This pretty much sums up why Hillary should be behind bars and NOT in the White House
Ben Shapiro has written a nice summary of the damaging details about Hillary from the FBI release today and why she should be behind bars and not in the White House.

If you want to read more on each of these listed below, as I only copied the headline for each section, check out Shapiro’s full article:

    1. Hillary Used TONS Of Different Devices.

    2. Her Aides Destroyed Her Old Blackberrys…Or Lost Them.

    3. Hillary Told The FBI She Had No Idea How Classified Intelligence Worked.

    4. Hillary Hid 17,448 Work Related Emails From The State Department.

    5. Hillary Wiped Her Email Again After The New York Times Reported Her Private Email Server.

    6. Hillary Said She Didn’t Think “C” on Emails Meant “Confidential.”

    9. Hillary Put Americans At Risk.

    10. Hillary Maintained Plausible Deniability By Shielding Herself Via Her Lawyers.

    11. Hillary Clearly Attempted to Avoid Scrutiny.

Here’s the bottom line: this is obviously criminal activity. The FBI’s decision not to recommend indictment was a total fraud; they hid behind the fig leaf that she didn’t “intend” to break the law, which was not required by the law. Even so, there is no way in hell that any other human being would be treated with such deference regarding the question of intent. Either Hillary Clinton is either the most incompetent woman ever put in charge of a major governmental department, or she’s a criminal. There’s no in-between here. And we’ve been informed she’s the Most Competent Woman In Human History.

Which means she should be behind bars, not in the White House.

Your Regular Reminder That Trump is Trying to Get Hillary Clinton Elected

In the past, he had staff shake ups that overshadowed all the Hillary news.

When the FBI email scandal broke and people of all political persuasions were angry about it and distrust of Hillary was growing, Trump found a way to distract from it all.

Every single time a major story about Hillary Clinton breaks through into wider circulation, Trump ups the ante and gives the media an excuse to complete ignore the Clinton story.

Now he has done it again.

News has come out that Clinton Foundation workers tried to get diplomatic passports, which is a big no-no. On top of that, Bill Clinton used federal tax payer dollars to subsidize the costs of the Foundation and the personal email server. On top of that, we now how even more emails about Benghazi.

    So what does Trump do?

He rushes to Mexico, gets into a squabble with the Mexican President over whether they talked about the wall or not, brings in David Bosse, and continues to flail about in his immigration position. The last bit has led the press to cover every step of the flipping and flopping at the expense of covering Hillary.

Again, if Trump wanted Hillary Clinton to win, what would he do differently?

He’s become the political equivalent of a human shield for Clinton. It is worth noting that Hillary Clinton has basically fallen off the radar. Her campaign is intentionally keeping a low profile because Trump is self immolating. They have no reason to do anything.

Now I know that there are a lot of Trump supporters who believe he was sent by God to save our nation. There are a lot more Trump supporters who point out that Hillary is, by far, the worst choice as president.

But just because we point out the many flaws in the Republican candidate doesn’t mean that we actually want the utterly worthless democrat to win.

ICE Boasts About Arresting Only 101 of 172K Criminal Aliens

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials just arrested 101 illegal aliens, most of them criminals with extensive rap sheets, and you and I are supposed to be over the moon about it.

ICE reported that of those criminals arrested during the 12-day operation last month, 64 had criminal histories in the United States – meaning that Americans and lawfully abiding immigrants had to be put in harm’s way before these people were ever picked up and put in deportation proceedings.

But ICE data published by the Center for Immigration Studies show there are more than 172,000 convicted criminal aliens with final orders of removal still loose in the United States. So based on this data, ICE arrested only about 0.05 percent of the dangerous unlawfully present persons in our communities during this operation, making joyous back flips over this latest string of arrests seem a bit premature.

94,391,000 Not In Labor Force; Labor Force Participation Stuck at 62.8%

Following Thursday’s report of manufacturing weakness, the Obama administration on Friday released the August employment numbers, showing little or no improvement from the prior month.

94,391,000 Americans were not in the labor force in August, 58,000 more than July’s 94,333,000; and the labor force participation rate was stuck at 62.8 percent, just where it was in July, the Labor Department’s Bureau of Labor Statistics reported on Friday.

