Obama Makes It Still Harder to Get Deported

The Democrat Party has an obvious interest in importing as many illegal aliens as possible, since they are likely to remain at the bottom of society’s barrel breeding more votes for socialism for generations to come. Consequently, criminal aliens really need to work at it if they want to get deported. A Fiday night document dump during the holidays revealed the following:

[T]he Obama administration quietly issued a memo stating that the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency will no longer detain or seek to deport illegal aliens charged with misdemeanor crimes.

Among the conditions under which ICE agents are now allowed to issue a detainer, is if “the individual has three or more prior misdemeanor convictions.”

For example, in California, which has already been converted from a red to a deep blue state by the illegal alien invasion, the following list of crimes do not suffice to get an illegal alien deported:

-Petty theft
-Disorderly conduct
-Receipt for stolen property
-Probation violations
-Driving without a license
-Reckless driving
-Assault and battery without minimum injury

They may as well add voter fraud, even if it isn’t a misdemeanor. You won’t see many if any illegals getting deported for it.

    The current immigration system is a complex bureaucracy that sets quotas, fees, and arbitrary restrictions that prevent most immigrants from attempting legal immigration. Wait times for green cards are sometimes longer than a century. Replacing that system with a tariff would provide a legal avenue to immigrate, deregulate much of the labor market, and end most of the immigration black market.

    A new tariff on immigration also would increase economic growth by allowing American employers to hire the workers they demand. Most immigrants want to work legally and openly without the fear of deportation, and many employers want to hire them. The government should let them pay for the privilege instead of fighting a never ending war against economics. An immigration tariff would liberalize international labor markets, shut down most of the black market for human smuggling, and bring transparency to the immigration process.

    So, here’s my question for today;

    Suppose Iran, China, N. Korea, or Russia, sent 15-25 Million of their troops to America, unarmed, who then all entered the country illegally, settled in and started demanding every free social service we have to offer. What (if any) would the response from the American people be?
