No wonder the FBI thinks it needs a new headquarters twice the size of the Pentagon. It is ballooning into the KGB before our eyes. Early morning raids are no longer just to publicly terrorize political opponents like Roger Stone and Mark Houck. A harmless old man in Utah named Craig Robertson was killed recently in a raid launched in response to his social media posts. A similar incident appears to have happened August 17 in Tennessee:

[A]n arrest warrant by FBI agents ended in the fatal shooting of a Chester county man named Theodore Deschler. The family says the FBI refuses to tell them why they conducted the arrest warrant and why they shot him, leaving the family searching the house for clues as to what happened to their relative. …

They used flashbangs, destroyed the yard with trucks, shot through a refrigerator, broke tree limbs, and even knocked down a light over the garage because it was suspected to be a camera.

Photographs can go viral, causing trouble.

The victim’s mother provides an eyewitness report:

According to her, the FBI beat on the door and when she answered they pulled her out of the residence and put her in the back of a police vehicle. When she asked why they were there she was told, “It’s none of your business” by the agents. She told us the entire incident was probably 15 minutes from the time the agents arrived to when her son was shot.

“It was a senseless act. You know Teddy was a 100% disabled veteran. He had problems. He had severe PTSD. He had depression but he was getting help for it but this was senseless. He didn’t have a weapon on him. He was just trying to get out of the house because it was filled with tear gas,” Deschler said.

The family believes that Theodore was unarmed.

Granted this is the family’s point of view, but that’s all we’ve got to go on.

The FBI has not confirmed any of the details of the arrest or what took place during the arrest. While the house is ruined by tear gas, flashbangs, bullet holes, and broken windows, the family says they just want answers from the FBI as to why this happened.

Why this happened is your country got fundamentally transformed, as promised.

An Internet search confirms that the mainstream media has no interest in the story. If that weren’t predictable, the incident might not have happened in the first place.

Even many Democrats have begun to view the FBI as “Biden’s Gestapo.” Dawn raids in which SWAT teams execute dissidents are what you would expect in a country where the opposition leader was just forced to sit for a mugshot on preposterous charges.

If Thomas Jefferson were alive today, the FBI might be planning a predawn raid on Monticello.

At 9.34pm, over an hour after she departed from work, footage shows her slowing down while flashing her hazards near the 11 mile marker on the interstate.

She then called 911 and told them there was ‘a male toddler wearing a diaper’ walking on the side of the interstate.

She proceeded to call her brother’s girlfriend who heard Ms Russell ask the ‘toddler’: ‘Are you okay?’, shortly after she screamed before the phone call ended.

Just like that, Miss Russell vanished. When she reappeared, she claimed to have been kidnapped:

In an interview with Hoover police, she said a man with orange hair came from the trees to check on the crying toddler, but then grabbed her, dragged her over the fence and into a car.

All white people are racist and bad, but those gingers are the worst.

No one else saw the toddler strolling for 600 yards along the busy interstate because evidently there was no toddler. Media hype could not keep the hoax from disintegrating. She appears to have lifted the plot for it from the movie Taken, which she had googled along with “amber alert,” “one way bus ticket from Birmingham to Nashville,” and “how to take money from a register without being caught” shortly before attempting to pull it off. Allegedly, she stole materials from her job at the Woodhouse Spa in Birmingham.

Carlee has clammed up around the police. Lawyers would approve, since she might be charged with theft, lying to authorities, and filing a false police report.

Fortunately, there was no specific victim of her hoax. However, we can’t rule out that if some red-headed guy had been picked up by police, she would have been willing to point a finger. Innocent people have their lives destroyed by hate hoaxes, as Duke lacrosse players can confirm. Deuteronomy 19:16–19 comes to mind:

“Her actions to shut down the tabling were fully justified, and are part of a long and celebrated CUNY legacy of confronting groups such as military recruiters who disseminate misleading information,” the group said in a letter of support.

Affirmative Action hires can still get fired, but they have to push the envelope farther still:

The Post knocked on the door of [Shellyne Rodriguez’s] Bronx apartment Tuesday morning — a day after she made headlines for flipping out on pro-life students at Hunter College.

“Get the f–k away from my door, or I’m gonna chop you up with this machete!” the manic adjunct art professor shouted from behind her closed door just moments after veteran reporter Reuven Fenton identified himself.

Seconds later, Rodriguez barged out and alarmingly put the blade to the reporter’s neck.

The reporter wasted no time getting out of there, but Rodriguez followed, brandishing the machete, shrieking,

She chased him all the way to his car. No worries about police interfering; this happened in New York City under Eric Adams.

However, the optics were bad enough for Rodriguez to be viewed by educrats as a liability to the cause of moonbattery, so she was fired. She may turn up in DC next time Biden has an open cabinet position.

In the meantime, she is suing the NYPD for oppressing her during the Black Lives Matter riots, in which she unsurprisingly participated. She says she suffered nerve damage when police had to restrain her with zip ties.

