Trial Date for Rachel Dolezal

Rachel Dolezal — who has undermined the liberal premise that blacks are intolerably oppressed by pretending to be black — is back in the news:

A Spokane County Judge is growing impatient with legal maneuverings by disgraced former NAACP President Rachel Dolezal – also known as Nkechi Diallo – on charges of welfare fraud.

After Dolezal was outed by her parents as a Caucasian, she was canned from her job as an NAACP professional black supremacist. She still managed to make an income through speaking engagements and making dolls, soap, and artwork. She supplemented this income by pretending to be destitute just as she pretended to be black.

Diallo was able to collect nearly $9,000 in state financial assistance, starting in August of 2015 through November of 2017. But a state investigation of her banking records found that she had deposited more than $80,000 during that same period.

A trial date has now been set for March 4th. From there, Dolezal may enhance her authenticity by marching forth into the life of a jailbird for up to 15 years.

On a tip from Lyle.
