US Prof Advises Iran to Target Mall of America

You can actually get fired in academia for spewing moonbattery. You really have to work at it though — like Asheen Phansey.

Via Daily Mail:

[An] adjunct professor at a Massachusetts university was fired after suggesting Iran choose 52 American cultural sites – including the Mall of America and the Kardashians’ home – to bomb in retaliation for the U.S. drone killing of Iranian General Qasem Soleimani.

Based on recent experience, you can probably guess the defense he used when his suggestion drew the attention of countermoonbats.

Phansey, an adjunct professor at Babson College in Wellesley, made his ‘attempt at humor’ in a Facebook post shared on Tuesday.

Don’t you have a sense of humor? Iran should blow things up and kill Americans. Laugh!

Phansey explains his joke:

“I was trying to juxtapose our ‘cultural sites’ with ancient Iranian churches and mosques.”

He was just comparing America unfavorably to Iran, nothing we shouldn’t be used to from intellectuals by now.

You can tell he wasn’t serious, because these days blowing up the Mall of America would kill as many Muslims as Americans.

Phansey’s response to Qasem Soleimani’s timely demise earns him membership in the Democrat Party — although being from academia, odds are 10 to 1 that he was a Democrat already. Actually, his anti-American attitude makes those odds closer to ∞ to 1.

On a tip from I PWN HARLEYGAL.
