Democrat Activist Explains How Hillary Will Try to Ban Guns

Mary Bayer is an alternate Democrat delegate who is working on the Hillary campaign. She sums up Shrillary’s deceptive strategy for denying us our fundamental right of self-defense:

“You have to take that sort of moderate, ‘We just want to have common sense legislation so our children are safe.’ You say sh** like that, and then people will buy into it.”

Or at least gullible people will. The ultimate objective: complete disarmament of the civilian population, as you might expect in a country like Cuba or North Korea.

Mary’s concern for the House and Senate is a reminder that even those of us who cannot bring ourselves to vote for Donald Trump need to turn out and vote Republican down-ballot.

Looks like Mary didn’t appreciate the 5 minutes of fame she received from Project Veritas. Follow-up on the video above:

On tips from J, Stormfax, and Torcer.

Unfortunately, here in CA, my “down-ballot” is rather pointless. I have a RINO squish for a Congressman who is in no danger of losing, and all other races are two Democrats.

If by some miracle, Trump is competitive here, I’ll reconsider.

  6. Spiny Norman says:

Funny thing is, there are more guns in private hands in Australia now than before the “buy-back”. Certain types, like most semi-auto rifles, are much harder to find, but there’s been more sales of firearms since then than were turned in, at least according to a couple of Australian blog commenters I’ve seen.

Hillary Clinton Delegate Explains Her Deceptive Propaganda to Ban Guns

Of course, much of what she said is no mystery. It has been common phraseology to say that one is for “common sense gun legislation.” The reality is that kind of talk is actually “communist gun legislation.”

“Saying you want to ban guns altogether, that’s going to piss everybody off,” Clinton alternate delegate Mary Bayer told the undercover Project Veritas

So, she reveals openly that this is the ultimate goal, not some common sense legislation. She realizes that it will not only upset people, but it is unlawful and this is the reason they try to deceive the people.”You have to take that sort of moderate… ‘We just wanna have common sense legislation so our children are safe!'” Bayer added. “You say sh*t like that, and then people will buy into it.”

The real issue is that the Constitution gives absolutely zero authority for those in government to write legislation that restricts or bans the ability of citizens to keep and bear arms of any kind, including warships and tanks. So, Congress can write all the words they want to write and in the end, they are simply acting unlawfully and treasonous against the people they are supposed to be serving.

  9. Mr. Freemarket says:

There is a lesson to be learned here.

The most effective vote you can make is with your feet.

  10. Mr. Freemarket says:

Keeping and bearing arms is a civil right. Those who conspire together to deny the civil rights of others can be prosecuted and imprisoned for up to 10 years.

Of course, the only civil right that the democrats care about is the right for the dead to vote.

  11. Mr. Freemarket says:

Many of us patiently explained that, of all the candidates running for the republican party, Trump had the greatest uphill battle in order to get elected. But, undaunted, Trump supporters forged on, proclaiming that they didn’t worry about the votes of actual conservatives. They said that Trump’s supporters would come out of the woodwork. They also said not to worry when I pointed out that Trump isn’t doing enough to raise money.

So, no; it isn’t our fault that Trump is the nominee and that he has an uphill battle in front of him.

  12. J.j. Cintia says:

We’re heading for War. At this point its inevitable. These aren’t Democrats, they’re Communists. Bernie Sanders is a flat out Commie, and the only reason he’s supporting Hillary is she’s just the same kind of Marxist he is too. The Berlin Wall may have come down, but the Cold War has come to our schools, our government, and our culture. The time has come to fight. Civil War II or World War III, this is the fight between Freedom and Slavery that 1984 and Brave New World warned you about.

  13. 762x51 says:

This cannot be resolved in the courts, remember who controls them.

It also cannot be resolved at the ballot box because there are only Progressives running, once again.

There is only one way now. You aren’t going to believe the war we can bring.

  14. 762x51 says:

Just try it motherfucker, any time you think you are ready, I am.

  15. 762x51 says:

They can pass all the laws they want, they will still need to go around and actually confiscate those weapons. No one I know will voluntarily turn theirs in. I wonder what that job will pay?

  17. Metro Mike says:

All the government has to do to confiscate privately held guns is to pass laws stating you will be imprisoned and your property confiscated if you do not comply and turn your guns over to the authorities. %98 of the gun owners will comply. The remaining 2% will be casualties in the ensuing paramilitary mop up operation.
Good luck with your civil war fantasy. The reality is: civil war II has already been fought and won. Sadly the Cultural Marxists/globalists prevailed. The “conservative” movement is all but a feckless joke; reduced to a fringe group, I’m afraid. And it happened so fast . Twenty-five years ago it appeared “conservatism” was on its ascendency but that was just suerficial. Underneath the surface “progressivism” was advancing by leaps and bounds. The march through the institutions is all but completely complete.

