Parking for Liberal Voters Only in Milwaukee

The establishment has a thousand little ways to make things easy for liberals and hard for anyone putting up resistance to them.

Via Media Trackers:

On Tuesday, the MacIver Institute reported that Wisconsin Jobs Now was using a no-parking zone outside of an early voting location in Milwaukee to park its get-out-the-vote vans between runs to and from the early voting poll. Media Trackers was also in downtown Milwaukee on Tuesday and observed the liberal organization freely helping itself to the no-parking zone parking spots.

But Denise Walton of the City of Milwaukee Election Commission, head poll worker at this location, assured Media Trackers that the parking spots were available for anyone who wanted to participate in early voting. So Media Trackers tested out this assertion:

Surprise surprise. Ms. Walton was not telling the truth.

The lesson: if you want the authorities to let you park at the polling place, you have to make it clear you are voting for them.

Imagine the favoritism that takes place behind the scenes, when it comes time to count the votes.

Is she going to be arrested for obstruction?? Why not.

    These violations need teeth.

Did these vans of people go from poll place to poll place so they could vote multiple times?

Between the horrible choices of the statists in the Evil Party and the RINOs and hypocrites in the Stupid Party, I don’t bother any more. The lesser of two evils is still evil and I vote None of the Above.

    @drury
By voting for none of the above you are in effect support the progs. You strategy is NOT viable. Pick the best available and hope that is enough.

octa–Sorry, my non-participation in what is a rigged game does NOT make me a supporter of any leftist person or idea. I could just as easily say that your voting for Repubs is, in effect, supporting a corrupt system…..but I won’t. I used to think like you–voted for Romney as a vote against 0bola. Saw the vote-rigging going on and the spineless response from the “opposition” party. Realized then that the voting system is hopelessly corrupted to keep elitist trash and their ilk in political power regardless of which two parties they belong to. Until there is an alternative (3rd and 4th parties) and the system reformed to harshly punish those who cheat, I will sit on the sidelines. Probably be there the rest of my life….

I’m voting but like Drury and countless others, I’m sick of holding my nose to vote Republican just because they aren’t as bad as Democrats. I think Drury’s point is that they ARE as bad because R’s will not change our direction, only our velocity. Going off the cliff at 10MPH vs. 100MPH is a distinction without a difference. It’s not the drop, its the sudden stop that kills you.

In such a corrupt system, your vote is meaningless, it is too late to change anything in a meaningful way just by voting. MITTens was a terrible choice, les sbad than McCain in 2008 but still bad. Right now the political leadership of the Rep. Party is deciding who they will run in 2016, Mitt or Jeb Bush, WTF? Mitt, Jeb or Hillary, that’s a choice? Same choice as Larry, Moe and Curly. If Ralph Nader or Pat Paulson were still running, they would be no worse that those clowns.

I think you still vote though. I don’t want to have to draw down on another American without knowing I did everything I could within the system before that day comes. I hope both you and Drury are ready to fight, because that is the only way of restoring the Constitution.

Drury, your counseling of passive despair is ill-conceived and harmful.

    from the ChicagoBoyz blog:

“Nevertheless, I think it is of extreme importance for everyone who
truly cares about the future of this country–and who understands the
harm being done by Barack Obama and the ‘progressive’ movement that he
represents–to vote, and in almost all cases to vote for the Republican
candidate. Because what is facing us right now is not ‘a choice of cancer or
polio.’ It is a choice between a chronic disease which is unpleasant,
but may eventually be curable, and an acute disease that will kill or
permanently cripple the patient in short order.”
