Jane Fonda to Outraged Vets: Get a Life

Jane Fonda famously traveled to North Vietnam during the Vietnam War explicitly to aid and comfort the enemy, even posing with an anti-aircraft gun intended to kill American pilots. Rather than get sentenced to the firing squad she so richly deserved for committing treason, she continued to be showered with fame and fortune by the morally depraved liberal establishment. To those she offended with her betrayal of her country, and who object to her portrayal of national icon Nancy Reagan, she now sneers, “Get a life.”

When Jane Fonda was cast as former First Lady Nancy Reagan in Lee Daniels’ forthcoming film “The Butler,” some Reagan fans were not pleased. Now, with the biographical due to hit theaters in October, a movement to boycott the movie is gaining some momentum.

Larry Reyes, a Navy veteran and founder of the “Boycott Hanoi Jane Playing Nancy Reagan” Facebook page has been particularly vocal about the casting decision, given Fonda’s past frolicking with the enemy during the Vietnam War.

Hanoi Jane shot him down with three words:

“Get a life.”

Peasants who fight and die for America in the mud or the dust are not of much consequence to the beautiful people of Tinseltown.

The traitor elaborated:

“If it creates hoopla, it will cause more people to see the movie… I figured it would tweak the right. Who cares?”

Also apparently intended to “tweak the right” are the casting selections of barking moonbats John Cusack and Robin Williams to play Republicans Richard Nixon and Dwight Eisenhower, respectively.

Didn’t a prisoner give her a note which she promptly turned over to the enemy?

  6. KHarn says:

Fonda’s the type who makes sure that OTHERS fight and die for her causes.

  7. TED says:

This also calls attention to your true SELF, witch will turn MANY people off you goof ball, a lot of people have no idea who you are, this will tell them. Poor Henry for ever bringing this scum into the world. Too bad he wasn’t a liberal back then and eliminated it.

  8. TED says:

A SKANK only a Ted Turner could love (what the left CALL love).

  9. Tax Slave says:

The blood of all the boat people who died at sea or were killed by pirates, as well as the horrors of all their children (and their descendants) sold as sex slaves by those pirates, are on her hands, as well as the hands of everyone who protested American involvement in Viet Nam.

War is not the only thing that’s not healthy for children and other living things.

  10. Xavier says:

The list of graves I’m planning to piss on is getting a bit large. Anyone willing to share the burden?

  11. Joe says:

Speaking of that Xavier, I was once in a VFW hall in Madison WI for a wedding reception. After consuming several beers, I had to find the rest room. In it, I found a picture of jane fonda in a urinal. Yes, I used that one.

  12. Joe says:

and you couldn’t pay me to see that movie, or anything that skankenho ever made.

  13. whotothewhat says:

I to was using a restroom that was located on the Air National Guard Base in Madison WI and found the same Jane Fonda pic in the urinal. The VFW in Madison must have used the same decorator.

  14. Mr Evilwrench says:

She had pretty sweet little tits when she made Barbarella. Just watch it for those. Otherwise it’s a profoundly stupid movie.

  15. Skyfall says:

Hey Jane, there are about 60,000 Viet Nam vets who would love to get a life. Unfortunately, they already laid theirs down for America, including sub-humans like you.

(KHarn hit on something. In the movie “They Shoot Horses, Don’t They”, her character wants to kill herself but she is to chicken, so she talks her boyfriend into doing it who then promptly gets arrested for her murder. Just like a lib…even suicide must be passed off for someone else to take responsibility for.)

  16. Flu-Bird says:

Hnaoi Jane the last of your moies i watched was CHINA SYNDROME and IT STUNK,STUNK,STUNK

  17. Hillman says:

US Army Specialist 5th Class Hillman (1968-1974, 2nd. Btn. 112th Inf.) requests permission to curse Jane Fonda with bone cancer. And may it be painful. Die you commie traitor.

  18. Flu-Bird says:

Hey Jane how much desert did you and Robert REDford mess up while making that crappy movie THE ELECTRIC HORSEMAN?

