Sterilization Without Consent

As noted yesterday, a massive influx of immigrants, almost exclusively from the Third World, has abruptly transformed Virginia from a red state to a blue one. But the demographic transformation apparently has not been fast enough to suit Javaid Perwaiz of Chesapeake, who went to medical school in his native Pakistan.

Perwaiz has been arrested for burning down a woman’s fallopian tubes without her consent so that she cannot conceive.

According to the Virginian-Pilot, Perwaiz has a reputation for “performing unnecessary surgeries on unsuspecting patients.” These have included hysterectomies and tubal ligation, which constitute permanent birth control; they could be useful for preventing infidels from reproducing.

Perwaiz has a history, having been investigated by the Virginia Board of Medicine for “performing surgeries without appropriate medical indications and contrary to sound medical judgment.” His medical license was revoked after he pleaded guilty to cheating on his taxes, but was soon restored.

If radical Democrats like Elizabeth Warren prevail, as our demographic transformation makes likely, expect more medical care of this quality. It came as a surprise when Bilal Abdulla attempted to bomb the Glasgow airport and set off a nail bomb at a nightclub in 2008. Wouldn’t a doctor have better uses for his time? Britain’s socialized medicine so disincentives people to go into the medical profession that doctors need to be imported from the Middle East, where standards differ; cultural incompatibilities also come into play. The USA will have to go to similar extremes to find doctors after Democrats achieve their holy grail of nationalizing the entire healthcare industry.

Meanwhile, Obama’s former science czar John Holdren smiles in approval of the involuntary sterilization.

As noted at PJ Media, a Muslim doctor sterilizing non-Muslim patients has happened before. Some Muslims regard child-bearing as a form of warfare. This is a war they are winning.
