Second American Revolution Over Right to Bear Arms?

The liberal agenda can only be taken so far against a populace that is able to defend itself and its property. That’s why Americans need to be disarmed. Authoritarians have taken an incremental approach, but lately they are growing impatient. Countermoonbat Sheriff David Clark Jr. tells Judge Jeanine what will happen if Obama, Feinstein, et al. miscalculate and push too quickly:

The NRA’s Stephen Halbrook is correct: registration means confiscation. No matter how pretty a bow the media ties on it, registration will set us up for door to door raids on the homes of gun owners, to be justified by a convenient crisis.

On a tip from born in 76.

You better get that AR quick…you’re gonna need it. The Senate just confirmed Chuck Hagel as Sec’y of Defense.

There has never been a more low-wattage tool in that post. Israel better gird it’s loins, and fast. With Obama’s pending visit (and in my mind, his sudden, miraculous offer to broker a new, sweeping “peace” deal), they are about to be sold out in a world-changing way. There will be those Jews that go along with it, too.

As for America, our nat’l defense is now in the hands of seditious traitors both in the White House and now the Sec’y’s office. Within two years, Venezuela could attack us and win.

God has turned his face away from us.

  2. Skyfall says:

(Sorry to be slightly off topic, but I’d just heard this news and almost lost my lunch. Now, though, is definitely the time to arm yourselves. We will, without doubt, be needing to stand up and resist tyranny…and soon!)

If the revolution comes to pass, it won’t be just about gun registration. It will be due to the Constitution being ripped up.

Police officers, military personnel and many others take an oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. The communist in the White House and his cronies are feeling very empowered and believe they can do as they wish.

All patriotic Americans are being asked to join the 10 Million Gun Owner March in May. Even if you don’t own a gun, try to be there to show support for the Constitution. It’s going to be an important day for the US.

Son of Taz points out, “Police officers, military personnel and many others take an oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.”

Which, generally speaking, puts most of them on the side of us Constitutional Fundamentalist Libertarian Conservatives.

The actual police and the military aren’t the problem.

What gives me cause-for-pause is the trend towards militance in a lot of other government agencies. I know at least two IRS agents that carry guns and have had paramilitary training at the Federal Law enforcement Training Center in GA…….and both voted for Obama. When I worked for IDEX Corporation the IRS was buying Hurst “Jaws Of Life” brand “Entry Tools” from us, too.

We shouldn’t even HAVE an IRS, let alone an armed one using hydraulic rescue tools to pry us away from our assets……next the freakin’ EPA will be carrying guns, if they aren’t already.

After Republicans blocked the Hagel nomination earlier this month, they ultimately allowed for an up-or-down vote on Tuesday.

Is there anything that Republicans won’t cave on?

This is a two-part problem: (1) the Republicans are recipients of democrat insurrection. They get voted back in to fight (as in John FU McCain) -and then they don’t, bc the problem they were hired to fix would go away.

Then (2) what with between TV, burrowing down into the basement with dry goods, sports talk radio and nonstop praying, who has time to call their senators?

Well, at least Hagel elevates the mean IQ of the WH cabinet.

    So that’s something.

  8. Flu-Bird says:

Thats why Obama and his imperial storm troopers and the UNITED NATIONS wants to disarm us all along with several demacRATS who have called for GUN CONFISCATION like HITLER,STALIN and MAO did

  9. Jimbo says:

Hm. In my neighborhood in Texas, the Feds will have their hands full: When they show up at a residence to confiscate firearms, they’ll be caught in a deadly cross-fire from the community at large. It’s called being good neighbors.

  10. GoinSane says:

Chief of police, Chicago – what a doofus!
Mexico – how do you say “Moonbattery” in spanish?

I really think most cops and the military would refuse to enforce confiscation – maybe not the chiefs and generals, but the rank and file. But if they do, they better figure out how to hit a whole neighborhood or town at once, because once the people see their neighbor’s being raided, it won’t take long before the raiders are surrounded and out numbered. And then when they try it at the next neighborhood or town, and there are hundreds or thousands waiting to greet them, what will they do? Are they going to attempt to massacre people by the hundreds and thousands with tanks and helicopters? I have a hard time believing it.

