Socialists Demonstrate Why We Need Guns

“No one needs 10 bullets to kill a deer!” shrieks a skeevy socialist from New York. As most people with IQs above room temperature understand, the Founding Fathers did not make our fundamental right to bear arms such a high priority because of the crucial importance of deer hunting to the maintenance of a free republic. They realized we would need to be armed to secure our other liberties when scoundrels like this inevitably found their way to power:

“There are executive orders, executive action that can be taken,” Biden said.

That is, the Obama Regime is floating the idea of bypassing both the Constitution and Congress to infringe upon our right to bear arms by executive decree, exactly as it would be done in a collectivist dictatorship of the Hitler or Stalin variety. If it looks like they will not encounter sufficient resistance, Obama et al. will role forward, like a Panzer division on its way to Paris.

The only liberty liberals will not crush is the liberty they find us willing to fight to the death for.

From elsewhere in the regime, Obama’s fascistic twerp mouthpiece Jay Carney squeaks,

“I believe most Americans would disagree with the idea that in the wake of what happened in Newtown, Conn., that we should put off any action on the issue of gun violence.”

On the contrary, only a fool would want to take drastic decisions that could set the country on a course for another civil war while people have been whipped into an irrational frenzy by the authoritarian “mainstream” media’s ghastly exploitation of Sandy Hook.

If these leftist scumbags do not get the kinda of control over guns they want or a complete obliteration of the 2nd amendment, there will be more staged or provoked shootings. In due course a State or two will secede from the US. Defections from the Military and Government will follow and assaults against patriots will soar starting the next civil war.

…”The right of the people to keep and bear arms is an extension of the natural right to self-defense and a hallmark of personal sovereignty. It is specifically insulated from governmental interference by the Constitution and has historically been the linchpin of resistance to tyranny.”…

A minor quibble. Although the “kill ratio” heavily favored the Spartans, the Persians didn’t “disarm” them they killed ’em.

Make sure you turn out for gun appreciation day Jan 19 2013. This is going to be a national phenomena, I believe. Just google it and pass it on. Everyone turning out will be meeting like minded individuals. The meeting tree if you will

  6. Whom says:

Well from what I recall seeing in “300”, Americans may have to work on their abs and pecs and such a bit too if they plan to offer similar resistance 😉 kidding, kidding..

Amen jay352. Hope the turnout is mind blowing! And maybe time to join the NRA too if not already a member.

So, who has the Muslim-in-Chief picked to decide if you can have a gun to protect your family and home? Lots-a-luck!

Plus, there’s lots of vets around, and not just old, broke-dick ‘Nam vets – Afstan, Iraq, you name it. All very capable of running small unit operations and setting up ambushes.

Lots of ’em are cops of one flavor or another.

    So there’s that.

Member of Biden’s Gun Control Task Force Has a Son Convicted of Planning School Mass Murder

President of the National Assocation of Police Officers and Boston Police Officer Thomas Nee is a member of Vice President Joe Biden’s gun control task force, which was created by President Obama in the aftermath of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting. Nee’s son, Joseph Nee, was convicted in 2008 for planning to commit mass murder of students and teachers at Marshfield High School in Massachusetts, similar to that of Columbine in 1999. After spending nine months in prison, Nee’s conviction was upheld by the Supreme Judicial Court.

At Thermopylae, the Persians were confronted by 300 heavily armed and HIGHLY TRAINED Spartan warriors. The key here is HIGHLY TRAINED, which most American gun owners are not, nor are they willing to die for their cause as the Spartans were, and did. In addition we lack one other crucial element that could have saved the Spartans, air support.

The typical American gun owner is a flabby, armchair QB, who hasn’t fired the weapon(s) they own in years. Even ones who have fired their weapon recently have done so at a nicely manicured, flat, square range at measured distance on a warm sunny day. If the battle breaks out on such a range under those weather conditions and the opposing force stays at known measured ranges, they will do just fine. Additionally, the weapon they own to be counted a s a gun owner is a .38 snubby revolver, great for concealed carry and use against a rapist or mugger, not much good against a trained force armed with modern military grade weapons. That group includes both LEO/military and street gangs.

