Bill Nye Unveils the Exact Effect of Human Activity on Climate Fluctuation

Since it is all “settled science,” what exactly is the effect of human activity on the ever-fluctuating climate? Tucker Carlson painstakingly pries an answer from Bill Nye the Pseudo-Science Guy, a writer of children’s books about science who has suggested that skeptics of the global warming hoax should be thrown in prison:

As for the scientific evidence that Britain would not be cursed with grape-growers if only we jacked up taxation and regulation high enough to strangulate the economy, it is doubtful Nye could provide any. You’ll just have to take his word for it, on the grounds that he is a sneeringly condescending “expert.”

No wonder the founder of the Weather Channel calls Nye a “pretend scientist in a bow tie.”

On tips from Mr. Freemarket, StephaneDumas, Torcer, and Byron.

Bill (perpetual motion) Nye would have gone far as a member of the inquisition.

  2. Spiny Norman says:

I love the “WTF did you just say?” look on Carlson’s face. =^)

  3. Spiny Norman says:

    Inquisition?

    NO-body expects the Climate Inquisition!

He probably has that look patented and insured by Lloyd’s of London!!

  5. Rotohammer says:

“Cognitive dissonance” can be applied to what the AWG faithful are experiencing. In spite of overwhelming evidence that a solar cycle is warming the planet, AWG zealots cling to their belief that man is the cause.

“Confirmation bias” is another psychological term that Bill Nay the Science Gay should look up.

  6. Eddie_Valiant says:

Carlson has had some downright comical exchanges with the left. I figure they don’t know who he is yet, but eventually, the moonbats will avoid him like the plague.

  7. DM says:

Not to worry the comedy will go on indefinitely. The libs think they are smarter and better than We The People. That will not change, so Tucker will always have fodder for his audience.

  8. Gene says:

It’s too bad Carlson didn’t point out to Nye that during the middle ages England was a major producer of wine (prior to 1300). He might have also pointed out that it was warmer during Roman times than it is now. If fact we are actually still be coming out of a period of cooling know as the little ice age (1300 – 1850) that did in English wines. Of course the “scientists” Nye thinks should have the last word have been caught trying to cover this and other such data up. Like many other idiots, Nye’s doesn’t discuss science logically, he decrees it and then tries to ban opposing view points.

  9. Jack Bauer says:

    What a smug, arrogant, s.o.b. this bow-tied phony is…..

He’s a phony, first and foremost because he is not a scientist, but rather a TV actor that played one on TV. Nye’s qualifications to weigh in as though he’s some expert in the extremely complex area of atmospheric science is a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering.
So, if you want someone who is qualified to design a camshaft for your engine, this guy could do it…..maybe. (Actually I don’t think he’s that bright).

All this fraud can do is keep repeating talking points. “The science is settled”. “The evidence is overwhelming”. First of all, science is NEVER settled, and what exactly it the “overwhelming” evidence? The phony numbers coming out of NOAA? We haven’t been warming for nearly 20 years, and yet there is a higher CO2 concentration today than there was 20 years ago.

Go back and read all the dire predictions these fraudsters made 20 years ago and you’ll find they all have one thing in common. They never came true.

As George Carlin said so many years ago:
“It’s all bullshit folks. It’s all bullshit, and it’s bad for you”.

  13. […] But, this post is not just about questionable apparel choices by men, no. What this post is really about is Bill Nye, The Science Guy. Nye is an obnoxious ass, and a prominent member of the Gore Church Cult of Climate Change. And he wears bow ties, and he gets owned by Tucker Carlson here! […]

    I LIKE that!

  16. ICEvictim says:

yeah Bill Nye the rent seeker guy, there is abundant evidence – all of it pointing to fiddling the numbers to “prove” AGW

Here’s a simple challenge to anyone. Subtract the raw temperature data from the “adjusted” temperature data. What you will see is a curve that exactly matches the scary rise in CO2. In other words, as CO2 increased so did the NASA/NOAA ‘adjustments’ to the raw temperature readings.