The lawsuit adds that the injuries also impacted “her ability to make art.”

So she won’t be hurting moneywise. A jury of NYC liberals will see to that by looting themselves on her behalf.

After several amendments to the Bill the term “hate crime” is now defined as an offense – excluding the offenses of crimen injuria or hate speech – committed by a person motivated by their prejudice or intolerance towards the victim, a family member of the victim, or the victim’s connection to or support of a group of persons who share one or more of the following real or perceived characteristics: age; albinism; culture; disability; ethnic or social roots; gender; HIV or Aids status; language; nationality; refugee status; occupation; political affiliation or conviction; race; religion; sexual orientation; skin colour.

The Bill also provides for the different channels through which these crimes can be committed and includes social media and online communication.

In short, say anything over the Internet that anyone chooses to find offensive and if authorities don’t like the cut of your jib, you will be in big trouble:

The Bill also provides for any person found guilty of a hate crime to be sentenced to a maximum of eight years imprisonment or a fine or both.

It would be a challenge to survive eight days in a South African hospital nowadays. Eight years in prison could be a life sentence.

True, Webb is a Republican. But why hate him for being who he is? How do they know he wasn’t born that way?

Charlize Jamieson, himself a Person of Transgenderness, went so far as to denounce Webb as a bigot. Others have expressed their liberal tolerance by doxing him:

“It is unfortunate, but a group called Indiana Progressives has decided to organize a hate and harassment campaign against me and my family,” Webb said in a statement to WISH TV8, “by publishing my address and encouraging people to unlawfully congregate at my home. … I have to look out for the safety of my family, including our 6 children. Unsurprisingly, Webb has received death threats.

Calling sex change butchery “gender-affirming surgery” is equivalent to calling Dylan Mulvaney a woman.

In a March 14 article he co-wrote with a medical school student, Shawheen J. Rezei, in The Journal of the American Medical Association, he said that the capacity for gender surgeries for kids needed to be increased.

Ganor advocates scaling up to meet the demand from woke parents who want a trophy transsexual child and come to Boston from red states where these horrific procedures have been outlawed.

Liberals shriek that we must let men play on women’s sports teams because “tolerance.” Here’s what they mean by tolerance:

The Vermont Principals’ Association, which oversees school athletics, said Monday afternoon that Mid Vermont Christian School in Quechee will no longer be eligible to participate in sports and other sponsored activities.

This draconian punishment was inflicted because the private Christian school forfeited a girls’ basketball game rather than play against a team that reduced the concept of girls’ sports to farce by having a boy on it.

Mid Vermont violated the organization’s anti-discrimination and gender identity policies, the organization told the school in a letter of ineligibility. Those policies allow athletes to play on the team that is “consistent with their gender identity” and prohibit discrimination “based on a student’s actual or perceived sex and gender.”

Leaving aside the blasphemous aspect of transsexualism, Mid Vermont Christian had good reason to refuse to play Long Trail School:

Mid Vermont Christian’s head of school, Vicky Fogg, said in a statement last month that the school believed “playing against an opponent with a biological male jeopardizes the fairness of the game and the safety of our players.”

However, if our woke overlords gave a flying damn about women’s safety, they would not impose their ideology by placing men in women’s prisons.

Jay Nichols, the executive director of the Vermont Principals’ Association, said the organization’s 15-member executive board was unanimous in its decision.

Everything is to be unanimous in liberal utopia. The fate of Mid Vermont Christian illustrates what happens to those who don’t go along.

Nichols said he could not remember any prior instances of a school being barred from sporting events. There is no existing appeals process, he said.

When five black cops working for a black police chief in a majority black city beat to death a black guy, people looked for explanations for how this could have happened. The media establishment, applying the When All You’ve Got Is a Hammer principle, jumped the shark completely with the risibly preposterous assertion that white racism is to blame for the Tyre Nichols killing. The actual explanation is erosion — of both standards because of Affirmative Action and the War on Police, and the family because of sexual immorality and the welfare state.

Regarding the erosion of standards:

At least two out of of five Memphis police officers charged with murder in the fatal beatdown of Tyre Nichols joined the force after the department relaxed its hiring requirements.

Tadarrius Bean and Demetrius Haley joined the Memphis PD in August 2020, after education requirements were lowered.

Retired NYPD detective Mike Alcazar, who teaches at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, notes that this results in “less desirable” candidates.

“They’re desperate. They want police officers,” Alcazar said. “They’re going through it, they check off some boxes, saying, ‘Ok, they’re good enough, get them on.’”

Here’s how desperate:

The department showed signs of struggle with recruiting new police officers, offering $15,000 signing bonuses in 2021 and 2022, Fox 13 reported. …

The department also revealed that [it] was even offering waivers for people who have been convicted on felony charges.

Urban police departments are desperate to find recruits because the heavy emphasis on Affirmative Action shrinks the pool of candidates, and because the liberal establishment’s ferocious hostility to local police — which became conspicuous during the promotion of Black Lives Matter — has made the job unappealing.
