Silent Conquest

The Second Amendment isn’t the only part of the Bill of Rights subject to attack from the Obama Regime — not when the First Amendment presents an obstacle to the advancement of Islam:

On a tip from Ummah Gummah.

Secondly, we must PURGE all Islamics from Western lands. They don’t belong here.

“I hope America will awake one day and realize what is happening to free speech…”

Wake up? Does he expect the American people to wake up? LOL! If, after being attacked by radical Islam since the late 70’s, (including 2 attacks in the NYC) and after being warned that the neighborhood agitator they were getting ready to elect as their president was actually a Muslim, if that didn’t make them wake up, nothing will.

Ummah isn’t it ironic how the libs support both the feminists and the political movement known as peaceful murdering savages? Well, given the known fact that liberalism is a mental disorder it doesn’t suprise me at all. Where are the trolls now? Democrats had better wake up to the fact that both parties have been hijacked and if they wish to express themselves behind the protection of the Constitution they had better wake up and very quick. I won’t hold my breath.

  15. St. Gilbert says:

“It is the test of a good religion whether you can joke about it.” — GK Chesterton

The answer to that test determines whether or not the religion is legitimate. Any belief system, including political beliefs, that cannot withstand intellectual or philosophical scrutiny (or a joke) will always resort to name-calling, coercion, and the imposition of laws to protect it from genuine examination.

Religious liberty granted in the 1st Amendment can be seen in another way. By recognizing and enshrining religious liberty in the Constitution, the Framers achieved their primary goal regarding the challenges religion posed to the secular state. In a pluralistic culture, granting religious liberty has the effect of neutralizing religion and casting it into a secondary (and therefore powerless) role in public life. The creation of a secular state demands that no religious claims be made upon it. It must elevate State power above any and all religions and be free from the influence and control of any religious body. That end was cleverly achieved by acknowledging the establishment and exercise of religion (so-called religious liberty) in the purely secular and deliberately Godless U.S. Constitution. The Framers desire to create a government free from the constraints of religious doctrine, (including Christian doctrine), has fostered the relentless advance of federal power and the malignant growth of secularism for over 200 years. The neutralization of religion in American public life has inevitably resulted in laws that violate all manner of Christian truth now enshrined as Constitutional. With liberties being stripped at almost a daily clip, one could say that any nation that deliberately rejects Christ in its laws is separating itself from the truth that real liberty requires — the Truth that makes us free.

Excellent post by St Gilbert @ March 24, 2013 at 10:18 pm

I hesitate to say this but some assert that the U.S. Constitution as a document inspired by proto-Marxist principles. Judging by how Christianity has been on steady path of deconstruction via judicial activism, in that context the assertion has much merit.

  20. Ghost of FA Hayek says:

I don’t believe the goal is to lift Pigslam per se, (it just happens to share the same love of tyranny as the left does) however those same blaspheme laws, once implemented could then be turned around and applied to government as an answer to the establishment of religion question.

  21. gods son christ jesus died on the cross for our sins so that by believing in him we can have life…belief in christ cometh from the father through the hearing of his words them that are in the bible

  22. St. Gilbert says:

    DJ —

Thanks. It’s been a long road coming to the conclusion that America was not founded on the conservative principles I once thought it was. The evolution from the deistic secularism of our Founders to the more purely atheistic secularism of today’s elites who hold the strings of power in government, education and the media, was inevitable having rejected Christ from the get-go. The clever strategy of neutralizing and diluting religion by granting “religious liberty” is not entirely baseless. Indeed, America’s founding was the most radically liberal “experiment” ever attempted in human history — the creation of a secular state “free” from the challenges of any religion. Elevating Liberty, the false god of the Framers, above the God Who makes us free, has resulted in confusing liberty with license. There is no freedom apart from truth no matter what the subject. It is sadly ironic that so many people willingly dismiss, ignore or reject the means that is indispensable for producing what they wand most. They shun truth and expect justice, liberty and freedom to flower in soil barren of the very thing that is necessary to produce them.
