The great thing about mass shootings from the moonbat point of view is that the more of them leftist policies enable, the more pretext they will have to enable even more by disarming law-abiding citizens. Consider Bondi Beach.

Australia already has some of the world’s toughest gun laws, but the Bondi mass shooting could lead to even tougher rules as the realization spreads that they aren’t strong enough to prevent bloodshed.

Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese announced Monday after a meeting of the National Cabinet that state and territory leaders had agreed to pursue tougher controls.

As should be obvious even to CNN and Albanese, criminals will always be able to obtain firearms.

Despite the proximity of a police station, Australian police at Bondi Beach were not of immediate help:

An unarmed citizen managed to disarm one of the killers but was shot.

Given the rising tide of Muslim violence against Jews, were Australia a free country, at least some of the Hanukkah celebrants at Bondi Beach would have been armed for self-defense. The body count would have been lower.