It’s too bad for them that we already have the guns. They dream about how easy it was for Stalin and Mao, but their glorious revolution will not be as easy for them.

  11. Skyfall says:

Hagel elevates the IQ of the cabinet? I rather look at it like “Hagel plummets the standing of America to new lows.”

This guy is not only stupid, he supports Iran, hates Israel, will gut what’s left of the military and leave us total sitting ducks for whatever comes down the pike.

The “Republicans” that voted for Hagel should be eviscerated…but in today’s climate they will suffer no consequences.

Obama now has total control. Limbaugh has it right.

  12. Skyfall says:

GoinSane sez: Are they going to attempt to massacre people by the hundreds and thousands with tanks and helicopters?

Obama has full power, and is only showing us the eensie-weensie tip of the iceberg as far as what he can (and will) do. If he can get his way via fraud and “votes” and executive orders, fine. But if push comes to shove, don’t think for one small minute that he will use force…and the troops under his control will have no choice to obey. Some won’t, but they will be few, and dealt with swiftly.

We are not dealing with just another tyrant here. Obama’s power is greater than you can imagine.

  13. Skyfall says:

See above: “…WON’T use force…” Sorry!

  14. Canadian Hawk says:

It can be reversed, Canadians woke up and elected PM Harper who scrapped our registry the Liberals Party put in place. Problem is, Americans let their elections be fraught with graft and don’t even challenge it. We vote with a pencil and piece of paper; no dimpled chads, no third world country programming voting machine or counting votes. Amazing how fast The last great hope is being brought to its knees.

Sky, that may be true since we now have a president who has turned his back on Israel, but we may also be about to see the fulfillment of Biblical prophesy:

In either event, Lent is certainly a good time for believers to get their house in order with Christ.

As i’ve said many times, the attack on the 2nd Amendment will not be an obvious frontal assault. Leftists are too smart for that. Why take the time and effort to challenge the Constitution when they can simply find ways around it.

Make no mistake. The attack is already under way, and as is typical of the left, it’s coming from many different directions.

Hagel elevates the IQ of the cabinet? I rather look at it like “Hagel plummets the standing of America to new lows.”

Given that Hagel comes in with a mentally-deficient IQ of about 70-80, the average IQ of the WH cabinet necessarily has to rise.

It may possibly be: Murciélago de Luna

What bothers me about the term “2nd Revolutionary war” is in the first one the enemy wore red coats. If we were to call it a “2nd civil war”, where it wasn’t the same as the Revolutionary war, still comprised of entire linked states warring against other states.

To be honest, from my point of view, this is more reminiscent of Germany in it’s early Nazi take over, where neither a Revolution nor a civil war would have prevented it. Now if “revolutionary” is being referred too in the way the French Revolution happened, that scares the hell out of me. I don’t want to even attempt to imagine the carnage that would come from something like that.

The well regulated militia will eventually have to fight off the invading hoards. The invading hoards would be well advised to start at the east coast, where the people are disarmed. They might even have some success in California. By the time they hit Arizona, Texas, etc., well…they won’t get very far.

  24. Sam Adams says:

BTW, the line in the sand is when someone comes to confiscate a weapon. If they wish to take my gun away, they are up to no good. The gun was legal the day I bought it; I haven’t done anything to make me ineligible to own that gun, and trying to take it is infringing on my civil rights. Those trying to take away my guns or those of my neighbors will be crossing a line that they specifically are told not to cross.

  25. Skyfall says:

Sam, at the moment I’m less worried about the invading hoards than I am about the hoards in our midst. The ones that eat away at our foundations, our culture, our civil society, our religion…they are the true cancer that is killing America.

I do agree that the “well regulated militia” will have to deal with them, though. The Great Confiscation will be the fuse that lights the powder keg…and that will come from the enemy within.

  26. Bloodless Coup says:

When the Feds and Local Law Enforcement show up to confiscate your guns they will do so in packs. They will try to use overwhelming force to take down one household at a time. That is when gun owners from all over the area need to surround and swarm these rouge illegal forces. Once they are surrounded and out gunned they can be placed under arrest for obeying an unlawful order to commit treason against their fellow countrymen. We can then form our own Citizens Grand Juries, appoint our own Justices and impose our own sentencing. This is what it will take if you are serious about keeping your Constitutional Rights.

