Trump Refuses to Condemn Supporters for Sending Death Threats to Reporter

The winking at violence continues:

Julia Ioffe, a reporter who wrote an article for GQ on Melania Trump, has been the recipient of disgusting anti-semitic attacks and death threats because she didn’t paint Melania in the perfect light. Blitzer asked Trump if he had a message for those who were sending the hateful messages to this reporter for her story. Trump not only defended them by talking about how “nasty” the article was (as if they were justified), he also remarked, “They shouldn’t be doing that with wives.” No really. He said that.

Watch the clip below:

He doesn’t have a message to his supporters who send death threats, and now, only a short month after he went out of his way to smear Heidi Cruz, he conveniently thinks wives should be left alone.

It’s okay to threaten violence when the press says things the Donald and his supporters don’t like. It follows that if this thug takes power, it will be okay to follow through on those threats — in case his plan to strangle the First Amendment with supercharged libel laws doesn’t work out.

On a tip from Torcer.

Ooooh! The mysterious and very vague “anti-Semitic death threats”. No specifics given, I see…no link, no actual you know…PROOF that these anonymous tweeters were Trump supporters.
So what you are doing is the old left-wing play where “if you do not condemn this, you must agree with the HATE!” Like when that dumb incumbent i.e. establishment GOP congressman from MO made his stupid comment about “real rape” or somesuch, and the MSM was wetting themselves, browbeating the rest of the GOP cowards to RUSH to CONDEMN his AWFUL remarks!! And, sure enough, they did…

Pretty lame that your seemingly pathological hatred for Trump – and his millions upon millions of supporters, whom you openly scorn and mock – leads you to using low-life Democratic Party tactics against the Republican nominee.

Let it go, Dave. Mend fences and rally against the common enemy of Hillary. This sick, fanatical hatred of Trump is getting us nowhere. Cruz is out. Let it go. Hillary can not get in the White House. Just stop already.

the trump derangement continues …… no sane person should even respond to such stupidity … that is playing into the hands of the media

Clearly 80% of Hispanics are smarter than 100% of Trumpanzees.

  5. 762x51 says:

Hillary can’t get in the WH, except for this.

You Trumpette fucktards go right ahead deluding yourselves. I shall be there every step of the way to remind you of what you have done and what fools you are.

The “fucktards” are the ones who – severely butthurt over the stinging rejection of their candidate – would rather let Hillary take the election than get over their juvenile hurt feewings.
    Grow up.

Problem is that, while Trump has millions and millions of supporters, the conservative base of the GOP has been trashed. Trump has offended Hispanics. Trump has offended women.

I have yet to see Trump supporters explain how you can offend a significant portion of the voting public and expect to win. Trashing Hillary isn’t going to bring those you have offended back.

  9. GhostRider2001 says:

They don’t call the Republican Party the Stupid Party for no reason. I wonder which nominee will be in court first— the fraudster or the influence peddler?

  10. Tom says:

Here’s one way…by attracting MORE voters that do not usually vote GOP.
I understand that, aside from the public employee unions, Trump has strong Labor support…how about disaffected Bernie folks who see Hillary as the antithesis of everything Bernie was running on – the 1%, career politician, big ties to Wall St….How many Border Patrol agents – or law enforcement in general, as well as active and retired military – will be voting for Hillary? How many coal miners do you suppose will pull that D lever?
I see a lot of opportunity for expanding the GOP base…if you’re throwing in the towel 6 months before the election because he has “offended” some folks who wouldn’t vote GOP anyway, and because “all the polls say…”…to me, that’s a fatalistic view that doesn’t reflect the mood of the voters.

  11. Mr. Freemarket says:

Border Patrol agents never voted for Obama. I can’t see any cops or members of the military ever voting for Hillary.

Bernie and Trump actually have a lot in common. Thus my disquietude. And many, many people will mistake Trump for a conservative, making the future election of any conservatives less certain.

  12. Tom says:

I bet that, before the BP learned what a disaster Obama is, that they, as union members, DID vote for Obama.
And your unease about, “…many people will mistake Trump for a conservative, making the future election of any conservatives less certain.”
seems to assume as a given that a Trump presidency would be bad, a disaster for conservatism.
How about if Trump actually accomplishes things, shakes things up, and is successful as POTUS? Wouldn’t that be a good thing if folks identified this success as the result of conservative principles? Wouldn’t that bring MORE people to the side of conservatism?
You don’t know how he would do and neither do I…All I know is that Hillary would be a disaster from which we may never recover…

the way to make america great again is to punish anyone who is nasty or disgusting, especially if they say nasty or disgusting things about authorities or the wives of authorities.

  14. 762x51 says:

Look in the mirror, fucktard, that is who I was referring to.

Your boy’s negatives are so high, he couldn’t win against Sanders, much less Clinton. You dipshits have brought this on us. I didn’t make it this way, you trolling fucktards did. Now its time to reap the rewards of your vileness.

How big of an asshole does a guy have to be in order to be less likable than Hiillary Clinton, one of the most unlikable people in all of human history? Yet your boy managed to do it, not all by his self, you Trumpanzees helped a lot.

As a man with no principles, you naturally fall for the lie that we are just being sore losers when the truth is we oppose your boy on PRINCIPLES, always have, always will. I’m not going to set aside my principles and vote for a Progressive like Trump.

  15. Mr. Freemarket says:

The conservative wing of the GOP is actively being destroyed. They are point blank told “there is no place for you here.”
