De Blasio Leaves Wealthy Upper East Side Unplowed

All the global warming that keeps burying the Northeast in snow has been particularly hard on New York City residents who don’t live in sufficiently proletarian neighborhoods, now that communist Bill de Blasio is running the show:

Huge swaths of the city’s wealthiest neighborhood had been not been plowed by early Tuesday evening, leaving 1-percenters out in the cold, according to the city’s own map of snow-plower activity.

“He is trying to get us back. He is very divisive and political,” said writer and Life-long Upper East Sider and mom Molly Jong Fast of Mayor de Blasio.

That’s what sells these days. Obama may have gotten elected on phony promises to unite Americans, but that sure isn’t how he got reelected. For an update on the state of liberal politics in America, refer to New York Governor Andrew Cuomo’s recent proclamation that those who believe in the sanctity of life, the Second Amendment, or the sanctity of marriage are not welcome in the state.

“I can’t believe de Blasio could do this. He is putting everyone in danger,” said Barbara Tamerin, who was using ski poles to get around 81st Street and Lexington Avenue.

“What is he thinking? We’re supposed to get up to a foot of snow and nobody on the Upper East Side is supposed to blink an eye? I can barely get around and I’m on snow shoes! All of the buses are stuck and can’t go anywhere. He’s crazy. We need Mayor Bloomberg back!”

That you do. The situation in New York is that bad.

Michael Bloomberg
Even Bloomberg was better.

Seattle mayor Mike McGinn pulled this crap a few years back. He refused to salt the streets out of fear that the salt would leach into Elliot Bay. Never mind that Elliot Bay is salt water to begin with. Numerous auto accidents and injuries resulted. Seattle liberals kicked McGinn out in the next election in favor of a fudge packer. No doubt it won’t be long before we have queer bathhouses in every neighborhood.

The rich are the latest cost-savings for snow removal; next will be garbage removal. They are rich. Let them pay for everyone else to have snow and trash removal and since they still have money left over, they can provide for themselves. Mayor found hisself a way to tax them stinking rich. He is not afraid of them all moving out as they most likely already have in place if you leave the state you pay big, big exit tax or even a perpetual exit tax. There were rumors of this being developed a few years ago. Then all went quiet. Wonder what is up with that. Are they not still hounding and billing Rush Limbaugh for his current profits? Not that he pays it. These “rich” need to get together and “wagon train” out of there and get the last laugh by gifting or signing over their homes to a poor person. The whole neighborhood filled with people owning homes, trashing them to point of taking the whole hood down to ghettoland, and can’t pay property taxes!!! Yeah, the rich would take a big loss on their property, BUT if they stay they are gonna lose that much money paying their own way and higher taxes. This way, they get to do the screwing with their loss. Imagine the overpasses leaving the state and entering a neighboring one; Patriots cheering them on. Go, Rich New Yorkers! We Love You!!!!!!

Most of those “wealthy eastsiders” are liberals who have been voting in dirtbags like him forever. I hope he diddles them deep and hard. Enjoy it, you fools! Or not. Either way, I’ll enjoy watching.

  4. Another phony political scandal to hide the real ones in Washington DC. There are only so many snow plows. Everywhere can’t all be the first ones they get to. Those fancy neighborhoods may have been used to being first, but they have no entitlement to be so. Who is first is always a political decision. Last time they benefited, this time someone else did. BFD. Bunch of whiners. As long as the city isn’t dumping snow from other neighborhoods onto their streets, they have nothing to complain about.

    a game?

hey Dave.. looking for the post of the fat MAIG cop..

  6. Rich says:

  7. Xavier says:

Off to an auspicious start, eh Mr. Mayor? A little foreshadowing?

Yeah… another day, another fake story from the lunatic fringe.

The facts? One of the plows that was supposed to be working in that area was broken, leaving all of the routes a few hours behind.

Clearly a deep dark conspiracy! (Is there anything – at all – that you fools don’t just lap up mindlessly?)”

Lying bag of shit drops by – Yeah troll, we don’t by your Communist propaganda that everything is all good. All you scum can do is claim that everything is “fake”, denying reality in order to further your power mad schemes. Just as you did with Comrade Chairman Obama and his proclaimed phoney scandals. You a-holes can’t even acknowledge facts.

That is why we neither desire or seek dialogue with Marxist filth like you. See you on the battlefield comrade.

Don’t bite the hand that feeds you Mr.DeBastardo. If the wealthy must leave, please….please do not bring any liberalism with you.

  10. Jim says:

OK everybody, let’s have a chorus of “I love New York”.

  11. Mr. Mentalo says:

Just wait until the class/race riots start. Strangely, there will be many mechanical problems with police cars and fire engines that were dispatched to wealthy neighborhoods, as well as power outages, phone service disruptions and a lack of news organizations covering the story. But no…I’m being paranoid and conspiratorial. De Blasio would NEVER engage in that kind of retribution against the ‘one percent’. Right?

  12. Spurwing Plover says:

Their stuck with this jerk for four years get used to is fools

  13. Jester says:

Wonder if the ghettos got plowed?

  14. TED says:

    It’s a because…

    The difference.

  15. Cameraman says:

Jester.. the Only thing getting Plowed in the Ghetto are the Getto Rats!!

  16. Henry says:

Bunch of whining pussies. During the two extreme blizzards that occurred in my childhood (I grew up on 75th and Lexington), that entire neighborhood was NEVER plowed. It was fun watching people cross-country ski down Park Avenue for a couple of days…

    Enjoy your new dictator, NYC.

  17. DJ says:

    Bloomberg is to De Blasio

    as is to

    Dumbass Dubyah is to Barry.

  18. Son of Taz says:

I recently updated my TomTom GPS amd tried setting a New York destination. The GPS lady screamed at me “are you crazy? Why the f*ck do you want to go there? Don’t do it!”

  19. Louisiana Steve says:

I find it hard to believe that De Blasio would do such a thing. I heard he always gives a good plow job.