It was one year ago, in September 2015, that the labor force participation rate dropped to 62.4 percent, its lowest point since 1977. (The best it’s been since Barack Obama took office is 65.8 percent in February 2009, the month after Obama was sworn in.)

The labor force participation rate is the percentage of people in the civilian noninstitutionalized population, age 16 or older, who are either working or actively seeking work.

Government Workers Now Outnumber Manufacturing Workers by 9,932,000

The problem with the above: Government tends to impede progress. Government interferes with productivity and is a drag on the economy, producing nothing except barriers to moving forward.

I am not an anarchist. I admit we need SOME government.

But this did not happen during the current administration:

Government employees in the United States outnumber manufacturing employees by 9,932,000, according to data released today by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Federal, state and local government employed 22,213,000 people in August, while the manufacturing sector employed 12,281,000.

The BLS has published seasonally-adjusted month-by-month employment data for both government and manufacturing going back to 1939. For half a century—from January 1939 through July 1989—manufacturing employment always exceeded government employment in the United States, according to these numbers.

Then, in August 1989, the seasonally-adjusted employment numbers for government exceeded the employment numbers for manufacturing for the first time. That month, manufacturing employed 17,964,000 and government employed 17,989,000.

Manufacturing employment in the United States had peaked a decade before that in June 1979 at 19,553,000

From August 2015 to August 2016 seasonally-adjusted manufacturing employment declined by 37,000–dropping from 12,318,000 last August to 12,281,000 this August.

The 22,213,000 government employees in August, according to the BLS, included 2,790,000 federal employees, 5,120,000 state government employees, and 14,303,000 local government employees.

RASP 2 is designed for soldiers in the rank of staff sergeant and above and all officers volunteering for assignment to the elite regiment.

“The female soldier did not meet performance objectives required for assignment to the 75th Ranger Regiment,” said Lt. Col. Couple leaves Chicago after 1 day, moves back to Arizona because of crime

A newlywed couple raised in Arizona created a successful YouTube business. Then they decided it was time to leave the valley and explore life, so they moved to Chicago.

But one day after arriving in the “Windy City,” their big move turned into a big nightmare.

“It’s one of the most amazing cities in America,” said Brianna White.

“Hey, why not, we’re doing okay. We can go there and be okay financially, so why not go and see what happens,” said Jaelin White.

But what happened next terrified the Whites. All unpacked, the couple took the train to get a bite to eat.

“A guy comes up to us and starts trying to ask questions.”

“I’m trying to be nice, realizing something’s strange.”

The stranger followed the couple off the train and down the street.

“I don’t know what he wants, he could have a gun, he could have a knife.”

They darted into a Subway restaurant, hoping he’d leave them alone.”

“He’s like looking through the window at us and stuff.”

“When he wouldn’t leave, the couple called Uber and 9-1-1 for help. In the meantime, Jaelin tried to talk to the stranger.”

“I was like, hey man, do you need anything? You want a sandwich? He’s like, ‘No, I’m hanging around’ in a creepy tone.”

What happened next, no one expected.

“My whole world was flipped upside down.”

“I go to walk out and he just clocks me.”

“I was crying in the car. I was like, what is wrong with people?”

The Uber driver took them to their car. They thought they were safe, but they were wrong.

“We go to pull into the parking lot where our car was parked and I see the guy just walking down the street.”

“The next day, we decided well, we’re probably going to see that guy on the train. Probably not worth it. I mean, let’s go back home.”

More than 1.4 million people have watched the couple’s story on YouTube and some critics are saying they made the whole thing up. We asked them about those critics, and they say everything about their brief move to Chicago is true.

Obama administration involved in international incident

A Chinese official confronted U.S. President Barack Obama’s national security adviser on the tarmac on Saturday prompting the Secret Service to intervene, an unusual altercation as China implements strict controls ahead of a big summit.

The stakes are high for China to pull off a trouble-free G20 summit of the world’s top economies, its highest profile event of the year, as it looks to cement its global standing and avoid acrimony over a long list of tensions with Washington.

Shortly after Obama’s plane landed in the eastern city of Hangzhou, a Chinese official attempted to prevent his national security adviser Susan Rice from walking to the motorcade as she crossed a media rope line, speaking angrily to her before a Secret Service agent stepped between the two.

Rice responded but her comments were inaudible to reporters standing underneath the wing of Air Force One. It was unclear if the official, whose name was not immediately clear, knew that Rice was a senior official and not a reporter.

