HR8 is not the most alarming attack on the Second Amendment to emerge from Congress recently (that would be the brazenly tyrannical HR127), but it incrementally erodes what is arguably our most indispensable right, while serving no constructive purpose, since it pertains only to law-abiding citizens, not criminals.
