Because speed limits are for little people.

92 MPH a speed that might land most of us in jail if caught doing it on a bright, clear, dry day – and Hillary was doing IN THE RAIN, AT NIGHT!

One of the events she apparently overbooked: Claremont party at the home of an aide to Democratic Sen. Jeanne Shaheen included messaging about income inequality, despite Clinton’s own wealth

OBAMA SNEAKING IN ‘UNRESTRICTED IMMIGRATION’ IN TPA TRADE DEAL

This is huge. I hope everybody listening takes action call your senator about it. If he is a Republican he is voting wrong. “I dont think that people understand that in this deal which is a trade agreement among Australia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Japan, Canada, the United States, Mexico, Peru, and Chile, there’s a provision for free flow of workers, just like in the European Union. What It means is unrestricted immigration. It means literally that congress would not have the authority to restrict immigration because a treaty supersedes a statute under our constitution.

Gee, who would have thought Brown and other Democrats would lash out at a ruling that says everyone must be treated equal?

In a ruling with major implications for California’s water conservation efforts during the historic drought, a state appeals court on Monday ruled that a tiered water rate structure used by the city of San Juan Capistrano to encourage saving was unconstitutional.

The Orange County city used a rate structure that charged customers who used small amounts of water a lower rate than customers who used larger amounts.

But the 4th District Court of Appeal struck down San Juan Capistrano’s fee plan, saying it violated voter-approved Proposition 218, which prohibits government agencies from charging more for a service than it costs to provide it.

The stakes are high because at least two-thirds of California water providers, including many in the Bay Area, use some form of the tiered rate system.

Gov. Jerry Brown immediately lashed out at the decision, saying it puts “a straitjacket on local government at a time when maximum flexibility is needed. My policy is and will continue to be: Employ every method possible to ensure water is conserved across California.”

It’s the story of “Jazz” Jennings, a boy here in San DIego county who has been convinced he’s a girl and is trying to become one. An effort sure to fail.

But netting him and his parents lots of attention and cash. He is their little gold mine – at least until the gravity of what he has done hits him and he kills himself – but then they’ll just go on the road blaming it on ‘bullying’ and will make still more off his death.

Well at least we know up front she won’t be making any claims about transparency – or, if she does, we will know better than to believe them.

Will she or won’t she? Right now Hillary is apparently refusing to admit whether or not she’s collecting social security – which is her right. But, rich as she is, she knows admitting she is could do some real harm among those she and her party keep in desperate straits to ensure they’ll always have an angry mob any time the situation calls for an angry astro-turf occupy-type mob.

Liberals have the advantage over conservatives – conservatives are busy creating and producing to support themselves & their families while liberals collect all the ‘entitlements’ and wait for the Democrats to call & tell them where to show up and look angry.

“Fast Track” And Trade Policy: Obama’s Republican Collaborators

By Patrick J. Buchanan on April 21, 2015, 4:08 am

The GOP swept to victory in November by declaring that this imperial presidency must be brought to heel, and President Obama’s illicit seizures of Congressional power must end.

That was then. Now is now.

This week, Congress takes up legislation to cede His Majesty full authority to negotiate the largest trade deal in history, the 12-nation Trans-Pacific Partnership, and to surrender Congress’ right to amend any TPP that Obama might bring home.

Why the capitulation? Why would Republicans line up to kiss the royal ring? Is Middle America clamoring for “fast track”? Are blue-collar workers marching in the streets to have Congress grant “Trade Promotion Authority Now!” to Barack Obama?

No. Pressure for fast track is coming from two sources.

First, the editorial pages of papers like The Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post that truckle to the transnational corporations that provide the advertising revenue stream keeping them alive.

Second, Obama is relying on Congressional Republicans who, for all their bravado about defying his usurpations, know on which side their bread is buttered. It’s the Wall Street-K Street side.

Fast track is the GOP payoff to its bundlers and big donors.

And so, we must hear again all the tired talking points about free trade, soaring exports, jobs created, etc.

But what is reality of the last quarter century of “free trade”?

That won’t be too big of a task given the fact she’ll have the full force of the MSM selling her message whilst relentlessly discrediting her Republican opponent.

Lib Rag The Root Salivates Over The Possibility Of A … (Brace Yourselves) … Michelle Obama Presidency…
I know, it’s still a bit early in the day for the cringe-inducing thought of a Mooch presidency.
    Via The Root:

According to reports, Clinton plans to go small in her campaign this time around, emphasizing personality and connection with voters.

If Obama followed Clinton’s path, from first lady to political candidate, she would start out with loads of goodwill. Would she ever be tempted to test that popularity? At a luncheon event during 2014’s National Association of Black Journalists convention in Boston, Harvard Law School professor Charles Ogletree, who mentored both Barack and Michelle Obama when they were students there, made his own pitch for the first lady’s next career move. While he acknowledged her desire to stay far away from the fray, he deemed President Obama the second-best politician living in the White House.

Though she has been shielded from some of the roughest charges thrown the president’s way, as first lady, Michelle Obama has withstood a fair amount of attacks—personal and political—from both liberals and conservatives. She has been criticized for her work touting healthy eating, her choice not to conform to some feminists’ ideas and even her very body. But like early efforts to tag her as an “angry black woman,” none of the charges have seemed to stick.

As an officeholder, she would be fighting increasingly vicious partisan bickering, but she would also benefit from a ready-made platform of issues that she has worked on in the White House, from childhood obesity to support for military families. The cameras already show up whenever and wherever she’s around.