Besides, Hagel is anything but stupid … just look at his resume. Let’s be honest, his only mistake was to go against the grain WRT the G.O.P’s Israel first policy. SNL had it about right in this parity:

The confiscation of firearms most likely will not by kicking in doors at 4am. But be tied to Obama Care if you want coverage turn in your guns, or taxed in giving them up. Another way would be to tie gun confiscation into student loans or any Government program i.e. welfare or food stamps or money for rent. Yes we will resist the confiscation and forgo Obama care and welfare and flip them off when we can. But then is when you will get the 4am wake up call from the SS. A few high profile raids on so called terrorist and some more people will cave and turn in their guns during a amnesty period. False flags by the Feds on more innocents and people will start to turn in neighbors and family and friends for rewards and because they have become brainwashed zombies. Don’t forget many on the left see themselves as American Patriots and that we are the fringe to be vanquished from USA soil.

I hate to break this to you, but we lost the Second Amendment almost 20 years ago. What happened 20 years ago? The Brady law was passed. Why is that significant? I’m glad you asked, because I will ANSWER that question…

To refresh your memory, the Brady law instituted the five day waiting period, which was followed by the instant background checks that are run on all prospective buyers at America’s gun shops. What’s the big deal about the background check? If you’ve done nothing wrong, you’re okay, right? Uh, no, you are not. What the background check amounts to is ASKING PERMISSION to buy a gun. Let me repeat that: the background check, you’re asking permission to buy a gun. If you have to ask permission to do something, then that something is no longer a right but a PRIVILEGE-duh!

Think about it: when you go to a gun shop to buy a shiny, new piece, the guy at the gun shop calls a gov’t bureaucrat on the phone; this gov’t bureaucrat tells the gun shop guy whether or not he can sell you the gun. That’s right; some asshole, gov’t bureaucrat is determining whether or not you can buy a gun! IOW, you are, in effect, asking that gov’t bureaucrat for permission to buy a gun. A rose by any other name is still a rose, and a privilege by any other name is still a privilege.

I remember how the NRA, back in the early 1990s, was fighting the draconian gun control proposals put forth by the Clinton Administration. In effect, they made a deal; the NRA said we’ll take the background checks if you take away the other stuff. Well, that wasn’t such a good deal, because, thanks to the background checks, our Second Amendment right ceased to be a right; at that point, it became a privilege and nothing more.

I also have to laugh at these gun owners who bitch about infringing on the Second Amendment; I just have to laugh at them! Chicago Alerman Joseph ‘Proco’ Moreno (he’s the guy who blocked construction of a Chick-Fil-A in his ward because of their stance on gay marriage), a Democrat politician said this: we ALREADY infringe in the Second Amendment, and we do so in numerous ways!

Another point to consider is this: gun owners long ago ceded the debate to the anti-gun forces. How so? Via the language, that’s how. Even the conservative pundits have adopted the language and thought processes of the anti-gunners. Listen to Hannity, Levin, et al, and you’ll hear them and their callers talk about how they are LEGAL gun owners. IOW, they’ve jumped through all the government’s hoops; they were good little boys and girls; and they got the government’s permission to own a gun. By doing so, gun owners have ALREADY surrendered the Second Amendment! By doing so, gun owners have bought in and submitted to the anti-gunner’s paradigm-to secure gov’t permission to buy and own a gun. Sorry, but that goes against the letter and spirit of the Second Amendment. If you look at what the Founding Fathers said about the Second Amendment, you’ll see why…

So, what’s my point? Gun owners will not mount any resistance when the gov’t comes for our guns; make no mistake about it, that is their ULTIMATE aim-to disarm the population. Gun owners can cry ‘molon labe’ all they want; they can prattle about prying their guns from their cold, dead fingers; when push comes to shove, they’ll turn in their guns, and they’ll do so meekly. After all, they already bought into the paradigm of seeking gov’t permission to buy a gun; what makes you think that they’ll stop that thought process when ‘the authorities’ (a totalitarian phrase if I ever heard one!) come for their guns?