  19. Son of Taz says:

@Xavier, I’m in. Coffee and beer will be needed, and I can hold plenty.

  20. Eric says:

Relax, she’s an actor. That makes her a prostitute, without the sex. Maybe she will learn something in her research for the part. She’s actually a pretty decent actor, as far as that goes. Better to have someone who can act as opposed to a pure whacko like say Susan Sarandon.
As a Christian, my faith provides for me salvation for sins I have committed, as well as any who ask for it. No, I don’t care for the actions she took in the past, and I think she should have been punished, but that isn’t going to happen.
Hatred doesn’t solve 40 year old problems, and there are bigger fish to fry anyway.
Hollywood is going to use the actors they want and we can do nothing about that other than not buy the product they produce.

  22. Gunny G says:

We need to share our lists. LOTS of politicians and actors on it!

    KEGGER graveside!

  23. Sam Adams says:

Hanoi Jane, like the rest of Hollywood, is cheering on the destruction of America. The list of Hollywood actors that I will not patronize is getting longer, but I don’t care. Let the communists patronize their efforts.

  25. Leonard Jones says:

Rent the movie Hanoi Hilton. The movie included a scene
in which some “Unnamed” celebrity visited the notorious
prison. An American POW passed the female celebrity a
note, which described the horrors of life in the North
Vietnamese prison camp. she turned the note over to
    his captors.

He was beaten half to death. That celebrity was Jane
Fonda. She did lot more than simply pose atop an AA
gun! When it was found out that she was about to be
named in a motion picture as a traitor, her billionaire
husband threatened the studio with a lawsuit.

This unrepentant communist bitch would have been tried
for treason and executed if she committed the same act
in WWII. In spite of her actions. I think every Viet-
Nam war veteran would forgive her in a heartbeat if she
    simply apologized for her actions.

Do not hold your breath waiting for that to happen. She
and her communist husband at the time (Ted Turner,) openly called for “Coercive population control measures” in order to “Save the planet.”

They advocated the liquidation of 9 out of every 10
people on planet Earth. Even Stalin was not this

  26. jeigheff says:

Leonard Jones said it all. Hanoi Jane has never repented.

  28. Momster says:

She wants to tweak the right–the right can tweak back. At the box office. When they hear the cash registers ringing–it won’t be me.

  29. Louisiana Steve says:

We hated her then and we still hate her today.

  30. Tchhht!!! says:

I used to go to at least one movie per weekend. Now I rarely go. Most of the Hollywood “elite” are nothing but trash and so are their films. I bet this film will bomb at the box office. Even in liberal Seattle their was on guy who was willing to step up and spit on Hanoi Jane. I wish I had been there.

  31. mark tomeo says:

I have worked as a regional musician on the eastern seaboard/midwest for nearly 40 years. In that time I have gigged at hundreds of legions and VFW posts. To this day, the mens’ rooms of most of them have pictures of Jane Fonda in her striped workout suit with her feet in the air pasted in the urinals. The vets will never forget and never forgive Jane Fonda. Regardless of her film career, her legacy will always be Hanoi Jane owing to that trip she made during the war to North Vietnam and the photos taken there. She holds a permanent place of infamy in the minds of American servicemen.

  32. Eric says:

    From her 2005 autobiography..

“The buck stops here. If I was used, I allowed it to happen … a two-minute lapse of sanity that will haunt me forever … But the photo exists, delivering its message regardless of what I was doing or feeling. I carry this heavy in my heart. I have apologized numerous times for any pain I may have caused servicemen and their families because of this photograph. It was never my intention to cause harm.”

Remember folks, WE are the ones who read books, not burn them.

  33. […] There are 58,272 names on The Wall. Putting a penny in Jane Fonda’s pocket is an insult to each of them. As for her phony apology — if apologies cut it with crimes as severe as hers, we wouldn’t need prisons; and if the apology were sincere, she wouldn’t currently be sneering that vets who resent her behavior should “get a life.” […]