The same official shouted at a White House press aide who was instructing foreign reporters on where to stand as they recorded Obama disembarking from the plane.

“This is our country. This is our airport,” the official said in English, pointing and speaking angrily with the aide.

The U.S. aide insisted that the journalists be allowed to stand behind a rope line, and they were able to record the interaction and Obama’s arrival uninterrupted, typical practice for U.S. press traveling with the president.

A mysterious outbreak that’s plagued Manhattan High School for two weeks has now expanded to the elementary and middle schools in the district, the superintendent said Friday. A district wide plan to clean all schools and buses in the district is underway.

State and local health officials have been unable to determine the cause of the sickness, which has sent about 150 high school students home from school with stomach issues, including nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Superintendent Marvin Wade calls the issue unusual and says “an unusually large number of students” are impacted.

On Friday, Wade said elementary and middle school students started reporting similar symptoms. The only difference is some younger students were reporting a fever, which has not been a symptom of high school students.

The principal of the high school Friday issued a desperate plea for sick students to provide stool samples to help health leaders determine what was causing the illness.

Some will try to blame this on fracking:

    Natural Occurring Earthquake Activity
Most of North America east of the Rocky Mountains has infrequent earthquakes. Here and there earthquakes are more numerous, for example in the New Madrid seismic zone centered on southeastern Missouri, in the Charlevoix-Kamouraska seismic zone of eastern Quebec, in New England, in the New York – Philadelphia – Wilmington urban corridor, and elsewhere. However, most of the enormous region from the Rockies to the Atlantic can go years without an earthquake large enough to be felt, and several U.S. states have never reported a damaging earthquake.

Earthquakes east of the Rocky Mountains, although less frequent than in the West, are typically felt over a much broader region than earthquakes of similar magnitude in the west. East of the Rockies, an earthquake can be felt over an area more than ten times larger than a similar magnitude earthquake on the west coast. It would not be unusual for a magnitude 4.0 earthquake in eastern or central North America to be felt by a significant percentage of the population in many communities more than 100 km (60 mi) from its source. A magnitude 5.5 earthquake in eastern or central North America might be felt by much of the population out to more than 500 km (300 mi) from its source. Earthquakes east of the Rockies that are centered in populated areas and large enough to cause damage are, similarly, likely to cause damage out to greater distances than earthquakes of the same magnitude centered in western North America.

Most earthquakes in North America east of the Rockies occur as faulting within bedrock, usually miles deep. Few earthquakes east of the Rockies, however, have been definitely linked to mapped geologic faults, in contrast to the situation at plate boundaries such as California’s San Andreas fault system, where scientists can commonly use geologic evidence to identify a fault that has produced a large earthquake and that is likely to produce large future earthquakes. Scientists who study eastern and central North America earthquakes often work from the hypothesis that modern earthquakes occur as the result of slip on preexisting faults that were formed in earlier geologic eras and that have been reactivated under the current stress conditions. The bedrock of Eastern North America is, however, laced with faults that were active in earlier geologic eras, and few of these faults are known to have been active in the current geologic era. In most areas east of the Rockies, the likelihood of future damaging earthquakes is currently estimated from the frequencies and sizes of instrumentally recorded earthquakes or earthquakes documented in historical records.

    Induced Seismicity
As is the case elsewhere in the world, there is evidence that some central and eastern North America earthquakes have been triggered or caused by human activities that have altered the stress conditions in earth’s crust sufficiently to induce faulting. Activities that have induced felt earthquakes in some geologic environments have included impoundment of water behind dams, injection of fluid into the earth’s crust, extraction of fluid or gas, and removal of rock in mining or quarrying operations. In much of eastern and central North America, the number of earthquakes suspected of having been induced is much smaller than the number of natural earthquakes, but in some regions, such as the south-central states of the U.S., a significant majority of recent earthquakes are thought by many seismologists to have been human-induced. Even within areas with many human-induced earthquakes, however, the activity that seems to induce seismicity at one location may be taking place at many other locations without inducing felt earthquakes. In addition, regions with frequent induced earthquakes may also be subject to damaging earthquakes that would have occurred independently of human activity. Making a strong scientific case for a causative link between a particular human activity and a particular sequence of earthquakes typically involves special studies devoted specifically to the question. Such investigations usually address the process by which the suspected triggering activity might have significantly altered stresses in the bedrock at the earthquake source, and they commonly address the ways in which the characteristics of the suspected human-triggered earthquakes differ from the characteristics of natural earthquakes in the region.

