Stone Age Savage Management in Brazil

Formerly acknowledged as a hero for his role in expanding Western Civilization to the New World, Christopher Columbus is now demonized for destroying the idyllic noble savage lifestyle that prevailed in the Western Hemisphere prior to his arrival. But he didn’t destroy it completely. In the rainforests of Brazil, some still live as if Columbus had never arrived. However, the barefoot savages are on the brink of killing each other off:

The biggest expedition in 20 years to reach uncontacted tribes living in the Amazon rainforest is underway in Brazil – to prevent a bloody war breaking out between two of them, the country’s indigenous affairs agency, Funai, said [Saturday].

The Korubo tribe, which specializes in bashing people’s heads in with huge clubs, has been feuding since 1920 with the Matis, who employ blowguns with poison-tipped darts.

A team of 25 people, supported by the Federal Police and Brazilian army, are now […] making their way through the jungle to try to contact the estimated 30 to 40 members of the Korubo tribe at a cost of over £160,000 [$210,126.80].

Leader of the expedition Bruno Pereira reports that “In July last year there was a clash between the tribes, when the Matis stole the hammocks of the Korubos.” Now the tribes are within 12 miles of each other, and if they meet up, the consequences could be even worse.

At other times, a more hands-off approach is preferred, as in the case of a lone savage believed to be the last survivor of his people:

The 50-something man has been living alone for 22 years in a forest spanning around 4,000 hectares, and is known as The Man of the Hole because he leaves behind deep ditches, presumably used to trap animals or to hide.

Funai has been monitoring the man from afar since 1996, and needs to show he is still alive to renew a restriction order preventing anyone from entering the land where he roams, in Brazil’s north-west state of Rondonia.

Should savages be protected from civilization, or should civilization protect savages from each other? It’s a conundrum for do-gooders.

State Department Okays Importation of Child Brides

There is no value that the liberal establishment will not sacrifice to political correctness (a.k.a. multiculturalism a.k.a. Cultural Marxism) — not even the protection of children. Foggy Bottom, ever a hotbed of moonbattery, has approved thousands of requests to bring child brides into the USA:

The State Department approved 5,556 requests made from adults who were looking to bring minor spouses or fiancées to the United States and 2,926 requests made by minors that were seeking to have older spouses brought in. The agency also reportedly approved 204 requests made by minors seeking to bring in spouses who were also minors. …

In nearly 150 cases, the man seeking to bring minor spouses or fiancées to the U.S. was over the age of 40.

If liberals would promote homosexual adoption, despite it predictably leading to perverts acquiring little boys as sex slaves (see here, here, here, here, and here), you can’t expect them to be squeamish about letting middle-aged men import child concubines.

The child brides and their newly American sponsors are mainly Muslim and presumably exclusively from the Third World, so helping them to establish their culture and mores in America advances Cultural Marxism. In addition to diluting the culture and demographic preponderance of the core population, there is the more immediate benefit to progressives that the more of these people are brought into the country, the more votes there will be for Democrats.

Rising Death Toll of Cultural Relativism

Edith Blais of Sherbrooke, Quebec and her Italian boyfriend Luca Tacchetto appear to have joined the list of those who have been killed by cultural relativism, a particularly deranged aspect of progressive ideology according to which the savagery of savage societies is dismissed as a racist construct. The two disappeared in the African hellhole Burkina Faso:

“Canada’s travel advisory for Burkina Faso is about as explicit as you can make these things,” said Gar Pardy, a former director-general of consular affairs who also served as ambassador to multiple countries. “It’s a very troubled country.”

Since the killing of six Quebecers in Ouagadougou in 2016, the country once known as Upper Volta has been seen as a place where jihadists can strike anywhere at any time.

There are none so blind as those who will not see. That leaves moonbats wandering around with their eyes closed in a world full of open manholes like Burkina Faso. Given local mores, they were likely killed in a gruesome manner.

Others murdered and/or raped as a result of their willfully naive failure to recognize that not all cultures are equal include Louisa Vesterager Jespersen, Maren Ueland, Jay Austi, Lauren Geoghegan, Amanda Kijera, and Giuseppina Pasqualino,
