Obama Gripes That Constitutional Structure of Our Government Works to His Disadvantage

It is no secret that Obama regards the Constitution as “deeply flawed” because it was designed to protect the country from statists like himself and their authoritarian designs. Here he bellyaches yet again that the structure of our government is getting in the way:

Obama is taking a swipe at the Founding Fathers, blaming his inability to move his agenda on the “disadvantage” of having each state represented equally in the Senate.

At a Democratic fundraiser in Chicago Thursday night, Mr. Obama told a small group of wealthy supporters that there are several hurdles to keeping Democrats in control of the Senate and recapturing the House. One of those problems, he said, is the apportionment of two Senate seats to each state regardless of population.

This is working as intended, by preventing highly populated states like California and New York from lording it over everyone else.

The system ingeniously devised by the Founding Fathers got us this far; maybe it can even get us through Obama’s presidency.

There’s a noose on the end of a long rope and a freshly-oiled hinged trapdoor, both of which have Obama’s name written on them. It’s only a matter of time, we can hope.

Hey King Obozo that’s exactly what it was designed to do! Checks and balances were put into place to keep would-be murderous dictators and their party from ruling us like the old Soviet Union. With the actions of the modern Dem party and their lawless President does anyone doubt that they would kill as many of us as possible if they could? Why do you think they are so desperate to take our guns from us? The only thing standing between Stalin and us are our guns.

With each of the States having two Senators, each State is equal. One state cannot “bully” another, and we all know that there is a big problem with bullies – in the schools, in the home, on the roads, in the White House, everywhere – and “we need to get rid of bullies”, at least that’s what the liberals maintain (except when it’s not in their interests or they disagree).

Well, at least the Constitution is slowing them down a bit. They’ll fix that by stacking the DC circuit court and the SCOTUS (if they get the chance). Then they can just bend America over like a choir boy full speed ahead.

The Founders came up with the Constitution because they felt a repeat of George III’s tyranny would be a problem. We should be so lucky as to have King George running things these days. It’s just a damn shame that Thomas Jefferson (whom the Democrats always claim as one of their own) can’t come to life and horsewhip the Left for considering him one of them because he likely would!

when and if Obama declares the constitution null and void by presidential decree and disbands the SCOTUS (after all, without the constitution there’s no need for it…) I’m pretty sure congress will keel over and go with the flow, as long as their seats are guaranteed.
What’s not to like there for them? No more worrying about not getting reelected, no more having to spend all those millions you take in in donations for campaigning, no more having to shake hands with the filthy dirty citizens…

What could possibly be wrong with this picture?
