The NFL is a business. If they wish to allow their black players to disrespect America and the flag, that’s fine with me.

I’m just glad my town isn’t on the hook for an NFL stadium.

Was Colin Kaepernick’s Muslim Girlfriend Behind Protest?

A recent report indicates that Colin Kaepernick’s Muslim girlfriend Nessa Diab was behind his decision to not stand during the national anthem.

The report from sports gossip blog Terez Owens states, “As the entire world knows by now, San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick refused to stand for the National Anthem in Friday’s pre-season game against Green Bay because he was protesting ‘black oppression’ in the United States. We’re now hearing that it was actually his girlfriend Nessa’s idea for Colin to protest. Colin and his girlfriend, Nessa
Diab, an MTV DJ, are still planning an Islamic-style wedding.

These guys are all celebrity multimillionaires. How were they oppressed? If they truly want to help blacks in America, perhaps they should donate half their salary to the poor. No, of course they won’t. There are no “principles” involved here. This is just a political stick in the eye to conservatives and Trump supporters.

Just as El Niño (warm water) is often used to claim global warming is happening – I’m going to hold the moonbats to admitting that this La Niña, IF IT ACTUALLY HAPPENS, is proof of global cooling!

Giant blob of cold water rises from the depths of the Pacific, possibly heralding the arrival of La Niña this fall

Following a mild and short-lived La Niña episode in 2016/2017, the climatic phenomenon stands a 55 to 60 percent chance of developing once again this fall and winter. That’s the most recent forecast from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

Based on observations of what’s happening in the Pacific Ocean, and modeling to predict what may be coming, NOAA’s Climate Prediction Center has issued a La Niña watch, indicating that conditions are favorable for its development.

La Niña can strongly shift weather patterns, bringing anomalously cool or warm, and wet or dry, conditions to large parts of the world. In the United States, La Niña tends to bring wetter than normal conditions to the Pacific Northwest and parts of the Midwest. Unfortunately for southern and central California, things tend to dry out.

First, this is WEATHER not CLIMATE but you know if it were hot water and raining they claim that’s climate change and when it’s cold water and drought they claim that’s climate change too.

But here’s the other thing – the last big El Niño we had did NOT bring expected rains… because of WEATHER – there was a blocking ridge of high pressure that forced the storms north so they missed California.

Then after the El Niño went away and was replaced by a weak La Niña we got in some cases historic rainfall amounts.

So the point being that when they say this possible La Niña may cause things to TEND to dry out, the fact is we don’t know. Maybe we will have a dry year. Or not. We will have to wait and see. Sometimes we get rain concurrent with La Niña, sometimes we don’t. More often we don’t.

Adding to that theme, Harvey was bad only because WEATHER systems caused it to stall right at the coast where it still could gather energy and moisture from the water and dump it on the land. Were those WEATHER systems – blocking ridges of high pressure – not in place the hurricane would have quickly accelerated once it hit land and would not have been so disastrous.

It’s funny how moonbats can ignore that we went 12 years without a major hurricane – and that’s not proof to them – but then we have a hurricane or two and all of a sudden they’re screaming and pulling their hair out again.

Most people don’t care one way or the other about this issue, but it really is the most important stories on the news. I have never had a job where I could freely espouse my beliefs without repercussions and I never had such an audience to play to. The NFL (and thus their fans) is telling the world that they have no respect for the US or the freedom bought by the lives given to purchase that freedom. People really need to boycott the NFL as well as (and especially) the companies that proudly announce their support of the NFL!!!! The NFL calls Trump divisive as they themselves try to divide the country with their repulsive and UN-american displays. pot-kettle-black.