This is not going to be the cake walk that some would have you believe. I have been saying that civil war is coming and is unavoidable for two years on this site, now you can see it for yourselves. I don’t relish it or welcome it, I have just been predicting it. With confiscation we will either fight or comply, there is no middle ground. How many here think they can really survive in a fire fight? I cannot, it was hard enough when I was 19 in the jungles of Southeast Asia, now, 40 years later, I have no chance. Doesn’t mean I can’t or won’t fight, just means I know I will die and that is OK because it also means I have done all I can to protect my children and grandchildren from tyranny.

mojo – Speaking as an old, broke-dick Nam vet, I can tell you I can still move and shoot, not as quick as when I was 20, but most American gun owners cannot, they never have been trained to do it and will most likely soot themselves or someone on their own side.

Also, if the cops or military side with the tyrant, our casualties will be massive.

You *DO* understand that this effing administration has us boxed in, right?

If we take to the streets in protest (even without firearms), these pieces of excrement will declare that the “civil unrest” requires them -ever so regretfully- to keep the peace by “temporarily” declaring martial law.

If we don’t engage in mass protest, but simply refuse to comply with whatever new licensing/ registration/ turn-in-those-evil-assault-weapons-during-the-grace-period-or-else laws are enacted, they’ll pick us off gun-owner by gun-owner for having “illegal” weapons. (First they’ll subpoena gun store records; then they’ll throw the book at a few individual owners, which will soften up a great many more, making them willing to name other “assault-weapons” owners they’ve dealt with (in order to get leniency in their trials due to their “cooperation”).

And of course, if we just comply, they’ve won without having to expend the effort required by the prior two scenarios.

As somebody on another blog said, “The ONLY reason that ANYBODY would come after your guns is: They intend to do something that would make you want to shoot them.”

I’m going to a gun show in a couple of weeks, and I fully intend to get there 2 or 3 hours ahead of time on the first day. This is freaking LOUISIANA and you can’t get a .303 Enfield for triple the price plus a blowjob, let alone an AR or AK. People aren’t buying up this old stuff for nothing… they’re getting ready for “it”, and I think we all know what “it” is.

There are several issues to consider. First, most folks don’t have a single 38 snubby. Most gun owners own multiple firearms, including rifles, pistols, and shotguns. A slug from a 12 gauge may not take out a member of law enforcement or the military, but it will certainly put them out of action for a while.

Second…do you really believe that this will turn into a conventional war, where the military is on one side, and the armed US citizens on another? Will the military bring in air strikes against pockets of resisters?

The last time that the gun grabbers started confiscating guns was in New Orleans, when they were going house to house, and gun owners had no idea what to expect. How many folks will they be able to disarm in your neighborhood before the rest of the neighborhood catches on and decides to put up some resistance? (Yes, I do live in a tight knit neighborhood where people look out for each other).

If we have to engage in armed resistance against the US military, the question isn’t whether you will survive, but how many of them will you be able to take out. A lot of fat, out of shape older folks are deer hunters, and they have put a lot of rounds through their Remington 700s with telescopic sights.

When the military or police forces start taking casualties, who’s going to replace them?

Solders and police are only human, they are not bullet-proof, nor do they have super powers. Before they were armed and trainbed, they were no more “macho” or “badass” than you or I.

If the Spartans had not been betrayed with a secret passage through the mountains, their stand would have lasted even longer. Their stand saved Greece by giving them more time to prepare for the assault. They died heroes to the last man, just like my fellow Texans at the Alamo. The heroes are still out there, it’s just their deeds are not covered by the elite liberal media.

@762×51, I know several police officers and their training with firearms is PATHETIC. My 10 yr old grand-daughter can shoot with more accuracy and confidence that most LEO’s. Those guys are more likely to shoot themselves before they shoot you. Anyone who ones a firearm and shoots 100 rnds a month, has fired their weapon 6 times more often than the average LEO.

When it comes to efficiency, I’ll take the “local yokel” over a cop any day.
