Borough Council on Monday unanimously adopted a resolution declaring State College a sanctuary city for transgender people with protections for those who seek gender-affirming care, including transgender and non-binary youth and their families who flee other states.

Liberal parents who want to violate not only basic decency but also local law by chemically castrating or surgically disfiguring their children so as to sacrifice them on the altar of LGBTism but who can’t make it Gavin Newsom’s California or Tim Walz’s Minnesota may find State College more convenient — although liberal Philadelphia and Pittsburgh are also sanctuary cities for irreversibly transing kids.
