Warrant Issued for Jill Stein’s Arrest

The good news? A criminal presidential candidate will be charged with crimes. The bad news? It isn’t Shrillary, but Green Party kook Jill Stein:

On Tuesday, Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein traveled to North Dakota to protest the $3.8 billion Dakota Access Pipeline that is currently under construction. At the protest, Stein was seen vandalizing a bulldozer.

To the delight of perpetually disgruntled Indians and anti-energy freaks, she spray-painted “I approve this message” on someone else’s bulldozer.

Exhibit A for the prosecution:

Stein’s adolescent vandalism wasn’t the worst crime that occurred:

Energy Transfer Crude Oil Company, LLC , the company contracted to complete the pipeline, issued a statement about protests that took place over the weekend: “What has been represented over the past several weeks as a peaceful protest is simply not the case. We are greatly saddened and extremely bothered to confirm that today, unwarranted violence occurred on private property under easement to Dakota Access Pipeline, resulting in injury to multiple members of our security personnel and several dogs.

“Assailants broke through a fence and attacked our workers. We are working with law enforcement to ensure that all offenders are arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”

Here is video of Stein’s fellow moonbats attacking the leashed dogs with sticks:

Lovely people, leftists.

A warrant has been issued for Stein’s arrest for misdemeanor counts of criminal trespass and criminal mischief. Maybe we still have rule of law in this country after all.

On tips from Torcer.

Hi I’m Jill Stein and I want to be Hillary’s running mate, I mean cell mate.

  2. Alborn says:

No rule of law if your name is Clinton, Lynch, Johnson, Comey or Obama oh do not forget Holder.

  3. JeffersonSpinningInGrave says:

Stein must not have enough political or financial juice to qualify for the higher tier of law enforcement standards.

  4. Torcer says:

Perhaps they should keep in mind that saying that if They don’t have to follow the law, why does anyone else?

Or as someone else said it:

“The only reason for not tarring and feathering any government official for effrontery when they tell us what to do is that their power to do so is somehow legitimate. But that legitimacy comes from the exercise of constitutional power. If the Constitution doesn’t mean anything, well, then, maybe it’s time to go long on pitchforks. Because without the Constitution the angry mob is just as legitimate as the perfumed princes of the state.”
    Josh Blackman

  5. 762x51 says:

The Constitution, isn’t it that old document the Progressives want to get rid of? I remember reading about it somewhere . . .

    Oh, I remember:

“I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the CONSTITUTION of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.”

And how do we “support and defend the CONSTITUTION”?

(in relevant part – the whole thing is too long)

I stand ready to deploy, engage, and destroy, the enemies of the United States of America in close combat.

I am a guardian of freedom and the American way of life.

    I am an American Soldier.

Like it or not, this is how it’s done.

An old Richard Pryor reference, nice.

  7. douglas says:

The dogs attacked the protesters and the people had a right to protect themselves

  8. Torcer says:

    Exactly right.

You’ll have to excuse me – I need to do some work on a few things…

  9. TeutonicNight4893 says:

    Haven’t been following this closely so I don’t speak with any certainty on the issue;
But it does seem as though there was escalation on both sides.

Regardless, a new poll probably revealed that Jill Stein was eating into Clinton’s numbers more than Trump’s and, like MSM-Thermonuclear-attacked-“What’s Aleppo” Johnson, summarily removed from serious contention.

Funny. The woman was definitely holding 5.56mm rounds but not M855 green tips which are standard US military issue. Members of the media can distinguish those from other rounds because they have – green tips.

THE FEDERAL TAKING OF OUR LANDS

Q: If the management of Montana’s lands and resources is turned over to tribal control, what would be left?
    A: Not much.

Here is a map of Montana that shows how much of Montana, and how may
Montanans and businesses, would be subordinated and denied constitutional rights and protections afforded by the Bill of Rights if the tribes are used by F*USA to unconstitutionally further extend its unconstitutional jurisdiction.

    THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL “UNITED STATES”

According to an authority no less than the United States Supreme Court, a second and parallel United States of America (I call it F*USA) has been created
that is not subject to the Constitution nor the Bill of Rights. F*USA’s jurisdiction, however, is—or at least was—constitutionally constrained geographically to Washington D.C., federal enclaves, and U.S. possessions. Ever since that principle was established, however unconstitutionally, those who control F*USA have been extending their geographic control, or at least influence, to all lands within the legitimate USA.

  16. dogs of war says:

unlike the media you forgot to show the pictures of company attack dogs attacking and biting native american children. I wonder why? as for jill stein she should plead guilty and campaign from a jail cell. clinton slime machine would panic and pay the fine to force her out of jail.

  17. Torcer says:

Do you really believe the lies you spew?

You still have to answer my questions from yesterday.

Please Explain how everyone was posting at the same time?

You have to PROVE your falsehood With FACTS.

I find it very disturbing that you have no compunction about repeating the same lies day after day. Do you realise that what you are doing is a sin?

  18. Jester says:

Since she’s liable to siphon off much of Hillary’s voters, I wouldn’t be surprised to see her in jail until Nov 8th at the earliest. Additionally, between now and then she’d better learn to sleep with one eye open in her cell, lest she accidentally “commit suicide”…

  20. KHarn says:

They were trespassing, interfering with a lawful business, threatening employees of said business and damaging private property. They have the right to peaceful protest, not to violate the law.
“Your rights end where they infringe on mine” as my history teacher explained it.

  21. KHarn says:

Yes, why were the CHILDREN there?
I’ll tell you why: they were there as MARTYRS for the cause. Gandi, King, muslims and several communist have used this tactic. If those bastards had an concern for their children, they would have left them at home where they would be SAFE. What’s that you say? they couldn’t get a baby-sitter? Then they should have STAYED HOME.

  22. 762x51 says:

Since Blount is a constitutionalist, is is highly unlikely he would ban anyone but then a dirty lying, little fascist bastard like you couldn’t possibly comprehend such a concept.

  23. 762x51 says:

It’s religion is the cult, not God, that is clear. The Progressive tenet of eliminating Christianity is because of Christian ideals like truth which they cannot abide. They don’t object to religion, observe they have no problem with Islam, as Progressiveism is a religion itself, it even has multiple sects like Global Warming and Homosexuality.

Deceit has become such a way of life for these vermin that they can no longer distinguish fact from fiction. This one uses multiple personas to spread its deceit which makes it appear to be a force instead of just one deluded imbecile. That way, it can engage in far more broad deceptions to try and force us to abandon our principles, always the goal of evil.

  24. 762x51 says:

Yep, he was one of a kind.

  25. Torcer says:

Funny how you sound like a certain someone..

  26. Torcer says:

Yes, just like the Communists they cannot abide competition for their ideals. Neither can they abide a set of rules that negates what they are trying to do.

Perhaps they aren’t as concerned about Islam because it has it’s own tradition of deceit.

The love to engage in the practice of projection – trying to pretend others engage in the very tactics they use on a regular basis.
