Moonbat Reduced to Tears by Brexit

Moonbats have settled on a favorite explanation for why the majority of Britons would rather have their own country than be ruled by faceless, unaccountable bureaucrats operating on an antidemocratic basis out of their Kafkaesque castle in Brussels: HATE WON.

Generally, it’s not nice to laugh at other people’s unhappiness, but no one could blame you in this case:

It turns out Britain is as full of hate as America. Coming from a moonbat, higher praise would be hard to imagine.

It was also interesting to learn that the majority of Britons who voted in favor of self-determination are over 75 years old; or rather, it was interesting to learn than some moonbats are even more absurdly misinformed than I realized.

On a tip from katya kakhov.

If that moonbat thinks it’s all immigration I’ve got some good news for her, Briton can still do things the way she wants but now she has to convince her fellow Britons to see things her way. The decisions aren’t going to be forced on the country by unaccountable unelected people that have nothing to do with Briton. Briton can still do things the way she wants she just has to convince her fellow citizens now.

  2. Spiny Norman says:

…now she has to convince her fellow Britons to see things her way.

But that’s just not FAIR! Old people (apparently, anyone with actual responsibilities) are too stubborn to understand what’s important NOW! Even if what’s important now will change next month…

  3. Jefferson says:

This is tragic. They have so thoroughly indoctrinated so much of several generations that the return of democracy to a formerly self-governing nation is viewed by people like her as the “stirrings of fascism.” The rulers of Europe parrot words like “freedom” and “democracy” while they appoint each other to office. They impose arbitrary rules they don’t follow themselves. On people who are given no opportunity to vote for those who make the rules, no chance to influence those who make the rules, and no mechanism to petition for redress. And poor fools cry.

“He accepted everything. The past was alterable. The past never had been altered. Oceania was at war with Eastasia. Oceania had always been at war with Eastasia.”

  7. Rotohammer says:

Fascism? The fascism was coming from Brussels. Those older voters witnessed the effects of real fascism when, as kids, they had to go hide in bomb shelters. Those older voters realize that Britain was better off economically before it joined the EU.

I only hope that by the time the older voters die off, there is no EU to go back to.

Cheer up, cupcake, your life has just been made better. Markets are susceptible to temporary fear mongering, but are still reality-based in the long term.

The millennial babies are throwing tantrums. Resorting to the same tactic over and over “Blame the Boomers”. Screeching that older people should be banned from voting. Not realizing that the elders are actually trying to protect these young snots.

Good thing you included the words “of Europe” otherwise I thought you were talking about America. It is EXACTLY the same problem here except instead of the nameless, faceless bureaucrats in Brussels, we have nameless, faceless bureaucrats in Washington, D.C., all put in place by R an D rulers who use them to maintain power.

  15. Jodie says:

Yes, and there is a lot of quiet time between bombings.

  16. JeffersonSpinningInGrave says:

We are almost that bad. I wonder what percentage of the rules by which we in America live were written by un-elected bureaucrats. The answer to that question would probably be depressing.

  17. 762x51 says:

Funny the variance in perception one has based on the job being performed. I was comparing notes on Asscrackistan with my neighbor who was an airfield operations “fobbit” there. He has a completely different view of the place vs. my “outside the wire” based views.

The hajjis he met were all cleared by CID and were on post to work. Most all are fairly tame, almost “Gunga Din-esque” compared to their “in the wild” brethren. On really large bases like Kandahar even mortar attacks weren’t a realistic threat because of the distance from the wire to the majority of buildings.

One thing for sure, which I think is your point, you are either on full alert or bored to death, there is no middle ground.

  18. 762x51 says:

To paraphrase BJ Clinton, “it depends on what the meaning of almost”, is.

I found your question interesting so I looked it up, mostly just to depress you, 😉

You are probably familiar with the Code of Federal Regulations(CFR), the compendium of Federal regulations put out by executive branch bureaucrats as they attempt to codify laws passed by Congress. In 1960, the entire CFR was 22,877 pages contained in 68 volumes. As of 2012, the CFR is 175,496 pages in 235 volumes, today it is over 238 volumes. In his first five years in office, Comrade Obama added 17,522 pages to the CFR, nearly doubling the 1960 total page count and nearly double the page count average of Bush 43, demonstrating an exponential growth curve in tyranny. If he remains consistent, he will have increased the number of pages of federal regulations by nearly 40,000 pages during his reign of terror. One milestone Obama presided over is that federal regulatory restrictions exceeded one million in 2010 for the first time. No nation that has 1,000,000 rules on its people can be called a free country

    http://spectator.org/55475_twenty-years-non-stop-regulation/

Agency enforcement budgets in the last ten years alone have increased by almost 25% to $59B, which leads to higher taxes on more goods, services and people, which require even more regulation and enforcement, which will require even more taxes on goods and services and people, etc.

  22. Jack Bauer says:

You’re right Dave…it would take a heart of stone not to laugh at this witless little twit.

So now re-instituting Britain’s sovereignty and no longer taking orders from an unelected bunch New World Order types in Brussels is embracing fascisim?

You little moron….Boy the socialists and globalists have done a fine job brainwashing you, though I’m willing to bet they found your brain only after considerable difficulty, in light of its obvious microscopic dimensions.

As for your comment about the hateful America: Tell me, bubble brain….would this be the same America that spent incalcuable blood and treasure twice in the 20th Century liberating your ancestors, so that you wouldn’t have to make this whiney little vociferation of yours in German? That America?

    What a total ignoramus!

  28. JayMS says:

nice article, I love the sight of moonbat tears! But I do have a gripe. Moonbattery repeats the same “fact” she does about the majority of pro-Brexit voters being over 75. You really mean to tell me hordes of racist, xenophobic British geezers got off their duffs to vote for this measure? By her same “logic”, they should just sit on their butts and do nothing. After all, the UK being overrun by hordes of muzz won’t be their problem for too much longer.

  29. THOUGHTCRIMINAL2084 says:

Wow.. and now we are witnessing why women were not given suffrage until the 20th Century. Seeing firsthand the feminine mystique of political action was what precluded wise men from allowing this for centuries.

I had an interesting conversation with a twenty-something woman last night who was telling me how she read the Quran and that it far more peaceful than the Bible which she also supposedly read cover to cover – now I have read excerpts of the Quran and Old Testament – but most of the New Testament – comparing the teachings of Christ to anything in the Quran just astounded me.

This glorious feminized future of hundreds of millions like her is illustrative of the dark future we share. She is the of the same mold as the crying Brit in this video, decrying the “racism and bigotry” of the old people in “her country” for depriving her of her glorious future of central planning overlords in Brussels ruling her and importing the rest of Africa, the Middle East and Indian Subcontinent to “diversify” the nexus of the Anglo Christian world until not a trace remains of it it the name of “progress”.

The glorious future promised by the International Socialists is at hand with the appropriately programmed resorting to Stockholm Syndrome histrionics whenever it is met with temporary resistance.

As a semi-professional cynic (I’m thinking of turning pro after the November election) I worry that all the Remainers in the UK will come to the realization that “Hey, instead of the unelected bureaucrats in Brussels imposing stupid rules and regulations, we can insert our own unelected people into the mix right here in Great Britain and cut out the middleman.” After all, the infrastructure for the executive arm of the UK government is already in place and we should be able to ramp up to EU-level hubris in no time.
