arrests.

Antifa’s goal is to achieve a heckler’s veto for the ultra-left, so that no group that does not earn their stamp of approval can make a public appearance lest there be violence.

This classic fascist tactic has been effective. For example, they were able to get Portland’s Rose Festival canceled by demanding that the Multnomah County Republican Party not take part or else.

You can’t expect much law and order in a city whose Affirmative Action–compliant police chief is named Danielle Outlaw.
