Perhaps they could implement a seven day waiting period on all burglaries which target firearms.

Liberals blame the guns, and meanwhile, eulogize the killer NFL player as a ‘humble, kind young man.’

He was probably turning his life around, too.

Not all celebrities are giving in to the gun-grabbing moonbattery. Says Shaun Smith, an NFL player, “Just because we’re in the NFL, that doesn’t make us no different,” he said. “You never know when someone would try to rob you or whatever. … I’ve worked hard to get where I am. I’ll be damned if I’d let someone just take it away from me, period.”

Meanwhile, Florida is nearing one million active concealed carry permits. Rock on!

Why repeal the civil rights act of 1964? Here are two perfect reasons:

Congresswoman Marcia Fudge, the leader of the Congressional Black Caucus and Chairwoman of the House Subcommittee on 40 Acres, an Obamaphone and a Mule denounced any attacks on Rice as “horridly and unspeakably racist.”

While Fudge could not point to any single word that was racist, she insisted that every single word used to criticize Rice was a racist code word.

“If the language is being used to criticize a black person then we must deem such language to be irreparably and irrevocably racist,” Fudge said. “Every word that is used to disguise the racist intentions of a racist political movement must be deemed a racist code word disguising the true racist intentions of the racists who make use of them.”

Congressman Jim Clyburn went even further. “The entire English language was created by slaveowners as a means of oppression. You can’t just say that one word is a racist code word or another. The whole language, every single word, letter and apostrophe in it is racist. It’s a fact. If you speak English, you’re a racist.”

“All Republicans is racist,” Congressman Clyburn said, “therefore whenever they use English, they are using it to hiddenly express racist ideas. Whenever they speak, they are speaking entirely in racist code words. But when Democrats like us speak English, we’re using tolerance code words.” (Front Page)

Moonbattery.com, FINALLY a site that is worth reading! I had many friends on Facebook but they have all left me, they can’t stand TRUTH, instead the ‘tolerance’ position is like coke to them. Being a Christian I will not support UPS or Intel based upon their decision to stop support of the Boy Scouts due to the Scouts not allowing the ‘gay’s to camp out with small boys. It would be so much easier if Jesus wouldn’t have said to turn the other cheek but instead to smack theirs! There seems to be no end to the destruction of this nations foundation, not to mention what the failure of the US Church has become.

Buffet hypocrisy: Berkshire buyback seen clashing with estate tax push

Warren Buffett’s $1.2 billion share buyback from a single unnamed investor likely helped that person’s estate save substantially on taxes, just one day after the Berkshire Hathaway CEO said the rich should actually be paying more, not less, when they die.

With the “fiscal cliff” looming and estate taxes set to rise dramatically in less than three weeks, the timing was seen as advantageous – and, according to Berkshire watchers, also out of place in the context of Buffett’s recent tax activism.

“I would say ‘Warren, would you please just keep your nose out of this.’ He’s not in a position to criticize what’s good for America and for everyone else’s estate,” said Anthony Sabino, a professor of business at St. John’s University. “He’s no doubt utilized the present tax code to maximum effect.”

Buffett was always loath to offer share buybacks. Given his wealth and his own self-professed low tax rate, Buffett has been called out in some quarters for not practicing what he preaches.

For some reason site is rejecting a link to a story about how the N. Korean satellite launch resulted in failure – a satellite tumbling useless through space. In any case I was wondering if we (or someone) did something to help their efforts fail or if they’re really just that inept that they failed for that reason alone. Moving on.

Google’s tax avoidance is called ‘capitalism’, says chairman Eric Schmidt

Google chairman Eric Schmidt has insisted that he is “very proud” of the company’s tax structure, and said that measures to lower its payments were just “capitalism”.
Mr Schmidt’s comments risk inflaming the row over the amount of tax multinationals pay, after it emerged that Google funnelled $9.8bn (£6.07bn) of revenues from international subsidiaries into Bermuda last year in order to halve its tax bill.
However, Mr Schmidt defended the company’s legitimate tax arrangements. “We pay lots of taxes; we pay them in the legally prescribed ways,” he told Bloomberg . “I am very proud of the structure that we set up. We did it based on the incentives that the governments offered us to operate.”

Police are still seeking information about what Roberts was doing in the days leading up to the shooting. They said today they believe Roberts stole the gun he used in the rampage from someone he knew, as AC already posted, above. I see AC beat me to a few of the stories I was going to post (and still will), so if credit goes out he should probably get it.

NEW ARMY MANUAL ORDERS SOLDIERS NOT TO CRITICIZE TALIBAN, PEDOPHILIA, “ANYTHING RELATED TO ISLAM” OR “ADVOCATE FOR WOMEN’S RIGHTS”

Here is a strong indicator that the Obama Administration’s crusade to appease Islam has gone too far; a new U.S. military handbook for troops deployed to the Middle East orders soldiers not to make derogatory comments about the Taliban or criticize pedophilia, among other outrageous things.

