Judge Sparkle Sooknanan (yes, that’s her actual name) the daughter of immigrants from Trinidad is a Biden appointee who has militantly engaged in judicial activism on issues involving foreign nationals in the United States is at it again, this time ruling that the federal government was forbidden to verify the citizenship of voters because it violates their privacy.

Anyone see a problem with colonists from the Third World ruling that we have no right to prevent our votes from being canceled out by illegal foreign invaders?

The Democrats responsible for this state of affairs and for what is to come have taken treason to an extreme not seen since the gates of Alexandria were opened to Muslim conquerors, leading to the extinction of Egyptian civilization.

Local Prosecutor Gives Church Raiders a Pass

The reason leftist thugs are so arrogant in their contempt for the laws the rest of us live by is they know the authorities have their back. If you are a famous agitator with intersectional oppression bona fides like black + gay Don Lemon, you might even get away with raiding and terrorizing a church during services. It helps to do it in the name of a woke cause like reopening the borders to mass unlawful immigration.

The St. Paul city attorney says no state charges will be filed against anti-ICE protesters who demonstrated in a St. Paul church earlier this year. The protesters disrupted a Sunday service in January because a church leader there is also a ranking official in a local ICE office.

Quacks attorney Irene Kao:

“Our office has a legal and ethical obligation to file charges only when the available evidence establishes probable cause and supports a reasonable likelihood of conviction beyond a reasonable doubt.”

Dozens of eyewitnesses in addition to video documentation of the appalling incident do not suffice.

Now try to imagine how little evidence they would require before coming down like a ton of bricks if conservative activists ever tried something similar at an abortion clinic, the moonbat equivalent of a church. In California, Anastasia Rogers was dragged off in handcuffs and could face 2 years in prison just for posting a 13-second pro-life video outside a Planned Parenthood abattoir.

Lemon might have to wipe the smug smirk off his face. Thanks to Trump being in office, he still faces federal charges.

When they win elections, Democrats rule. When they lose elections, they rule anyway — through the unprincipled ultrapartisan apparatchiks they install on the bench. Top Senate Democrat Chuck Schumer has spelled it right out:

The New York Post provides an example of the caliber of judge Democrats have used to subvert the judiciary:

A married judge who had noisy sex with a top cop in her court chambers has been named as a Barack Obama appointee who meted out a tough sentence to reality star Todd Chrisley.

Judge Eleanor Ross, of the Atlanta-based US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, was handed a private dressing-down after the alleged steamy affair with a police commander within earshot of law clerks, reported Bloomberg.

Obama’s toxic legacy continues to unfold.

The frisky jurist was also found to have improperly attended a partisan political event hosted by a district attorney’s campaign, and to have made false statements to judges investigating her conduct. …

She also previously dismissed a 2020 lawsuit filed by Georgia’s two Republican senators challenging mail-in ballot procedures.

As for qualifications, Ross is historic, being the first black female judge in Georgia’s Northern District.

Chrisley was pardoned by Trump. If only all works of Democrat judges were as easy to undo.

Two-Tiered Justice in Colonized Italy

In Europe, how hard the law comes down on criminals depends on which groups the defendant and victim represent. Gateway Pundit offers an example from Italy:

[Today] Italian prosecutors formally requested a life sentence for Cinzia Dal Pino, a 65-year-old businesswoman from Viareggio who ran over and killed Said Malkoun with her SUV after he stole her bag.

Malkoun, 47, whose nationality authorities could not confirm because he had given false information during previous arrests, had no fixed address and no valid residence permit, and supported himself through theft.

His lifestyle and immigration status place him squarely in the camp of the “oppressed.” Don’t mess with oppressed or you risk the wrath of the establishment.

In contrast,

The incident comes just two weeks after the reverse occurred: a vehicular attack on Italians by a North African, in which no life sentence was sought, underscoring how the legal system protects illegal aliens and Islamists at the expense of ordinary Italian citizens.

On May 16, Salim El Koudri, a 31-year-old Italian citizen of Moroccan origin, drove his car at high speed into pedestrians in Modena, injuring eight, four critically, including two women who lost their legs. He then exited the vehicle and stabbed a bystander before being subdued by civilians.

This is a textbook Muslim tactic.

Counterterrorism analyst Giovanni Giacalone of the David Institute for Security Policy stated that El Koudri’s method “is the classic Islamic State ‘lone wolf’ approach, already used in numerous attacks in Europe and the United States by ISIS supporters.”

Nonetheless,

Italian authorities classified the attack as a mental-health incident within 36 hours, despite investigators subsequently finding terrorist videos on El Koudri’s phone, internet searches related to vehicular attacks, and anti-Christian emails he had sent to the University of Modena in 2021 containing the words, “You Christian bastards, you and your Jesus Christ on the cross, I’ll burn him.”

The “mental health” hogwash is to protect El Koudri from appropriate consequences. The death penalty he richly deserves or even a long prison sentence would prevent him from spending the €40,000+ he reportedly expected to receive for his crime.

Cinzia Dal Pino needn’t bother trying the mental health stratagem; as an Italian, she lacks favored status.

