What’s next, now that we have established that moonbattery is a totalitarian ideology and that no deviation from it or lack of reverence for it is to be tolerated? Merely destroying people’s lives and careers through cancelation may not be enough. Even in this day and age, a handful of people have enough self-respect never to submit to a repugnant ideology so long as they are still breathing. California congressional candidate Steve Cox has a tried and true solution for characters like confirmed countermoonbat Matt Walsh: shoot them.
Whenever anyone says “we all die from something” (or a variation thereof) to justify not taking precautions to help protect others in this pandemic, we should be allowed to shoot them.

Walsh’s original tweet was completely reasonable, pointing out the absurdity of maintaining strict COVID lockdowns now that the COVID death rate has plummeted.
The good news is that even as progressivism appears to triumph, this is still a somewhat free country, because people like Matt Walsh have not yet been stood in front of firing squads. The bad news is that if the current trajectory continues, they soon will be.