It gets better; the new manual, which is around 75 pages, suggests that Western ignorance of Afghan culture— not Taliban infiltration—is responsible for the increase in deadly attacks by Afghan soldiers against the coalition forces.

Mass beheadings, gendercide, gassing of girls’ schools, mass slaughter of non-believers and less than devout Muslims, attacks on US soldiers, acid attacks on women, brutal burka enforcement ….. must not be criticzed. So speaketh the caliph in the White House.

PELOSI ACCUSES GOP OF LACK OF CONCERN FOR KWANZAA

Violent 60s radical invented fake holiday

Held each year from December 26 until January 2, Kwanzaa is increasingly seen as an appropriate multicultural alternative to Christmas, a holiday considered too religious and “Eurocentric” for public schools.

But there is one not-so-insignificant problem with Kwanzaa. While many teachers believe it is an ancient African harvest festival, it was not born in pre-colonial West Africa, but in 1960s southern California. It is the brainchild of African-American radical activist, academic and convicted felon Ron Karenga.

In 1969, two rival radical groups were battling for control of the UCLA black studies program: the Black Panthers and the lesser-known US, or United Slaves, led by Mr. Karenga. Both groups sauntered around campus carrying loaded guns. Perhaps inevitably, violence erupted. As David Horowitz recalls in Radical Son, Black Panther John Higgins was “murdered—along with Al ‘Bunchy’ Carter—on the UCLA campus by members of Ron Karenga’s organization.” After the killing, the FBI infiltrated both groups, and the United Slaves turned to fighting “enemies within.”

The result: two female members were tortured by their “comrades” in May, 1970. Both alledge Mr. Karenga ordered and participated in their assaults.

“People think it’s African, but it’s not,” admitted Karenga in a 1978 Washington Post interview. “I put it around Christmas because I knew that’s when a lot of ‘bloods’ would be partying.”

Obama’s campaign pollster, Joel Benenson, says the Republican challenge goes beyond the Latino vote, extending to anyone who isn’t white and thinks differently from party orthodoxy.

Basically he seems to be saying that intolerance… WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!

NOTE this is what a LUNATIC LIBERAL MOONBAT says, as he falsely accuses Republicans of saying it:

“I think when you define people who look differently than you as illegal aliens, and use that term over and over again, and talk about self-deporting them, that’s a tolerance issue.”

It figures: Gazans go gaga over perfume named after instruments of death.

  13. Bob Roberts says:

All of the intelligent talking heads are making a couple critical points. 1) We can’t fix the budget in secret. Whatever is agreed has to be negotiated in public or it will end badly for Republicans. Plus the point is made that the House needs to send SOMETHING up for Reid and Obama or the failure to come to an agreement will be totally and falsely laid at their door. This cartoon pretty much sums up where we’re almost certainly headed at this point.

Mark Levin summed it up nicely – send TAX CUTS for the lower 3 brackets and no change for the top 2 along with whatever else they need to put in there related to spending cuts then let Obama and Reid choke on it.

  14. Bob Roberts says:

Sixteen Democratic senators who voted for the Affordable Care Act are asking that one of its fundraising mechanisms, a 2.3 percent tax on medical devices scheduled to take effect January 1, be delayed.

Echoing arguments made by Republicans against Obamacare, the Democratic senators say the levy will cost jobs — in a statement Monday, Sen. Al Franken called it a “job-killing tax” — and also impair American competitiveness in the medical device field.

The senators, who made the request in a letter to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, are Franken, Richard Durbin, Charles Schumer, Patty Murray, John Kerry, Kirsten Gillibrand, Amy Klobuchar, Joseph Lieberman, Ben Nelson, Robert Casey, Debbie Stabenow, Barbara Mikulski, Kay Hagan, Herb Kohl, Jeanne Shaheen, and Richard Blumenthal. All voted for Obamacare.

Two other Democrats, senators-elect Joe Donnelly and Elizabeth Warren, also signed the letter. Donnelly voted for Obamacare as a member of the House. Warren was not in Congress at the time.

  15. Sam Adams says:

Since the good congressman is speaking English, he is racist, a fact that becomes obvious when reading his quote.

Now, the good congressman has decided that all Republicans are racist. I think there is a name for folks that pass judgment on one group or another, without examining facts, or making distinctions between members within that group. I think that term is “bigot.” So I am declaring Jim Clyburn a racist bigot. Or should he be classed as a bigoted racist?

BTW, Jim (can I call you Jim…probably another racist code word)…my family have never owned slaves, and that includes all family members back to 1062. My family didn’t fight in the Civil War. They had already been kicked out of the US due to religious bigotry. In fact, Johnson’s Army was sent by democrats in congress to keep an eye on my ancestors while the southern states were getting ready to leave the union. So my family has been oppressed by the Federal Government, thanks to the democrats for generations.

And it’s already been mentioned that the 7th Circuit affirmed that we have a Constitutional Right not just to OWN but also to BEAR arms, which is a critical win for gun rights advocates and a severe blow to moonbats everywhere.

Pretty much obvious from the text of the 2nd Amendment.

“…the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

And trolls, don’t start in with that “militia” crap.