  18. OldSailor says:

They also would have to know who holds the guns and most guns in this country are not registered.

  19. OldSailor says:

We number far, far more than a paltry 6 million shipmate, whoever made that meme up lowballed the figure by a couple orders of magnitude.

  20. OldSailor says:

The problem with that is eventually you will run out of places to run to. Liberals breed like roaches and are far harder to get rid of.

  21. Otis says:

…But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”…

  22. Troy McClure says:

And if only 10% of current troops decided not to comply with orders to harm civilians, the amount of havoc they could wreak from the inside would be DEVASTATING to the cause. Even if the statists won, their victory would be totally pyrrhic and the sweet life they imagined for themselves as elite rulers would be destroyed too

  23. Spiny Norman says:

Then there’s the problem with red state conservatives not wanting any blue state refugees, no matter how conservative they may be. (We somehow, magically, transform into San Fransicko moonbat liberals the moment we cross the state line.)

  24. Wilberforce says:

With this troll’s broken English and sloppy sentence structure, do you suppose this might apply?

“It looks like Russia hired internet trolls to pose as pro-Trump Americans.”

  25. Exit Only says:

I’ve been saying this for years. Those who advocate for “common sense
and reasonable” gun laws will never stop until all private guns are
banned and confiscated. Ask any one of them at what level of reduction
of gun related deaths will they accept to be satisfied to stop pushing
    for more restrictions.

  26. Torcer says:

The important thing we all have to remember is that gun grabbing is a two step process.

    1. The need lists of who has what, with sanctions for those losing guns and not reporting of this loss.
    [Boating accidents]
    2. Actual confiscation.

Step one requires the gun grabbers to LIE that they won’t ever confiscate guns…

  27. Karma's Janitor says:

they don’t have enough cops to enforce a law that people don’t believe in
like prohibition was, just bigger and more dangerous

  28. 762x51 says:

Form 4473 gets cleared through NCIC and in most states your state Bureau of Investigation or State Police. Computer databases are funny things. They can track not only the data entered but times, places, names. etc., of what is being queried. They also keep a log of each query called a transaction log.

You don’t actually believe that information just evaporates into the ether, do you?

  29. 762x51 says:

Fat chance. Any time you fascist douche bags feel you are ready, we are.

I have some friends that live in SW MO in the Ozarks. You start there with your confiscation plan, I can’t wait to see how that comes out.

  30. 762x51 says:

Yes, but the actual number is much higher, well over 50%. The imbeciles who think they will just go along and follow orders have never heard of the Code of Conduct that all branches train to. They don’t understand that disobeying illegal orders is your duty, not following them.

It’s even more complicated when you get down into who makes up those numbers. Statists always say that the military is outnumbered by the population but it doesn’t matter because they have superior weaponry. True, however, getting that weaponry deployed takes a massive team effort. The bigger and meaner the weapons system, the more people it takes to use it against an enemy. Attack aircraft for example, If the ground crew isn’t on board and they refuse to make the aircraft ready, it doesn’t matter that the pilot is ready to fly it against civilians, the reverse is also true. Even finer grained detail shows the ground crew is made up of groups like power plant mechanics, avionics specialists, fuelers, armors, etc. If the guys who know how to arm the aircraft won’t it’s a fancy show piece, if the guys who know how to fuel the aircraft won’t, it’s a paperweight, if the guy who flies the aircraft won’t, it’s all dressed up and no place to go.

No, the Progressive fascist dream is a pipe dream.

  31. 762x51 says:

Yes, but that number is targeted at those who can still participate in combat, not just who are former service members. Anyone who served before Gulf War I is most likely too old to participate, Vietnam and earlier veterans certainly are. plus their training is not in the application of 4th Generation warfare. Also their branch of service is relevant, AF veterans are useless in ground combat because they have never been trained for it. many veterans have been so grievously wounded in action that they can no longer fight as well. The number is a realistic assessment of the fighting capabilities we possess. not a role call of the VA client database.

  32. 762x51 says:

Could easily be the case, however, there are those here who harbor that same sentiment and I want them to know what is waiting for them in their attempt to implement their fascistic dreams.

  33. OldSailor says:

So you are talking ONLY recently discharged, nondisability YOUNG Army and Marine vets for the most part. Seems to me that a relative handful of individuals with little or no military experience or training are today raising quite a bit of hell against regular military forces. We are more than a “relative handful” and while most of us are no longer of “military age” we are still willing and able to join the fight if needs be.

I think whoever made up that meme needs to rethink that stance.

