Illegal Aliens Rake in $Billions Through Tax Fraud

Why stop at voter fraud? Undocumented Democrats do tax fraud too — with the help of their benefactors, our rulers:

The Internal Revenue Service says everyone who is employed in the United States — even those who are working here illegally — must report income and pay taxes. Of course, undocumented workers are not supposed to have a social security number. So for them to pay taxes, the IRS created what’s called an ITIN, an individual taxpayer identification number. A 9-digit ITIN number issued by the IRS provides both resident and nonresident aliens with a unique identification number that allows them to file tax returns.

Instead of being thrown out on their ears, those who are in the country unlawfully are officially acknowledged as semi-citizens. What could go wrong? Here’s what:

Each spring, at tax preparation offices all across the nation, many illegal immigrants are now eagerly filing tax returns to take advantage of a tax loophole, using their ITIN numbers to get huge refunds from the IRS.

The loophole is called the Additional Child Tax Credit. It’s a fully-refundable credit of up to $1000 per child, and it’s meant to help working families who have children living at home.

But 13 Investigates has found many undocumented workers are claiming the tax credit for kids who live in Mexico – lots of kids in Mexico.

“We’ve seen sometimes 10 or 12 dependents, most times nieces and nephews, on these tax forms,” the whistleblower told Eyewitness News. “The more you put on there, the more you get back.”

Big Government knows all about the ongoing looting spree.

Last year, the inspector general released a new report showing the problem now costs American tax payers more than $4.2 billion.

However, since the main purpose of our Hopey Changey federal government is to inflict “social justice” by stealing wealth from those who create it to give to those who have no right to it, the IRS is making no discernible effort to stop this insanity. The money will continue to gush as if from a shattered water main until the impending Cloward-Piven collapse brings the sick farce liberals are making of America to an end.

If this doesn’t enrage you, you’re either a liberal or dead.

up to 38 million illegal aliens in the USA..

  2. Kevin Barret says:

I hate to say this….but as whites start to wake up….there will most definitely be violence.

  3. LMMA says:

    Great reporting

  4. Gerard says:

This program has been in effect since 1996. I believe we get a million illegas per year. Except in 2007 we got 7 times that amount.

  5. AC says:

    Who is John Galt?

It sure as hell isn’t Mitt Romney.

  6. hiram says:

Hell, the Mexican gubbermint gives classes to would-be illegals on how to sign up for “benefits” once they sneak in….

    I mean, seriously… WTF???

Mexico has been a socialist country for almost a century now; and their big “jobs creation program” is classes on how to sponge off of us. What’s the total population of Mexico? And how many Mexicans are illegally here? I’m betting that at least 20% of living Mexicans have snuck over the border…

  7. hiram says:

“The Pew Hispanic Center’s indirect estimate of the number of illegal immigrants as of 2006 was 11.5 million to 12 million. These estimates represented roughly one-third of the entire foreign-born population”

    and then…

    112 Million.

So I was off… only 10% of all Mexicans are living illegally in the United States. Y’know, like if 800,000 New Yorkers had just up and moved to Mexico City.

And before you get into the whole “but they’re not all Mexicans” thing, let me remind you: before BamBam and crew took over ICE, immigration enforcement had two categories for illegals they caught. One of them was “OTM”, ‘other than Mexican’, and it was a VERY small percentage.

  8. jaded says:

The Wee Ones they’re claiming have these taxpayer ID numbers, too??? Or else, what are they putting down for their ss numbers?

  9. Ghost of FA Hayek says:

But who will pick the lettuce crop ?

  10. AC says:

But who will pick the lettuce crop ?

What lettuce crop? Comrade Chairman and his enviromoonbat henchmen already picked the Delta Smelt.

So one farmer in the San Joaquin valley says to another, “If you piled up all the valley’s lettuce, it would reach to the foot of god.”

The other farmer responds, “Comrade farmer, this is California. There is no god.”

The first farmer replies, “That’s okay, there is no lettuce.”

  11. Dr. 9 says:

That 11 million illegals number was invented by the MSM to make the problem look a lot smaller than it really is. 40-50 Million is a lot closer to reality.

Kevin, that assumes Whites will wake up at some point. Unfortunately, there’s no evidence to indicate that will happen in our lifetime.

  12. rosanna says:

This article is inaccurate. The additional child tax credit is phased out according to income — even for US Citizens whose children have lived in America for 12 months of the year.
    Get your facts straight.

  13. chuck in st paul says:

Well, it’s only fair. America got rich at the expense of all the poor countries in the world. That must be true. I heard it from the President. Would he tell a lie?

  14. Judith M. says:

I don’t know what you’re complaining about Rosanna. The article says the credit is for “UP TO $1000 per child”. The phrase “up to” implies that it is subject to a phase out.

  15. Landru says:

Most people are aware that almost half of all tax returns filed do not pay income taxes. What is left out of this is that all the “payment” credits-Earned Income, Make Work Pay (ended for 2011, thank god), additional child, and several others-result in net payments of more than 100 billion a year. Not refunds or reductions in taxes owed, but net payments. It’s a $100+ billion a year welfare program that flies under the radar screen of the taxpayers, a good portion of which is fraud.

  16. Val says:

That’s revolting! I know some people from Brazil that came here, had kids, bought houses, and just went back (because Brazil is “rich” now), leaving the houses to be foreclosed or just filing for bankruptcy, knowing that they will get American citizenship when their “American” kids are 18 years old!