How do out-of-work blacks (and whites, for that matter) in Detroit feel about this?

Trump Slams ‘Crazy’ Clinton Plan to Give Detroit Jobs to Syrian Refugees

“The whole thing is ridiculous. Number one: we should build safe zones over in Syria, that’s what we should have, and we should have the Gulf states fund them. It’s just crazy. We ought to be building safe zones in Syria and not taking these people in– whether it’s Detroit or anywhere else.”

Detroit-native and former GOP presidential contender Ben Carson echoed Trump’s sentiment in a Friday interview on Breitbart News Daily on SiriusXM Patriot Channel 125.

Carson explained that “we need to take care of our own people” and noted that the policies of Democrat politicians have turned many Americans living in Detroit into refugees in their own country. “There are plenty of people in Detroit who you could almost look at as refugees,” Carson said. “I mean, we need to take care of our own people. We need to create jobs for them.”

Clinton’s suggestion that the U.S. ought to give Detroit jobs to foreign refugees came during a February discussion at the Clinton Global Initiative with Chobani billionaire and mass migration enthusiast, Hamdi Ulukaya.

“The truth is that the big loser in this over the long run is going to be Syria. This [i.e. the Syrian migrant crisis] is an enormous opportunity for Americans,” Clinton said in February. “Detroit has 10,000 empty, structurally sound houses —10,000. And lot of jobs are to be had repairing those houses. Detroit just came out of bankruptcy and the mayor’s trying to do an innovative sort of urban homesteading program there. But it just gives you an example of what could be done. And I think any of us who have ever had any personal experience with either Syrian Americans or Syrian refugees think it’s a pretty good deal.”

Instead of discussing the matter on an adult level take data that is true and twist it into conclusions that are false.

    The EU’s days are numbered…

The leader of France’s far-right National Front set the tone for her campaign for the French presidency Saturday, calling to fight an Islamist “offensive” and promising to hold a nationwide referendum on European Union membership if she is elected next spring.

At a rally in a small eastern village, Marine Le Pen focused on her favorite issues, such as national sovereignty, immigration control, Islamism and what she calls “savage globalization.”

The far-right candidate for the April-May election pledged to back the “France of the forgotten, the abandoned and the voiceless.”

Le Pen, who announced her presidential bid months ago, delivered her annual speech in Brachay, a hamlet of a few dozen inhabitants and the French municipality where she symbolically won the largest share of votes in the last election.

Along with the economy, the relationship between France’s Muslims and non-Muslims has been a recurring theme as presidential hopefuls have kicked off their campaigns. Le Pen claimed she was right before all other presidential hopefuls because her traditional issues are now at the center of the political debate and have found a “considerable resonance” among French voters.

Some politicians on the left say she is using the issue to encourage racism in France, yet polls suggest that she is increasingly likely to make it to the runoff in the presidential election.

Muslims are a religion, not a race.

Lately in the news the lunatic leftist liberal moonbats have been complaining that a GAY guy played a TRANSVESTITE.

I wonder why nobody complained when a GAY guy (Neil Patrick Harris) played a straight guy?

This was a quote directed at what President?

The [guess] administration has managed the extraordinary feat of having, at the same time, the worst relations with our allies, the worst relations with our adversaries and the most serious upheavals in the developing world since the end of the Second World War.”

The FBI published 58 pages of notes from its investigation of Hillary Clinton’s private email server Friday.

Read the full FBI notes here:

Well, not the FULL notes, but the parts that weren’t redacted…

Of course you do…which is why we conservatives find it disturbing that the current crop of anti-Trump so-called “conservatives” are working more toward getting Trump defeated than Hillary – and how they won’t give realistic reasons for doing so nor any better alternatives like an adult would. So, the only “false accusations” here are you making false accusations.

They are worried you might be right.

  60. KirklesWorth says:

No, what we are worried about is a Hillary presidency – aren’t you?

  61. Mr. Freemarket says:

Truth is that I am worried about both and Hillary and a Trump presidency. If Trump is elected, I won’t be sitting back in my Lazy-Boy saying “all is well.” Of course if Hillary is elected, I will have to buy a lot more ammo.