  34. Metro Mike says:

Not my confiscation plan; I’m referring the progressives’ confiscation plan. I’m not a fascist nor a prog. If I was to label myself, I’d call myself a paleo-conservative. A paleocon in the same vein as Pat Buchanan, Joe Sobran, Samuel Francis …. or even a classical liberal like Robert Bork.
Look, if the government can get the vast majority of legal gun owners to voluntarily turn in their guns, then the game becomes a war of attrition for those that won’t. Your friends in SW MO will no doubt refuse to give up their guns, but remember this: sans outright force, the government has a myriad of other mechanisms designed to persuade hold outs to give em’ up. The progs can make life for your patriot friends absolutely untenable. You’re a sharp guy, I’m sure your imagination can figure out what the progs can do … and are capable of doing.

  35. OldSailor says:

It’s amazing how many firearms change hands between private citizens with no records checks or other government involvement.

And no, I’m not silly enough to believe information simply evaporates. My name is not Hillary Clinton, I used to work for an NSA entity.

  36. Metro Mike says:

They won’t necessarily need cops to enforce the law. They can use nameless faceless bureaucrats to enforce the law. For example: they could suspend or revoke your drivers license if you refuse to turn in your guns. Or they could suspend or revoke your professional license if you refuse to turn in your guns. IOWs can could take away your means to earn a living if you refuse to turn in your guns. The list of nasty things they could do will be endless if the progs get their way.

  37. Bill Shepard says:

No matter what it pays, it won’t be enough!

  38. 762x51 says:

I wasn’t saying that you could not play a role, however, that role would necessarily have to be limited by the existing reality of age, infirmity, training, etc. If you are referring to the hajjis, They only “raise hell” with IED’s. Any other time they stick their nose out from under their rock, it gets blown to bits. As in earlier wars such as Vietnam, what is being defeated is the political hacks, not the military forces. In Afghanistan and Iraq we have had our hands tied by political correctness, ask anyone who has been there. If those same forces were simply turned loose to do the necessary damage so it could be over with, the GWOT would have lasted 6 months tops, not 14 years. The goat humpers have no chance against an unrestrained US force, it is our politicians who they have defeated, not us.

If you have never learned to fight in a CQC mode using “violence of action” you have no understanding of why I say your role would probably be limited. If you can make the cut, fine, but otherwise, you would only get others killed. The majority of you don’t possess the weapons manipulation skills to be accepted in such a group. Doesn’t mean you can’t train and try, I’m just giving you the harsh reality of the situation. Can you shoot on the move?, perform magazine changes while moving, rotate through a buddy bunker with a couple of team mates while doing those things? How fast can you cover a half mile in armor and equipment, while shooting? Violence of action is a style of fighting in armor, an unarmored combatant is a casualty, period. My combat load out weighs around 80lbs, with water, ammo, IFAK, secondary, optics, armor, etc., without support load. My helmet is around 6lbs with comms, goggles, IFF, camera, more with NVG attached. We fight around the clock but operate mostly at night, you would need to be able to that, meaning having and being able to operate your equipment in that environment.

If you are serious about doing this, I suggest you check out a combat school, there several good ones around the country. They will push you, drag you through the mud and make you miserable so you have a good understanding of what you are getting into. Most have a 3 – 5 day beginner course. Try it and see if you can make it, I’don’t know you so maybe you can.

The group I operate with is mostly former Force Recon / MARSOC guys, with a couple of ODA crazies thrown in for good measure. All of us have been to Iraq or Afghanistan or both. Look up Operation Phantom Fury for some examples of the type of fighting I’m talking about. Understand, I’m not saying you can’t do it, I just don’t think you understand how much things have changed. Go do some CQC training and see if I’m wrong, maybe I am.

  39. 762x51 says:

Yes, this enemy government has many ways to screw over the population but it always comes down to force. Once they take offensive action, whether that is a strike team or lien on your house, all bets are off. People begin to disappear in the night or wake up with their throats cut or their house burns down around them. Once the bureaucrats, who the Progressives rely on to implement their fascist laws, begin to suffer casualties, the dynamic changes rapidly. The ruling class has no choice but to give up or go full totalitarian police state. Then you have them where you can strike them with public approval. Once they start kicking in doors to search, “just in case” you might have some “banned: item, the vast majority of the population will turn against them which is all a guerrilla force needs to defeat them.

Even if the “vast majority of gun owners” voluntarily turn in their guns, how will the government know? The only way to be sure is to go door to door, house to house all across the country and then they still wont have them all. Any idea how many 30-06 deer rifles there are out there that were purchased before 1968 and so have never been recorded on a Form 4473? Those rifles can put a 180gr bullet in a 6″ circle at 800 yards all day long if you do your part.

I’ve killed enough fascists to know what they are capable of doing, all fascists are the same in their actions and they all die the same as well.
