Remember the Occupy Wall Street movement? It exploited the 2008 financial crisis by infesting public areas while shrieking about the 1% of wealthiest Americans, who were demonized in the name of Marxism. The smelly and malevolent kooks were right about this much: Americans really have been abused by a nefarious 1% — namely, the hardcore criminal 1% championed by liberals.
