Military Transitioning to Electric Vehicles

When the ChiComs make their move, it will become clear that letting moonbats take control is not an option. Democrats are not just sacrificing our economic health to their lunatic ideology. They are sacrificing the military too, subordinating effectiveness to environmentalist posturing.

From Military.com:

Fleets of electric vehicles ready to shoulder the military’s workload and slash greenhouse gas emissions over the coming decade — that’s what the Pentagon is hoping it can pull off as part of President Joe Biden’s efforts to combat climate change, Deputy Defense Secretary Kathleen Hicks said Monday.

Tactical vehicles will first go hybrid, using a mix of fossil fuels and electricity, before making a full transition…

In contrast, the ChiComs will use whatever vehicles are most reliable and economically efficient, because they care more about victory than striking politically correct poses.

The lithium ion batteries so crucial to hybrid and electric cars and trucks now create two major challenges. Disposal of the toxic materials could be a major environmental issue, effectively trading greenhouse gas emissions for other pollution. And China, the top U.S. adversary, controls the global supply.

Using electric golf carts instead of proper Humvees will have zero perceptible effect on the weather.
