Sooo … even though this video is supposed to show how easy (and bad) it is to get a gun I instead say look what happens to parts of commerce that are not constitutionally guaranteed. Over regulated. The final joke emphasizes the point.

Racist, but actually not funny, not funny at all, despite what Maher says:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WiCEaLHZp24

And note how Maher completely misstates what he says. At no time did he say or suggest or say ANYTHING that could be remotely interpreted as saying there is some appropriate use of the word “chink”. Yet Maher keeps insisting he did.

And around the 13:30 point Anne-Marie Johnson pulls out the old liberal lie that racism and sexism and homophobia are so rampant in our culture… BECAUSE OF LIBERALS who keep pushing them to the forefront! Here who was it that made the racist remark? Sarah Silverman. Now when it was Michael Richards did liberals back him like they’re backing Silverman? No, quite the opposite. Is she just as wrong as he was for thinking it was funny to use a racial slur? And she’s proud of saying “nigger” on the Conan O’Brien show and, apparently, getting away with it – she claims, anyway, it was not censored out, went out to nationwide broadcast.

    And she’s proud of it.

Who is it that brings racism into our society and keeps it going?

Let any conservative say “chink” or “nigger” and that’s the end of their career – no matter what the context. The liberals go on an immediate, total witch hunt. And don’t stop until the person is ruined.

Liberal double standard. Imagine someone, even in an obvious comedy skit – saying “Kill the Black People”:

Nominated by a Republican, Benjamin N. Cardozo was the first Hispanic to serve on the U.S. Supreme Court. Yet another one of the lies of the Democrats is that Sonya Sotomayor is the first Hispanic on that bench.

Both Cardozo’s maternal grandparents, Sara Seixas and Isaac Mendes Seixas Nathan, and his paternal grandparents, Ellen Hart and Michael H. Cardozo, were members of the Portuguese community in Manhattan.

The Small Business Administration states, on page 48 of its manual for the 8(a) program to aid minority-owned businesses: “SBA has defined “Hispanic American” as an individual whose ancestry and culture are rooted in South America, Central America, Mexico, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, or the Iberian Peninsula, including Spain and Portugal.” Similarly, the Department of Transportation includes “persons of … Spanish or Portuguese culture or origin” under their definition of “Hispanic” for determining whether a business is a “Disadvantaged Business Enterprise” eligible to receive preference in government contracts. And the Library of Congress lists former Rep. Tony Coelho, a California Democrat whose grandparents were born in Portugal, among “Hispanic Americans in Congress, 1822-1995.”

That publication, incidentally, was put together by the Government Printing Office at the direction of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, which had admitted Coelho as a member. That’s the same caucus that now says Sotomayor is the “first” Hispanic on the high court despite Cardozo’s matching Portuguese roots.

    IS SOTOMAYOR HISPANIC?

Not according to some parts of the federal government:

The Census Bureau considers the term “Hispanic” to be the same as “Spanish” or “Latino” and does not include Portuguese Americans in that category.

The federal Office of Personnel Management agrees, defining “Hispanic” as “[a] person of Mexican, Puerto Rican, Cuban, Central or South American, or other Spanish cultures or origins,” and adding: “Does not include persons of Portuguese culture or origin.”

The family tree is filled with names like Seixas, Mendes, Gomez, Riveiro, Navarro, Peixotto, and Pachecho, names FROM PORTUGAL!
