Kevin Rudd to Lead Harvard Research Effort on US–China Relations

It is a rare pleasure to be able to report on a left-wing politician finding a way to make himself useful:

Former prime minister Kevin Rudd has been named a senior fellow at the prestigious Harvard University in the US.

He will lead a major research effort on the US-China relationship at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, and will also be a visiting fellow with the Ivy League university’s Institute of Politics.

In a statement released overnight, Harvard highlighted Mr Rudd’s experience in government and as a leading authority on China, where he worked as a diplomat in the 1980s. The university describes his expertise on China as “invaluable”, The Australian reports.

Rudd used to be a diplomat, in addition to serving twice as Australia’s Prime Minister representing the Labour Party. Let’s have a taste of his expertise on the Chinese issue. A quote:

“Those Chinese f**kers are trying to rat-f**k us.”

For a moonbat, he has a surprisingly keen grasp of the relationship between the ChiComs and the West. Maybe he could lend John Kerry a clue.

For more of the wit and wisdom of Kevin Rudd, ensure that there are no children or ladies in the room before watching the video below:

On a tip from Andrew in Australia.

Typical leftist lowlife. Wake me when it’s over…

  2. Spurwing Plover says:

I hope the dragon dont get indigestion eating this intelleceual knownothing

  3. 762x51 says:

Rudd won’t last 6 months at libtard central Harvard. Remember, Harvard thought Larry Summers was too far right – seriously?

Sorry but any common sense thinking or real world experience Rudd might offer will fall on deaf ears.

Liberalism starts with a desired outcome and then backs into that resolution with political correctness, fantasy and dishonesty. Reality NEVER enters into the equation, just look at Obamacare. Fewer jobs equals happier people because they can follow their dreams instead of working, fewer people insured means more people have insurance, huh? Then there is Harvard Crimson Paper editorial writer Sandra Korn who says “It’s tempting to decry frustrating restrictions on academic research as violations of academic freedom. Yet I would encourage student and worker organizers to instead use a framework of justice. After all, if we give up our obsessive reliance on the doctrine of academic freedom, we can consider more thoughtfully what is just.” In other words, any thought that disagrees with leftist ideology is banned. Orwell is smiling somewhere as is Marx, Lenin, Stalin, Mao, et al.

Any moron who believes that BS is too stupid to communicate with.

  4. Rudd is following in the footsteps of that other socialist disaster Georges Papandreu of Greece.

After bankrupting his country and reducing the people penury, he ending up lecturing at Havard.

I guess they are keeping a position open for Maduro ready for when the Venezuelans kick him out.