Coordinator of Bataclan Terrorist Massacre Gets Prison Leave

No matter how horrific the atrocities they inflict, Muslim terrorists have loyal friends in the moonbats running Europe, who have even granted prison leave to Mohamed Bakkali, a logistics coordinator of the Bataclan theater massacre in Paris that killed 130 people and injured hundreds more.

From BX1 via Frontpage Magazine:

Mohamed Bakkali, currently detained in Ittre prison, has been granted six prison leaves of 36 hours each. The decision was made by the Brussels Sentence Enforcement Court (TAP) on May 11, according to the daily newspaper La Capitale.

Bakkali was sentenced to 30 years for Bataclan plus 25 for planning a terror attack on a Thalys train from Amsterdam to Paris. But until terrorists have been executed, they are always subject to release by sympathetic liberals.

Prosecutors have no right to appeal Bakkali’s release.

According to the media outlet, Mohamed Bakkali has already benefited from several leave permits since July 2025. The French national anti-terrorism prosecutor’s office had also reduced the maximum legal sentence to 30 years in 2022. Following his transfer to Belgium, Bakkali is subject to the Belgian sentencing regime, which notably allows for the possibility of parole after serving one-third of his sentence, La Capitale further reports.

The New York Post has more on the Bataclan atrocities. From 2016:

The Islamic State terrorists who attacked the Bataclan theater in Paris last November not only killed scores of innocents — they also gouged out the eyes and sliced up the genitals of some of the victims, according to testimony in a disturbing French report.

Some victims’ bodies from the second floor of the theater had been beheaded, eviscerated and otherwise mutilated, according to two secondhand accounts reported to a parliamentary commission set up to investigate the attack.

Testicles were cut off and stuffed into victims’ mouths. Investigators were reduced to weeping and vomiting by the horrors they discovered.

This offers a window into the future of the last Europeans if they are not able to overthrow left-wing rule and repel the Muslim invasion.

Sore Loser Steve Cohen Files Articles of Impeachment Against John Roberts

If CBS wants to bring back the Late Show, it might try Rep Steve Cohen (D-TN), who will soon be looking for a job. Cohen is just as left-wing as Stephen Colbert and has the added advantage that he can make people laugh. Sore because the racially gerrymandered district that he represents despite not being black will be no more, Cohen has filed articles of impeachment against US Supreme Court Justice John Roberts.

The Center Square reports on why he has it in for Roberts:

Roberts joined the Supreme Court’s majority in deciding the Louisiana v. Callais decision. The decision prompted Gov. Bill Lee to call a special session of the Tennessee General Assembly, during which the state’s congressional districts were redrawn.

Unlike in Virginia, redrawing the district in Tennessee does not violate the law.

Cheer up, Cohen. Even if they don’t bring back the Late Show, with your looks and charm, you could easily secure an anchor slot on MS Now.

Newsmax reported in 2024:

U.S. District Judge Sharon Johnson Coleman ruled on March 8 that the defendant, Heriberto Carbajal-Flores, who is residing in the United States illegally, had his Second Amendment rights violated when prosecutors originally charged him with 18 USC § 922, which bars illegal immigrants from carrying guns or ammunition.

Carbajal-Flores came to the attention of authorities after video showed him firing seven times at a passing car in Chicago during the riots in 2020.

Americans have rights under the US Constitution. Foreign invaders do not — unless moonbats are in charge.

First, Democrats allow millions of unassimilable foreigners to flood the country illegally. Then, they try to bestow upon them the right to arm up. Anyone think this will end well?

The insane ruling was reversed. However, Sharon Johnson Coleman remains on the bench — as do any number of leftist lunatics appointed by Obama and Biden. If Democrats regain power, they will become the norm in the judiciary.

Hakeem Jeffries Ties Supreme Court to Confederate States of America

If Democrats retake the House of Representatives this year, Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) will be next in line to the presidency after JD Vance. If that does not alarm you, consider this — via LifeZette:

Jeffries had one of the most bizarre press conference moments in recent political memory, declaring that the Supreme Court was now haunted by “ghosts of the Confederacy.”

What century is Jeffries living in? Not this one. Not the prior one. The Confederacy’s brief life ended in the mid-19th century.

Jeffries’ remarks came after the Supreme Court’s ruling in Louisiana v. Callins.

The decision allowed states in the South to redraw their congressional maps without being automatically accused of racial discrimination under the Voting Rights Act.

That is, Jeffries is enraged because Democrats can no longer gerrymander on an explicitly racial basis. As we are constantly reminded, anyone who does not endorse antiwhite racism is a racist. Similarly, anyone right of center is either Hitler or in league with the Confederate States of America.

It is now commonplace for Democrats to rev up their rhetoric to the highest pitch of unhinged lunacy. They are unconcerned with losing their credibility because it is already gone and not relevant anyway to the hebephrenic mob comprising their base.

Anyone doubt that Democrats will pack the Supreme Court with as many Ketanji Brown Jackson types as necessary to reduce it to a rubber stamp?