If we had ANY news media in this country they’d have jumped on that like a cat with a mouse and torn it up like that mouse.

  17. 762x51 says:

Bill Nye, the Progressive religion guy. He should stick to children’s books, at least there is a chance they won’t be smarter than he is.

  18. Jodie says:

Science lost me at, “The big bang theory and man evolved from apes”. I was initially taught the truth in school – which is CREATION by God. Then, they abruptly stopped that and did a bunch of cutting and pasting in the textbooks and changed the truth to a God-hating lie. I could never trust anything that I learned in Science classes after that.

  19. Caitlin says:

The question I would have liked to hear was: how much money are you getting to push this BS?

Because he was one of their favorite TV personalities back when they were kids.

  23. Auburn Rapunzel says:

The Big Bang Theory is simply that time and space originated from a point. It was the opposing theory to the Steady State Theory, which was the “settled science” and proposed that the universe had always existed, so therefore no creation.

The BBT actually supports the notion of Creation as described, particularly taken in conjunction with evidence that indicates the original state of matter was liquid.

  24. Silence Dogood says:

Did he come to this conclusion using his mechanical engineering degree?

  25. Silence Dogood says:

You are correct. For from nothing, a huge explosion happens and then from molecules amassing and creating life? The chances of that are over a billion to one without divine intervention.

  26. Silence Dogood says:

Very good information, thanks for sharing. While the climate is changing, of that there is no doubt. I’ve watched the seasons shift for a decade now, the idea that man has had anything to do with it is absurd. I have watched flowers and plants bloom earlier and earlier for many years now. The one thing that nobody talks about, something that only happens once every 650K years is the complete lineup of all the planets with the black hole at the center of the galaxy. Does this have anything to do with what is happening? Unknown since we weren’t here to record it when it last happened. Is this coincidental with the lineup? Again, unknown since nobody was around to record the scenarios. Just a theory I have…

  27. Leonard Jones says:

What a freaking moron! First, the guy has a lowly BS in mechanical
engineering. Apart from that is that the guy was a paid ACTOR in
a scripted kiddie show. This man is so monumentally stupid that he
claimed increased temperatures causes the seas to expand.

When I was in the 3rd grade (back in 1964,) I learned the principals
of water. We learned about displacement using the ice cube / water
experiment. We also learned that water expands as it gets colder.
Throw a glass bottle of soda in the freezer and leave it there. Gonna
be cleaning up a mess of broken glass and soda slushie!

Al Gore makes this same infantile argument in his propaganda movie
Inconvenient Truth. He filmed glacial ice breaking off into the Gulf of
Alaska and claimed it was due to “Global warming.” OK Al “D science
student” Gore, I might believe your bullshit if the ice was melting, but
calving is evidence of EXPANDING ice!

The only reason either of these idiots are even known in this debate
is that Nye and Gore serve no other purpose than brainwashing
children. This is why the millennial generation swallowed this
crap, they were spoon fed junk science practically from the womb!

  28. Leonard Jones says:

I strongly disagree! The more this man is allowed to spoon feed
this BS to children, the more brainwashed they will become.

  29. ScarletPimpernel says:

What a nut case! What did the leaks have to do with the topic being discussed?!

  30. mauser 98 says:

all a cycle ..Earths axis , orbit..suns output varies since time began

  31. Rotohammer says:

Thermal expansion of water is a thing, from about 4 degrees Celsius and up. Yes, below that, approaching freezing, water also expands and breaks the soda bottle. Warming oceans will expand, but carbon credits and wind turbines won’t change that. The sun can warm the oceans, but it takes centuries to have much effect, due to the size and depth of the oceans. Bill Nye is still an idiot.

  35. Chris Causey says:

you disagree. Nye is an educated scientist but YOU….you know soooo much more as an uneducated drop out. yeah….you got the answers.

And um….the more the christians spoon feed their myth to children….a myth without even a single piece of evidence to support it….the more brainwashed they become.
