Jonathan Richardson a.k.a. Autumn Cordellioné came to public attention by strangling to death his 11-month-old stepdaughter. Identifying as a Muslim woman, he sued to wear a hijab in prison. The ACLU took up his cause, demanding that taxpayers be forced to finance his sex change surgery. As usual under liberal rule, depraved evil wins:

Indiana law … prohibits the Department of Corrections from using taxpayer dollars to fund sex reassignment surgeries for inmates. However, the ACLU argues in the lawsuit, filed on Aug. 28, 2023, that the law is a violation of the Eighth Amendment’s prohibition of “cruel and unusual punishment.”

James Madison would be surprised to learn that not providing expensive and to put it mildly unnecessary surgery for a fiend who murdered an infant violates the US Constitution, which according to progressives says whatever they want it to say.

Taxpayers are already providing Richardson with testosterone blockers, female hormones, makeup, and women’s clothes. Not good enough; the ACLU demands free orchiectomy and vaginoplasty, on the psychotic grounds that he is “a woman trapped in a man’s body.”

Judge Richard Young agreed with the ACLU’s claims and ruled in favor of Cordellioné last week.

The judge pandered to Richardson by referring to him with feminine pronouns, confirming that like all moonbats, Young does not belong anywhere near a position of authority.

I was going to say this makes an excellent argument for the death penalty, but Richardson looks like such a nice fellow:
