Felons to Join the Upper Caste in San Francisco

Under liberalism, America has become a class-based society. Some are born into privilege as a result of their skin color, but you can also enter the favored caste by being in the country illegally, by affirming your homosexuality, or — since 9/11/01 — by being Muslim. If none of those approaches works for you, just commit a felony and then move to San Francisco:

San Francisco’s Human Rights Board wants to add ex-cons to the protected classes list that includes a person’s race and sex when it comes to housing and seeking employment.

Only the lower castes can be denied jobs and housing, not special people like felons.

As always with tyrannical moonbattery, lawyers will benefit from the pernicious law; it sets up endless opportunities for nuisance suits by ex-cons who aren’t given whatever they want.

A convict. Coming soon to your neighborhood with a lawyer in tow.

What else could they possibly want? They already go straight from the penitentiary to the IRS office to reopen their claim. Nevermind they never put anything into it. Same with foreigners…NONcitizens. They too get a montly check from the IRS. Try working where I do in an IRS office. The results of liberal insanity is what makes the sound mind go postal. Who is at fault when they do? Certainly not the one provoked beyond all reason. It is the Liberal and those who live high on the hog for free while those who work and deserve more only get to suck hind teat.

    Deactivate a Liberal today.

Kinda like the ‘upper caste’ of insanely wealthy people who don’t have to pay taxes? Yeah… like that… Whine on, crazy whiners.

  3. StanInTexas says:

RUKiddingMe, you mean like all the rich Liberals working in the Obama Administration?

  4. Mark says:

    @RUKiddingMe:

1st off lets start with the part of LEGAL vs ILLEGAL.

secondly, your liberal talking points are firmly rooted in the inability to understand the taxing of the rich and the effect it would have……but you stick with the likes of Bill Maher et.al. to tell you what you need to hear…..truth be damned.

btw, would YOU hire the guy in the picture?

What better reason for policy that actually creates MORE felons to turn loose on society. Class envious moron.

I’ve never asked a poor person for a job.

Rich people create jobs; that is, other taxpayers.

Companies don’t pay taxes; they pass that cost on to their customers, employees, and stockholders.

  13. TeaPartyTim says:

What do you say to a wetback in a suit?

    Will the defendant please rise.

California has been taken over by degenerate Mexicans and fags. It will fall. All the things which made America great have left the formerly Golden State. God will not protect California from the big earthquake. The people chose to tolerate multiculturalism, sin, depravity and criminality. God will not protect the modern day State of Sodom.

  14. Henry says:

    Take it to Stormfront, Moby.

Hmmm. 44,000 felons being released in CA over the next two years; I wonder what their destination will be…?

  15. TeaPartyTim says:

Standing up for them won’t fix your crime problem. California used to be a land of opportunity held stable by Protestant values, the American work ethic and a European, mostly Anglo-Saxon culture.

Look at when it all fell apart. That wasn’t when white suburban families were active in Church and community. It happened when the state was overrun by outsiders and consumed by their problems. It began when California embraced sodomy and depravity.

California was doing well up until the end of the 1950’s. What cultural influences were most popular then?

Then the 60’s hit and it became a cesspool of hippies, drugs, fags and Mexicans.

I call it like it is. I refuse to be politically correct when political correctness is destroying American families and American values.

  18. Karl says:

actually not much of a change there in CA. A little bit of trivia for you: CA is (or was a few years ago) the only state that requires landlords and property managers to ignore criminal history (except for registered sex offenders). So Charles Manson can apply to rent your home, and if he meets the minimum risk score, you would be obligated to rent to him. Or OJ.

Apparently one of our favorite moonbats is back spouting his nonsense.

The “‘upper caste’ of insanely wealthy people” of which you speak pay a lot more taxes than you probably do.

I am aware that people like you are unacquainted with what the rest of us call “facts”, so here are a couple for you:

Top 1% Pay Greater Dollar Amount in Income Taxes to Federal Government than Bottom 90%

The Top 10 Percent of Earners Paid 70 Percent of Federal Income Taxes

The table above shows that the top-earning 25 percent of taxpayers (AGI over $62,068) earned 67.5 percent of nation’s income, but they paid more than four out of every five dollars collected by the federal income tax (86 percent). The top 1 percent of taxpayers (AGI over $364,657) earned approximately 21.2 percent of the nation’s income (as defined by AGI), yet paid 39.4 percent of all federal income taxes. That means the top 1 percent of tax returns paid about the same amount of federal individual income taxes as the bottom 95 percent of tax returns.

The IRS data also shows increases in individual incomes across all income groups. Just as the highest earners lost the biggest percentage of their incomes during the recession of 2001, so they have prospered the most as the economy has continued to rebound. In sum, between 2000 and 2005, pre-tax income for the top 1 percent group grew by 19.1 percent. In the same time period, pre-tax income for the bottom 50 percent increased by 15.5 percent.

This pattern of income loss and growth at the top of the income spectrum is the same during every recession and recovery.

Top earners are the target for new tax increases, but the U.S. tax system is already highly progressive. The top 1 percent of income earners paid 38 percent of all federal income taxes in 2008, while the bottom 50 percent paid only 3 percent. Forty-nine percent of U.S. households paid no federal income tax at all.

If you read the links carfully with the ability to comprehend what you’re being told and to make logical conclusions from the data presented, you would see (as other data also show) that the Obama administration combined with Democratic control of Congress has deeply hurt the middle and lower classes, the working folk of our nation. Well, you voted for his change and you got it – you just hoped it would be change for the better and though that is what he always promised he delivered the excact opposite in every way you care to look.

God doesn’t “protect” us from natural events and doesn’t punish us by NOT protecting us from them. God generally is a “hands off” entity. The whole point is what do WE do – and is it the right thing?

There are a lot of “degenerate Mexicans” but there are degenerates of other racial and ethnic backgrounds as well – no need to show your bigotry by singling them out. Plus no need to say “fags” and reveal another one of your own (I suspect faux) prejudices. You are as always either a sad example of someone on essentially the right side of things but with deep flaws of your own that you’re proud to display, or you are a moonbat posing as a conservative and revealing all your own deep character flaws in the process.

  23. Bob Roberts says:

California was doing well up until the end of the 1950′s. What cultural influences were most popular then?

    ——
Actually there was a very strong American-Mexican influence in many places in CA in the 1950s…

  24. SR says:

Escape from “SAN FRANSTINKHOLE”. Lol シ

  25. TeaPartyTim says:

There may have been an influence, Bob, but it isn’t like it is now. Neighborhoods were American and families solid. Now the neighborhoods are third world slums, the people have no allegiance to this country, only to its food stamps, plus the family structure is disintegrating.

The 1950’s weren’t perfect but values meant a lot more then than they did not. The drug laden hippie rebel movement of the 1960’s accelerated the flushing of decency down the drain.

  26. Conservative Christian says:

    Bob Roberts,

God is only a “hands off God” if you want Him to be. He is in my life 24/7, giving me continuous commands:
