Obama and Biden appointed judges who do not belong in positions of responsibility because they are leftist kooks and acknowledge no limit to their authority. Consider James Boasberg, who in his arrogance demanded that planes deporting illegal aliens turn around to bring the invaders back to the USA. Remember Nathalie Rose Jones, who traveled to DC and threatened to kill the president? Boasberg has released her:

[Jones] said that if she had the opportunity, she would kill Trump at “the compound” if she had to and that she had a “bladed object,” which she said was the weapon she would use to “carry out her mission of killing” the president.

US Magistrate Judge Moxila Upadhyaya sensibly ordered Jones held without bond.

Upadhyaya expressed concern over the gravity of Jones’s threats and ruled they were serious enough to justify detention…

However,

Boasberg overturned Upadhyaya’s detention order.

Regarding his earlier antics,

Boasberg ordered all planes bound for El Salvador to be “immediately” returned to U.S. soil, which did not happen, and later, ordered a new investigation to determine whether the Trump administration had complied with his orders.

The Obama appointee appears to be as demented as his fellow moonbat Jones, believing himself to be in charge rather than Trump. Yet he has been successful at hamstringing the Executive Branch:

His March 15 order touched off a complex legal saga that ultimately spawned dozens of deportation-related court challenges across the country — though the one brought before Boasberg was the very first — and later prompted the Supreme Court to rule, on two separate occasions, that the hurried removals had violated migrants’ due process protections under the U.S. Constitution.

Good thing judges had not discovered that foreign invaders have a right to due process before Pearl Harbor. We wouldn’t have been allowed to shoot back at the Japanese.

Removing Boasberg from the bench at once would be a step toward restoring sanity.
